The Staff(especially Anita the owner)was extremely welcoming & helpful throughout our entire stay. The kids (&adults) had an absolute blast w/ all the activities that are on site, I highly recommend CHQ KOA, whether you want to relax ������or play hard�‍����������they have it all! Been��here since a child & leave with amazing memories that last a lifetime! Thank you ALL staff�

Had a great stay. Campground was clean, sites were level. All the amenities were well kept and easy to use. Playground was clean and safe. Kids loved the pool and splash pad. A great KOA with friendly campers and staff.

This is the second time we stayed at KOA Chautauqua Lake, it is an excellent, clean and friendly camp site. We plan on coming back many times more. We are making plans to go back in 2021 and can't wait!! We wish KOA Chautauqua Lake much continued success and thank you for making it a great place to RV.

I thought Park was beautiful, but rules with everything was so strict, made it less appealing to return. I go camping to escape reality and felt it was to rigid and strict. They would not even let you bring a water bottle into pool area and was told if I was to try they would kick me out, I will stick with more easy going campgrounds from now on.

Campground was beautiful! Our only complaint is that we weren't allowed any drinks at the pool. This does not seem right that you cannot bring water bottles to a pool when it's almost 90 out, that seems pretty dangerous. I realize there is a water fountain, but that is not a good situation, especially during a pandemic. Because of this, we did not use the pool. Otherwise, the campground was great.

Nice campground great for kids, thats it. We had some firewood they took it from us even though we said we won't burn it there we are gonna leave it in our truck use it for next campgrounds. I understand about the ash bore.but we walked around their campground in their permanent sites have all kinds of wood that is not kiln dried and there is more can't list it all. $$$$$ is all you are to them.

Was a wonderful stay, we brought my sister-in-law for the stay and she loved it. We were there last year and liked it so much we came back. Like that were near towns that we can walk, and have dinner instead of cooking at the campsite all the time. Very friendly and helpful staff.

First time at a KOA. Reservation was easy. Rules are very clear and up front. Nice to get a call the day before our stay to remind us of details about our stay. Campground was clean, well monitored and maintained. Staff was excellent and friendly. Guided us right to our spot and helped get situated. Lastly, the wi-fi was the best we’ve experienced at any campground. We will be back.

We stayed at this KOA for a little over 2 weeks. The staff here went out of their way to be super helpful to us. The views of the lake were beautiful from our campsite. I've read some negative reviews about this location, and it is my opinion that these people could not follow the simple rules. (No personal fire wood, quiet hours...) They do enforce their rules! It was our first time as a family at a KOA. The cabin we had was so Clean and the staff was very helpful and kind definitely will be back!

We had a great time and the staff was very nice. We appreciated all of the rules; they help to keep the campground in good condition. And no riff raff; we like that. We would love to see morning coffee and pancakes there. Or maybe even lunchables (both kid and adult versions) for sale. Thank you for a great stay.

The 1st yr was fine , the place is beautiful but I was going broke having my family visit me $5 a person did not like at all us seasonal she could of given us a break ! the lady got very nasty and when we sold the camper ( had to leave there) she was horrible!! People came to pick-up the camper we had to pay for them to come in an because they had 2 trucks we ( who were paid ti August no money )

We rented a beautiful trailer (J2). It was clean upon arrival. The grounds were kept up very nicely (Dave Tabby) . The staff was very inviting and friendly. We are definitely going to stay again and I highly recommend a trip there. You won't be sorry :-)

I am upset that after telling them "No" that I did not want them to take the rest of my payment out of my bank account , they went ahead and did it anyway. My daughter and son-in-law had offered to pay for the rest of my stay because I had gone and helped them out with my grandchildren,they also knew that I am on a fixed income.They went in to settle up , but was told that it was paid. Not happy!

we had a great time at the campground this past weekend the weather was beautiful and got to meet up with some of our local friends from ohio the campground is neat and clean the staff deserves a shout out they are freindly and keep a tight ship and look out for you safety making sure pool chairs are 6 feet apart and hope to return next year we started going here in 2019 and like it very much.

The weekend went by so fast! So many things for the grandkids to do, we never heard “I’m Bored” once! The staff was wonderful. Eli was very entertaining at the poolside with his trivia. He had us guess the songs from different children’s movies as he sang and acted them out. We couldn’t be more happy with the experience and hope to return next year.

This is our favorite KOA. Staff efficient and courteous, grounds well maintained and creative plantings. Social areas and bathrooms well cared for and very clean, pool area very accommodating for small groups. We will return.

Too many rules that are strictly enforced. Wood is $7.50 for 4 small pieces and bees every where I was stung the first day and then very nervous the rest of the stay not very relaxing in my opinion.

We are one of the original campers who have been there since the campground opened 20 years ago. This was the best season we have ever spent there due to New Management with new innovative ideas. Going forward we hope to continue for another 20 years. The staff is to be commended for its friendliness and helpfulness. Everyone who visited us during this season commented on all the wonderful changes that have been made around the campground, including the welcoming attitude of the office staff. We are proud to say that we are seasonal campers at Chautauqua Lake Koa!
