Facilities were sparse if you need them (i.e. pop-ups or tent campers) The rules are STRICTLY enforced, and some of them are downright ridiculous. The owner and her staff would drive around policing constantly and it really made it difficult to simply relax. We will not be returning, my brother and his family will not be returning and the woman and her two kids told us they wouldn't be either.

It was one of the nicest campgrounds I have ever visited. Bathrooms were super clean, pool was awesome. A little pricey compared to other campgrounds.

This will be on our favorite places to camp list. All amenities and rules explained clearly upon arrival. Very well run campground. We stayed at a patio site and loved it. Kudos to the staff for a wonderful experience!

It was great. With all of the local attractions being shut down due to Covid, it was wonderful having the playground and pool open for our granddaughter. Premises were clean and well maintained as usual.

We had a wonderful time,. In fact we booked 4 nights and stayed an additional night because we enjoyed ourselves so much. The cabin was very clean. The owner takes pride in the appearance and atmosphere of the campground.

KOA at Chautauqua Lake, NY is a beautiful, peaceful and very clean campsite. We plan on coming back to this campsite many many times.

The campsite was well shaded. Beautifully landscaped, clean, well kept campground. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice site. Good location for us, we were able to bicycle to all parts of the county and Lake Erie from this campground. The only problem we encountered was over the weekend when the campground filled. Our surge protector detected dangerous drops in voltage and shut us off intermittently. Once the weekenders departed we went back to normal operation.

Plenty of activities to help to pass the time and spend time with the family. Pool monitor did more than just make sure the approved number of campers were allowed into the pool, he entertained the kids. Very clean campground and facilities.

This is Stuart and Campground were beautiful. Very cleanly and well-kept. The staff was not very friendly or pleasant when interacting with them so I am glad we did not have any issues that needed to be addressed

Great tent sites in the shade between the trees and level spots for tents. Several bathrooms to choose from within a short walk. Loved the option of a single bathroom with shower. Very well run campground with awesome options for a family. This is definitely a no nonsense run business. Read the rules about only tent per site. They will check and they will make you take a second tent down.

The Chautauqua Lake KOA is a very clean, organized, and family friendly park. The owners Bill and Anita Perry are exceptional people because they are very friendly and go out of their way to accommodate any and all needs of campers. We would highly recommend this park to anyone. We have really enjoyed our time here and look forward to staying again in the future.

We were there for four days. Central location to the various things we wanted to do. Sites were great - level, open, spacious. My only issue was that where we were placed there were three rows of 7 pull thru sites. Very few were full (one row had only one RV in it) yet the second day, management placed a new RV right next to ours. With all the open sites, this was a bit annoying.

The facilities were very clean, staff were friendly. Enjoyed the games offered, carpet ball, putt putt, foosball, cornhole. Would like check in for the cabins to be a couple of hours earlier.

Beautiful campground. Well-maintained swimming pool. So many amenities. Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff and owners. Clean bathrooms. Great store. We coming back in September!

Beautiful campground. All sites are good size. mostly pull thru sites. Grounds are kept meticulous. Stayed four nights and love every minute of it.

We had one of the gorgeous pull through Patio sites. Large space, nice breeze and just lovely. Didn’t get to use other amenities - but they looked nice.

Front gate is secure like a military base. Check in reminded me of the "Soup NAZI" episode of Seinfeld. "Campground" appears to be for seasonal campers due to all the personal cabins. The KOA overnight area is on a sloping hill and sites match the terrain. Used 6 inches of boards to level the RV. The "lake view" is almost non-existent because the trees have outgrown the advertised description.

Campground facility is nice and clean. However check in and staff we not friendly or welcoming. Lady at check in I believe was the owner. Never smiled and was not accommodating. I had phoned the day ahead to let them know we may be arriving after their 8pm strict arrival time. My husband and I were able to leave work early to get there on time, son couldn’t. Was told he could not enter at eta 20

We are one of the original campers who have been there since the campground opened 20 years ago. This was the best season we have ever spent there due to New Management with new innovative ideas. Going forward we hope to continue for another 20 years. The staff is to be commended for its friendliness and helpfulness. Everyone who visited us during this season commented on all the wonderful changes that have been made around the campground, including the welcoming attitude of the office staff. We are proud to say that we are seasonal campers at Chautauqua Lake Koa!
