Campground is relatvely quiet. WiFi is good. Large rocks make maneuvering large rigs difficult.

Basically just an overnight stay, but a beautiful facility that we will certainly make you serve again in the future.

This is a nice park and the staff are very helpful. Extra points for a nice dog park. The park is clean and it was easy enough to drive 38’ class A. Looses points because when you reserve a site with hookups it is not real clear that sewer is not included. Also the dump station’s grade makes it difficult to fully dump.

It was a little noisy being close to a well traveled road. Not much space to park the truck after unhitching the camper. Otherwise, very nice.

We only stayed overnight on two occasions. The KOA was clean, very well kept and all the tables and other things were in very good condition. The WiFi was strong and good quality.

The campground is really lovely; very clean, wonderful sites with plenty of room, and beautiful scenery with lots of trees. Our site was close to the road, which can get very noisy at times with traffic, but other than that we really enjoyed the 2 nights we were there. The staff was helpful and kind, and the store was well stocked. I'd come here again!

This entire campground was so loud with the traffic from the roads that we didn't sleep our entire trip. It was miserable. We have camped for years and this was by far the worst camping experience we've ever had. I was highly disappointed....Also, there was a bunch of homeless, sketchy people camping there too who made us very uncomfortable.

Site was very unlevel. It was hard to pull in. We had called in advance to let them know we would be coming in late snd not unhookiing. The spot barely was long enough to be able to do this. The site had no markings. It shared a water snd electric outlet as well as patio with another site. It worked as it was an overnight stay.

I enjoyed the campground overall. I was not too fond of the site because it was very muddy; I upgraded to a cabin because my tent broke and the cabin did not have a water source. this was not a make-or-break for me, and the cabin was really nice; I really enjoyed it, but if it had a water source, it would have made my trip even better. the staff were very helpful and friendly.

This is a great camping resort. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. Bathroom/showers were very clean. The only thing I see that needs improvement is the fire ring at our campsite was about 30” tall. It was pretty much useless for cooking and we couldn’t see or feel the fire while we were sitting outside. Throw them in the scrap heap and put short fire rings at all of the si

Our stay was great! The only hiccup was when we were trying to leave to check out at 10:50. The septic truck had arrived to pump and had the road out from the cabin village blocked. When we got to the office, there wasn't anyone there to check us out and there were no instructions for how to check out or leave a key. Fortunately we found an employee who took our key to give to the desk staff.

The grounds are wonderful for RVs, cabins, and tents. There are places specifically for children and other outdoor games such as corn hole and horseshoes. They have a dog park too. Our cabin was perfect for us. Everything about KOA was great. The only reason it didn't get a perfect score was a minor nuisance of interstate background noise, but it was rarely noticed.

We stayed here from Sept 10 to Sept 17. Unfortunately on the 13th my wife broke her hip and was hospitalized. The Chattanooga North/Cleveland staff were absolutely great in assisting with our stay. They helped in adjusting scheduled stay. All I can say is thank you. We will be back next spring. Hopefully we will not provide as much excitement

We happened to stay a night while traveling north when there was a power outage. It was not the fault of the campground and they handled it best they could. They kept us informed during that time.

Stopping point to break drive but stayed two nights to take in incline railroad about 30 minutes away. Nice staff. Office open 8-8 but must do laundry by 5:30. Not 24/7 laundry. Campground tucked in hilly area. Spots mostly level but some are very narrow. Ours I think was 83 and very narrow. Could not sit under awning and had to be careful not to step off ledge while servicing utilities

The cabin was nice with a great location next to the bath house. The downside is, we were forced to leave a day early due to power outage. The outage continued into the next day, with no reasoning as to why the power was out. I attempted to contact management, but I was unable to get through or have someone contact me. I expected better, although we will give them a second chance.

This Journey level KOA could easily be a Holiday level as the owners have made it an absolutely joy to stay at! Being young full-timers that work from the road we have stayed at dozens of KOA's all over the country and by far this is one of the nicest. This was our 6 consecutive year staying here and every year we are always excited to stay again so see what other improvements they have made.

The park was nice overall and well located. However, the site we were on was so I level we could not properly stabilize our RV. Additionally, the sewer connection ran uphill! Most of the ground was covered with gravel, but where it was not covered was soft and muddy from rain.

The campground was very nice. Pool, Playground and bath house were great. Access to the site assigned to us was a little tight. My 36 ft. travel trailer was backed up to another site, with our bumper hanging over the top of the cross tie installed between sites. No room to have a fire because the fire pit was located about 4 ft. from our camper. We stayed a full week with no other issues.

We only stopped for the night but we had a pleasant experience! The staff were nice and knowledgeable. Spots are fairly roomy with full hookups, bathhouse was tidy and clean. There's a fenced in dog park and a lovely walking trail in the forest nearby. We always enjoy stopping at KOA RV parks because they are pet & family friendly!
