When we first arrived, I thought there was a problem with the cable TV hookup. Office sent someone down to look at it, and he went above and beyond to try and solve the issue. Even brought a portable TV to the site and hooked it up to verify service! Service was ok, and I found afterword that it was my HD antenna being powered on that caused the static. Everyone was very friendly. Will visit again

We really enjoy your stay at Chautauqua Lake KOA. This is a return trip to the KOA. We do really like this campground. They did a great job despite the current situation with COVID-19. We will definitely stay again. I wish we were more toward the back of the park and that we could bring out own wood, we would give 5 stars if that was in place.

Even with the pandemic doing on, the staff handled it very well and we hardly noticed anything was going on. We still had a great time.

The staff was very nice and friendly. Very clean and well taken care of camp grounds. The sites where nice and big. I would recommend this campground to friends.

Love it here! Camp ground is clean, close to parks, Bemus point, kids had a ton of fun playing games.

Even with all the amenities closed due to CV-19 we had an amazing time. Spent hours in the creek, loved that the State Park was so close and rode our bikes a ton. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Easy in, easy out. Will definitely be returning.

We hesitated to stay at the Chautauqua KOA based upon hearing from others that they are overly uptight on rules. You feel like you are visiting your mother in laws home instead of being on vacation. There are many rules and it even states in their brochure. We were asked 5 times upon arrival if we wanted to buy their firewood. You are not allowed to buy local firewood and bring it in.

Great place to camp. Camp ground in nice shape, clean, it looks like there is a lot to do (Despite the Covid-19 going on at this time). will definitely be back next year.

Enjoyed every day .Owner was extremely helpful to our needs. Even though we had the Covid 19 restrictions, we were very happy. We will be back again!

We were very happy to begin our camping season @ KOA at Chautauqua Lake, NY. With everything going on in our world today, it was a perfect getaway. We always enjoy our stay and feel welcomed as we arrive & while we are staying there. Anita and her staff are always pleasant and professional. We will be back a few more times to stay!

We enjoyed our stay. We couldn't use the pools or restrooms because of COVID-19, but we had fun. Our patio site was disappointing - water pooled on the patio and we had to bring in our awning to use the fire pit.

Most of the people were nice. One older lady was completely rude and made our stay horrible. Will never return to this KOA again because of this women.

we were a little apprehensive to stay at first after reading some of the reviews, however after our first and excellent experience we realized that the negative reviews most likely came from the The loud and obnoxious drunk jerks and the irresponsible pet owners that are deaf to constant the barking of their stupid dogs. Chautauqua KOA is a beautiful campground along the lake. We love the views from our RV site and the campers are always friendly. Bill and Anita along with their staff run a great and service friendly camp. Looking forward to our next stay.

We loved it so much we are now seasonal! The campgrounds is very well run and maintained and the staff are great. Lots of amenities for kids and adults. Everything is very clean and well kept. We're already looking forward to next season!

We had a great stay at the Chautauqua KOA, we enjoyed the campground and its many amenities. The location was very centrally located to several area attractions. It was disappointing that purchasing wood at the campground was required and a little pricey.

We are one of the original campers who have been there since the campground opened 20 years ago. This was the best season we have ever spent there due to New Management with new innovative ideas. Going forward we hope to continue for another 20 years. The staff is to be commended for its friendliness and helpfulness. Everyone who visited us during this season commented on all the wonderful changes that have been made around the campground, including the welcoming attitude of the office staff. We are proud to say that we are seasonal campers at Chautauqua Lake Koa!
