Very nice campground. Clean, well maintained and the best WiFi I have experienced at any campground. Staff very friendly and took the time to fit us in on a last minute reservation. Will definitely be back.

The Kampground seemed a little rough this year, we understood it rained alot, our grass at our sites was not cut. The garbage can at the dog park was not emptied for awhile and stunk badly. We had to move at the bench far from it. Bad Bad Smell! The store did not have a wide selection either. It seemed some places around the park needed paint, etc. the stairs going into the store...

Pleasant campground, very helpful staff, and near all that Chautauqua Lake area has to offer. Spots are large, and clean. Pool and other amenities are well maintained. Solid cell and wifi service throughout the grounds. As this was our first stay at a KOA campground, we were surprised at the value of the stay. Will certainly stay again.

Great accommodations in Eagle Nest. The only negative was the critters in the wall which woke us up early each morning. You called the exterminators immediately after we told you. However the last night we still heard them. Despite this, we would come back again. Friendly staff and very nice KOA.

Stayed 3 nights in site K4, Cement patio site with lake view (lake view was a sliver, since trees have grown since pictures on website where taken). Lake is below campground across RT430). Site was level gravel with upgraded patio furniture. Very quiet campground and very friendly staff. Lots to do in the area if you have a vehicle. Roads are mix of asphalt and stone.

Very nice, clean campground, but KOA website needs update concerning check-in time and rabies certificate. KOA‘s usually let you enter their sites at 2 pm, here it’s 4 pm. You feel like you get cheated of 2 hours worth of camping. We had the rabies certificate for the dog printed at a UPS store on the way. Wished we would have known about 4 pm check-in and certificate when we made reservation.

Thanks for being so accommodating with letting us in after 8pm! It was a perfect place to stay for a night while we traveled through western NY.

Terrible, worst spot in two months. From signing a waver to a spot that required us to us blocks and leveling pads because our front tires were 6 inches off the ground when our automatic leveling systems was used. Than after adding our 6 inch portable step we still had to pull ourselves in, no wonder the need for the waiver.

This was our second time staying at Chautauqua Lake KOA. It was just as clean, quiet and accommodating as the first time.

Nice Campground. However office is inconvenient for overnighters and non seasonal to walk to. Gate cards which require a $20 deposit need to be returned. There is a convenient wait near the campsite but since you don’t pass the office a special trip is necessary. Also they don’t recycle although we read elsewhere that the county requires it

The staff was beyond polite. The grounds are very clean and workers are extremely cautious when working to not disturb guest. We can't wait to return and explore more of the area while camping at KOA Chautauqua.!!

Great campground, clean & quiet. Beautiful view of lake. Cabin well equipped with everything needed for your stay. The things I didn't like were the pool & lack of tv stations- mostly home shopping channels. Pool for kids- but only 3 ft deep. No adult pool available. There are many adult campers staying w/o children. l. Not much choice of what to watch on dish tv channels. Many hom

Very clean, friendly staff, enjoy playing putt putt, carpet ball, dog parks, going for walks, sitting on chairs by hill to watch the sunset. The facilities are very convenient and close to cabin, along with kitchen sink. The only downfall was the moldy bean bags for corn hole on both games, would have liked to be able to play along with game room under construction.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin. It was very clean and well kept. The staff were polite and helpful. We had to buy their wood which did not burn well and was over priced. The pool was a disappointment being that it was only 3 feet deep but at least there was one.

This place is absolutely wonderful! Pull thru, FHU, clean modern facilities, beautiful sites. And close to everything to do in the Chautauqua region. We will definitely be back next year!

Nicely maintained campground. Newer are we were in had excellent wifi and the spaces were large. Some of the parking spaces were not very level so make sure you have plenty of blocks just in case. One group next to us had no regard for the 10pm-7am quiet time as on the first night, they were outside at midnight talking extremely loud and slamming doors on their rv. Rain kept them inside after that

Had a very nice patio location. the pad was level along with table Adirondack chairs and a firepit. Best site yet of all my KOA stays. The kids will have loads of fun at the pool and water park.

People at desk were friendly and every time I had a question they were pleasant and helpful. The grounds were clean. Two areas which could be helpful: (1) inform new comers like myself how to get back into camp.They did explain after I had that problem but not before for I knew what to do.(2) the water was slow and had not much water pressure and as more people came into camp, the water pressu

We loved this KOA. We had a level concrete site with a patio. Very nice. Staff were very friendly. The pool was heated and the views of the Lake were great. It was very quiet where we stayed. The lower portion of the campground was different. More gravel sites with larger RV's. Some quests may not have liked this area. We plan to visit again. We love the area and the Lake.

Great campground, amazing wi-fi, big sites. The only suggest I have, is they need to add some sign at the intersection if you are coming in from route 60 and 58. They do tell you not to use GPS, and google direction worked great. It just would be nice to have some signs. Taking your camper down some of the country road, can be a little un-nerving.

Outstanding sites and very clean. Friendly staff and very roomy. We had a patio site and it was well kept and vey level. We enjoyed our stay and will be going back.

Chautauqua Lake KOA is a well maintained campground with a friendly staff! If they could have only waved their “magic wand” and made the rain disappear!! Great experience, despite the weather!

Kudos to the new property managers Terrance and Mary! Perfect getaway for our family! The facility is so clean and well maintained, especially the lawn care! The staff is super friendly and extra helpful! I love that they have family fun activities such as bands, parades and potluck dinners. I highly recommend this KOA!

The site we had offered a tiny view of the lake. The sites where we were near the exit were fairly spread part. The pool was small but weather did not permit its use. Rain for many days made the sites muddy but not the fault of the management.

Booked 6 months in advance specifically for a site close to the pool/playground; which the reservation confirmed. Got there and placed absolutely no where near the area. On top of this we’re told they no longer rented golf carts soooo…we were stuck. Essentially no activities planned/offered for the kids ( even on 4th of July weekend). Not ideal camping for kids.

We are one of the original campers who have been there since the campground opened 20 years ago. This was the best season we have ever spent there due to New Management with new innovative ideas. Going forward we hope to continue for another 20 years. The staff is to be commended for its friendliness and helpfulness. Everyone who visited us during this season commented on all the wonderful changes that have been made around the campground, including the welcoming attitude of the office staff. We are proud to say that we are seasonal campers at Chautauqua Lake Koa!
