We absolutely LOVED the Chautauqua Lake KOA! They have the MOST friendly staff, the camp ground is pristine, and I super appreciated the text reminders about events happening in the campground and weather updates!

This was our 3rd time here. We stay at a lot of KOAs and this ranks up there as #1 or #2 to stay. My 2 Grandsons had a blast and enjoyed every play item the campground had to offer. We were quite early arriving and called when we were about 20 minutes out. They did everything they could to get us to our site. This allowed us to set up and continue to the Erie zoo. Great people!

Stayed in the Bird House deluxe cabin. We were very pleased with the space, the comfort and the beauty all around us. The price was reasonable.

Best KOA hands down. The sites are huge and groomed. There’s a lot of activities and everyone is so friendly.

I believe the firewood is overpriced for what it is and I also wish I would have been told since we are new that KOA, any time after the front gate office is closed that you would need a keycard to get in. We had to park our truck at the front and walk in pitch black darkness all the way to village 4.

Nice campground with lots of amenities. Our cabin was nice, but the view of the lake was limited. Lots of things for children to do.

It was good. It rain pretty hard one day and we were in a site that did not have cable. I did no realize that when I booked.But we read. It was good for us.

The facilities were great, and the camp grounds were well taken care of. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained. However at $ 67 a night and $78 for holiday night its pretty pricey!

We always love staying in the cabins & the staff are very friendly!! This year was Sunset Haven & we loved the view. A few things we weren’t happy about: no concrete pad by the fire pit; no railings on stairs; the guardrails on the deck were a big hazard since it wasn’t wood and just a steel wire; frig/freezer not working properly and a leak in dining table area ruining several books/magazines

This is o e of the most beautiful KOA’s we’ve visited. Wonderful friendly snd courteous staff. Ready to help with any situation. Look forward to revisiting Chautauqua institute in the future and will definitely stay here again.

We took premium patio sites because it stated we would have a beautiful view of the lake. Hardly. Tall trees and seasonal units are all the view you get. When we booked the sites, we saw the listing of park rules. Two more e- mails stating the rules a few weeks before our stay and then a phone call one week before our stay to tell us the rules again. Really? Bulk of your seasonal are snobs.

Have stayed there three times. Has new owner. The pool wasn't working. The office staff didn't seem to care and was not to organize. Kept telling everyone the pool would be open in a few hours. This went on for two days

This KOA is in a beautiful area with several wineries and breweries within driving distance. We were in the lower area with a big corner site with a stunning sunset. We camped in a 38 ft 5th wheel, and had a pull thorough site. 50 amp stayed consistent. The pool was down our entire stay which happens with pump issues.

First time camping and we couldn’t have picked a better place. Staff was super friendly, courteous and genuinely concerned that we had an enjoyable vacation. Facility was impeccable! This trip ‘ignited our fire’ for future camping adventures.

We are one of the original campers who have been there since the campground opened 20 years ago. This was the best season we have ever spent there due to New Management with new innovative ideas. Going forward we hope to continue for another 20 years. The staff is to be commended for its friendliness and helpfulness. Everyone who visited us during this season commented on all the wonderful changes that have been made around the campground, including the welcoming attitude of the office staff. We are proud to say that we are seasonal campers at Chautauqua Lake Koa!
