The owner made my daughter cry when she came to visit. They charged her $5 a day for a 4 month old to visit. They threatened that they were going to have our truck towed. The campground is beautiful. The owner ruined it.

Beautiful campground, but... the owners demeanor and the way she speaks to you is enough to totally wreck any great weekend. It's ashame that while having a great time with friends in a clean well kept campground, I was looking so forward to leaving. You definitely get the feeling that your enjoyment is absolutely never considered.

Ended up having to sleep in my car with my dog because we were only allowed to put up one tent. I use a very small backpacking tent and so does my sister. So one tent wasnt possible. We were told by the koa staff that if we paid them another $45 i could set up my tent. So that tells me it has nothing to do with safety but instead is all about money.. how disgusting. Wish I had know about this koa.

We tent camped for one night and had a great time. The views are fantastic and the amenities were perfect for the kids. The grounds were kept extremely well and the owners were personable and helpful. We would definitely come back again!

Basically we loved this KOA. It's very clean & they have fun games & a heated pool. The downside is the owner. She is very rude, especially to women. I feel I was being babysat the entire stay. At one point my friend drifted thru the campground at 7mph. She flew up on her golfcart and told him to slow down. If you ask why she speeds she will tell you she is exempt! Same rudeness 2 diff stays!

Very nicely kept park. Quiet week long stay. Staff was friendly, and you can tell they take pride in their campground! Nice landscaping, very neat spaces.

This is by far the best campground in the area. We love it there! Everything is super clean and well maintained. I would recommend this campground to everyone.

Management is top shelf in all regards. Staff follow managements lead and demonstrate professionalism, friendliness and a high degree of competency.

What a wonderful place to stay. ALL the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Our accommodation (cabin) was even better than we expected. We had an amazing little getaway, and we will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful visit as always. Chautauqua Lake is nearby and the amenities provide at the campground are great : heated pool, mini-putt, and many others. Thanks for a great visit. See you again soon.

The woman in the front office was nasty and blatantly rude. From the minute we arrived she continually made it a very unwelcoming place to visit. I would never go back to this campground.

We stayed for a 3 day weekend and it was great! We have been doing this for the last 5 years and it has become a tradition. Everyone is always so pleasant and helpful, and we were very impressed at how clean the entire campground was. We are already looking forward to our stay next year!!

Always fantastic. Great facility. Helpful and friendly staff who are always willing to go out of their way. I had some trouble with my RV awning and they gladly went out of their way to help.

Very clean restrooms, showers, and public areas. Staff was very friendly. Store had everything we overlooked when packing. Our tent site was awesome. This was our 2nd time staying there and we are already planning a trip back in the Fall.

What a great campground ! We enjoyed or stay, very friendly staff. Lots of games to play for kids and adults. Large pool and kiddy area, very clean. We hope to stay again and explore some of the surrounding area. Beautiful country!

It is a beautiful park. Very well maintained. Level sites, great views of the lake. Weekends are not loud and during the week , there was no one around us.

Extremely nice and clean camp ground. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bath houses were very clean and up to date. There was plenty to do for all of the family so we didn't have to leave the camp ground. I would definitely stay there again!

Nice friendly staff, very helpful cking in and getting to site. Lots of pull thru sites, some level, some not but easy to adapt and level out. Tight in front part of camp but plenty of space for even large rigs in rest of camp. Beautiful camp ground view.

stayed for 4 nights in a rental unit. I would have liked it better in a cabin to enjoy the camping experience. Not enough or no chairs outside fire rings. everything else in the rental unit was fine. lacked for nothing there. Very very clean and the laundry facilities is the best in any KOA. Washer and dryer were very economical. The only disappointment was the pool was only 3 feet deep.

One request is working on the hot water. It was very hot. Bay be an adjustment to shower areas away from the laundry. Also adjust the shower heads so the customer can adjust themselves. Thank you.

The campground was clean and well kept. A lot of things for the kids to do. Location was close to Bemus Point. We will be back to boat and camp again!

We are one of the original campers who have been there since the campground opened 20 years ago. This was the best season we have ever spent there due to New Management with new innovative ideas. Going forward we hope to continue for another 20 years. The staff is to be commended for its friendliness and helpfulness. Everyone who visited us during this season commented on all the wonderful changes that have been made around the campground, including the welcoming attitude of the office staff. We are proud to say that we are seasonal campers at Chautauqua Lake Koa!
