This was our second visit to this campground and we love it here. The folks that run the campground are very nice and very helpful. The campground is very clean and well kept. The sites are spacious. We had a patio site this stay and loved it! We will definitely be back next year! I would definitely recommend this campground.

It was our 1st time and like it. Had to move sites due to original was out of level so far that we could not make coach level. 2nd site was nice. I don't understand what is so hard about getting sites level. Except for that we enjoyed our stay and will be back

Fall foliage was peaking and our campsite, the stamped concert patio with built-in fire pit (K-section) gave us a panoramic view of the forested area as well as some of the lake. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The restroom closet to our site was new and clean. During our walks we discovered another area close to reception that had a great view of the distant foliage.

Staff is amazing, very friendly. Cabin was a little dated. Couch was not very comfortable, glad our 3rd person wasn't able to come since sleeping on the couch wouldn't not have been comfy! Bed was okay. Will stay again! :)

Wonderful weather. Very very clean place. Our site was very level and enjoyed it. Water pressure is low in Our site and low in bathrooms. All in all one of the nicest. Would definitely come back. Nice job.

We only came for two nights to ride mountain bikes @ Jakes Rocks (PA). This Campground is probably the cleanest & has the most well manicured grounds we've ever seen. The price was a bit steep but it was a nice site with a beautiful view of Chautauqua Lake.

Would love to have been able to use the pool. The cable needs to be upgraded. T.v. was fuzzy the whole time. We don't watch much t.v. but it is nice to have when the weather isn't good. The sites were very clean. The bath house and laundry were both clean. Very beautiful views of Lake Chautauqua. If you walked down past the trees.

Beautiful campground sites and well maintained facilities. The campground owner can be onerous and appears to lack compassion for camper's questions or needs. They do not allow outside firewood (even locally purchased) and during check-in she inspected our truck bed contents for wood. We also attempted to pay the balance with a different cc but they had already processed wo asking us first.

Outstanding Campground, I can't wait to go back. Tons of stuff for the kids to do I can't even imaging how much better it would be in a non COVID year. Who knew Carpetball was even a thing, my kids played it for hours. The new section will be great once the trees mature. Best WiFi of any campground I've been to which was nice since I had to do a little work.

Very well kept campground . Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Seasonal residents we met were very friendly also. Cabin we stayed in was perfect and well cared for.

We have had the pleasure of having a seasonal permanent site there for 8 years. The campground and sites are beautiful. Due to the diligence of the owners this is not a loud party campground, which is why we chose here and have had no problem with the rules set in place. The people here are warm and friendly. So many amazing memories. We will be back!

I called to find out about checking in around 2:00 and was told that they had been very busy and that I could not. We got there at 3:15 and we were allowed to check in. Many empty sites other than seasonals and only 4 check ins on the board. Most KOAs are very welcoming if they have lots of open sites.

We enjoyed our stay at this KOA. The grounds were lovely and clean. There is much for children to do here. The view of Chautauqua Lake was awesome, with Adirondack chairs conveniently placed for viewing. FYI: the KOA at Henderson, NY features a key in code for late returns. We preferred/suggest this method to having to pay a $20 (refundable) fee if we wanted to return after 8 pm.

I will never go back to this campsite they harrassed me because I was camping with my new 9 week old puppy said I needed a birth certificate took well over a hour to check in and check was 4 pm and check out was 3pm we got to our campsite at 5pm Friday it was a waste of a whole day we will never go back

Great place to stay and it's not your fault but oh my god the people and there dogs. Not every one loves to hear your dog barking all day and night. At times I wish there were two sides to a camp ground, dog side and no dog side.

This KOA was the cleanest, best organized, most friendly staff we have ever stayed with! Beautiful views and very quiet. Firewood was even delivered to your site. Just a wonderful stay and we will be back again!

Concrete pad too narrow for RV and picnic table. Needs fill-in around pad to make site more level and useable. No TV cable at the site close to main office.

We are one of the original campers who have been there since the campground opened 20 years ago. This was the best season we have ever spent there due to New Management with new innovative ideas. Going forward we hope to continue for another 20 years. The staff is to be commended for its friendliness and helpfulness. Everyone who visited us during this season commented on all the wonderful changes that have been made around the campground, including the welcoming attitude of the office staff. We are proud to say that we are seasonal campers at Chautauqua Lake Koa!
