The staff was amazing. I am going to become a KOA reward member because of this great stay. Campsite was super clean and fun for my toddler son. We will be back!

Staff was very helpful with a possible electrical issue, and very patient with us. Wi fi was excellent as was the tv cable, good experience.

Love their new deluxe patio sites! But, with the main road closed for a bridge replacement, it would have been nice if with one of their recent email reminders had told us the closed road. Very disappointed that they didn’t let us know so we could easily re routed ourselves.

New owners this spring doing a very good job place is very clean. Need to put a pool out back or making parking up by pool, pain in the butt to park in the main parking lot and get buzzed threw the gates give everyone a gate pass. And place is big needs golf cart rentals. But would stay there again

Outstanding camp ground! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Site was well maintained and clean when we arrived. There is a Dollar General located 2 miles away that carries everything you might need or forget like we did. Don’t miss the farm cheese store actually within walking distance of the campground. Beautiful sunsets over the lake visible from the K sites.

We spent three nights at a site in the lower field. The site was level, and the park is clean and very well run. Restrooms were cleaned and trash picked up daily. There are a lot of seasonal campers but almost all sites were very well maintained and everyone was very friendly. This is one of the better KOAs we have stayed at.

The pool needed cleaned every day. There was a lot of bugs and leaves in it. The flower gardens needed weeded too. But it is a great place to camp!!! Love it!!!

The cabin was great, very clean and well-appointed. We greatly appreciated the amenities of refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker! Like a hotel room in the woods :). Conveniently located near the restrooms, which were also kept very clean. No complaints, would definitely stay here again.

We had a blast staying here! It was the very first time camping for my two young children. They loved the pool and the scavenger hunt! We will definitely be back again!

Quiet park, large sites, very clean and well kept. Lots of activities for kids. Nice bathrooms (except shower heads to high, lose the timers)

Sites are nice. Layout of the campground is not ideal, for those paying for premium site with lake view- should be the best sites in the campground and they are, however they are so far from the campground office and pool that without driving the main amenities of the campground are unreachable. Way to many seasonal sits clogging up the best parts of the campground.

Nice Site. No handicap bench in shower at bath house near our site. Checked all 4 bathrooms. Also, no soap dish in shower. Should be at least one handicap access shower in each bath house. Access to persons giving patrons a ride out of park not very friendly. Talked clerk into letting driver in after discussion and advising one camper with heart trouble.

It was cut short due to rain, but we love it there! Spacious, well-tended sites, large fire pits, top notch facilities and very helpful staff. We will go back!

Staff was very accommodating with us having our boat with us too. The campground was very clean and our site was wonderful with a concrete pad and furniture already on our site.

Thank you for the stay. A few suggestions. Kids driving golf carts a should be a no no. Couldn't get camper parked for bad lighting and kids on golf carts everywhere. Being disrespectful. Marked sights better at night. Someone should of taken us to our spot being dark. Pretty place Thank you for having us. Connie Rogers

We had a great 3 night stay at this campground. The area we stayed in was well kept, easy to get into and very easy to make all the connections we needed to make with our trailer. The workers at the campground were very friendly and always willing to talk with you about campsites, local attractions and directions to some of the areas. My wife and I are looking forward to returning.

it is a nice koa. staff friendly, have stayed before. did not have enough golf balls for multiple people to play this time, crochet was missing pegs. was a little disappointing this time around. weather also not good. we actually left a day early

Nice overnight but hard for me to compare because it was our first stay at a campground. it appeared to be good.

We truly enjoyed our stay, we went with our adult children, I can not express the blessing we had, peaceful, relaxing, friendly people and I can honestly say I did not get bit by mosquitoes. Don’t know if you sprayed periodically, that to me was amazing! �ϸ Love it!!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. This was our first concrete pad site and we really liked that. Although we didn’t have the grandkids with us, the playground looked awesome. This location is very central to Chautauqua, Jamestown, and Salamanca.

We stayed 3 nights using our travel trailer. Pull through, full hook up site. Clean facilities, pleasant staff. Wife n I had a very good time. Have to purchase firewood from campground no outside firewood allowed. 5 or 6 PCs per bundle for $7.50. Seems a little steep.

Huge campground. We had a Nice site near our family members. TY. Our site was clean and orderly and set up well with chairs table and a two person rocker. Level site with mostly cement and nice fire area. Polite staff, nice concert Saturday with the country singer Brianna Blankenship. Cons-Disappointed that a tent and camper can not be on the same site, complicated our plans. Enjoyed our stay.

First time at a KOA, second time camping. Starting off with checking in every one was friendly and helpful. Always friendly with my questions and very helpful. The place was very nice and well kept. Had a issue with electricity that was taken care of very quickly. Planning on returning next year. Thanks for helping make our trip great.

Enjoyed our stay at this KOA! Staff was very friendly campground was very clean .. we stayed at a deluxe patio site and enjoyed the concrete pad and outdoor furniture provided!

We are one of the original campers who have been there since the campground opened 20 years ago. This was the best season we have ever spent there due to New Management with new innovative ideas. Going forward we hope to continue for another 20 years. The staff is to be commended for its friendliness and helpfulness. Everyone who visited us during this season commented on all the wonderful changes that have been made around the campground, including the welcoming attitude of the office staff. We are proud to say that we are seasonal campers at Chautauqua Lake Koa!
