We stayed in the "Deer House" which was very comfy and cozy. Clean and well maintained campground, we walked around, enjoyed a dip in the pool and of course enjoyed our fire pit in the evenings. Great location to the lake, about 10 minutes to Bemus Point. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

For the 3rd year in a row, a wonderful fall camping Birthday weekend for our Granddaughter. Friendly staff, great location! See you next year!

My grandson went with me for the weekend, and our cabin was wonderful ( Deer Run) They also had the pool open after Labor Day and he enjoyed that. They had free hotdogs and ice cream. the park is really clean and has beautiful view of the lake. They also had glow ball at night for everyone and provided glow necklaces. It was a very relaxing weekend w fires and people were super friendly.

The staff was amazing. I am going to become a KOA reward member because of this great stay. Campsite was super clean and fun for my toddler son. We will be back!

The cabin was great, very clean and well-appointed. We greatly appreciated the amenities of refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker! Like a hotel room in the woods :). Conveniently located near the restrooms, which were also kept very clean. No complaints, would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay in the Sunset Haven park model. Very relaxing and peaceful. Thank you. My only complaint is the odor of urine from the bathroom. Which we noticed on the 2nd day.

We rented one of their units. The sleeping accommodations were good. The house needs work. There was a lot of dog hair in all the rooms from a previous renter, even in the refrigerator. The roof leaked after heavy rainfalls, a window frame fell apart when closing, a recliner was in a bad state of affairs which could be dangerous. lights worked sporadically, the kitchen needs more supplies.

Stayed in "The Birdhouse". Campground clean & safe. Strong WIFI. We didn't use anything but kitchen had all the necessities including a coffee pot & toaster. Sheets, towels and hairdryer provided. Cons:furniture & carpet was filthy. Mattress was awful. No water pressure. Expected to clean before we left. Good thing I packed disinfecting wipes. No cleaning products besides dish soap were provided.

Stayed in Eagles nest. Great time and cabin was well worth every minute. Our 4th time staying at KOA chautauqua lake. Will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time staying at your facility. Very clean and well kept. Was not extremely happy about the facility losing water as we paid extra to get the cabin we rented for the accommodations it had available. Feel as though the KOA could have done something in return.

Great accommodations in Eagle Nest. The only negative was the critters in the wall which woke us up early each morning. You called the exterminators immediately after we told you. However the last night we still heard them. Despite this, we would come back again. Friendly staff and very nice KOA.

Great campground, clean & quiet. Beautiful view of lake. Cabin well equipped with everything needed for your stay. The things I didn't like were the pool & lack of tv stations- mostly home shopping channels. Pool for kids- but only 3 ft deep. No adult pool available. There are many adult campers staying w/o children. l. Not much choice of what to watch on dish tv channels. Many hom

Very clean, friendly staff, enjoy playing putt putt, carpet ball, dog parks, going for walks, sitting on chairs by hill to watch the sunset. The facilities are very convenient and close to cabin, along with kitchen sink. The only downfall was the moldy bean bags for corn hole on both games, would have liked to be able to play along with game room under construction.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin. It was very clean and well kept. The staff were polite and helpful. We had to buy their wood which did not burn well and was over priced. The pool was a disappointment being that it was only 3 feet deep but at least there was one.

We always love staying in the cabins & the staff are very friendly!! This year was Sunset Haven & we loved the view. A few things we weren’t happy about: no concrete pad by the fire pit; no railings on stairs; the guardrails on the deck were a big hazard since it wasn’t wood and just a steel wire; frig/freezer not working properly and a leak in dining table area ruining several books/magazines

We couldn't stay for our reserved days...the cabin was rodent infested. They even admitted that the people that stayed in it complained about the same thing! The ridge caps are open....so you'll have that issue until fixed. But we couldn't sleep with all the rodents running around in the cieling

Very nice cabins. Clean and homey! Rules a bit to strict but overall nice place. Seasonal kids very rude and nasty to the kids just staying a few days. Rocks thrown at kids, swearing and other nasty words used. KOA worker always at pool but blaming kids for rough housing when nothing was occurring. Cut my hand in store and nothing offered but a sorry. Product hung right back up.

People were great and we had a nice time overall. We gave mediocre ratings because our deluxe cabin had no hot water for the duration of the stay. Apparently the hot water heater pilot wouldn’t stay lit.

It was a girls get together. We stayed in a csbin which was very nice. The campground was well maintained and the staff were very friendly! Would recommend.

We are one of the original campers who have been there since the campground opened 20 years ago. This was the best season we have ever spent there due to New Management with new innovative ideas. Going forward we hope to continue for another 20 years. The staff is to be commended for its friendliness and helpfulness. Everyone who visited us during this season commented on all the wonderful changes that have been made around the campground, including the welcoming attitude of the office staff. We are proud to say that we are seasonal campers at Chautauqua Lake Koa!
