We couldn't stay for our reserved days...the cabin was rodent infested. They even admitted that the people that stayed in it complained about the same thing! The ridge caps are open....so you'll have that issue until fixed. But we couldn't sleep with all the rodents running around in the cieling

Quiet. Clean bathrooms. Our site was perfect. Luckily I had extra water hose, as the connection was about 40 feet away. Pleasant employees. I like the rear exit gate. The view of oncoming traffic at the rear gate made it easier to see, and safely pull out on 430.

We really enjoyed the campground, the lake and the overall general area there. If the weather would have cooperated a little more, we could have taken the motorcycles out and explored mor of the beautiful scenery. But even with the rain, it was a fantastic time.

Was one of the nicest campgrounds we've stayed at. It was clean and everyone was very friendly. The sites were well kept. We had a site with the concrete pad that had a table and chairs and a fire pit built in. We would definitely stay here again if we are in this area.

This was our 3rd time here and we really enjoy it. Our site (Y2) had a tree stump in the middle. Around the tree stump, the ground was partially dug up which made it very unlevel and frankly, dangerous. The pool is nice but the kids are not allowed to jump in, which is a real bummer. The refusal to guarantee sites is a drawback for groups of campers. One of our groups was quite a way away.

The grounds were beautifully maintained and the staff was friendly and very helpful. It was nice to see staff members moving around the resort in case of issues or problems. Can't wait to comeback and stay again.

EXCELLENT WIFI!!! We stayed on site K8. Spotless park, clean restrooms & showers, and the wifi can't be beat. The best wifi of any KOA we have ever stayed at. We will definitely stay again!

Loved it. Beautiful location and fully featured facility. Courteous staff and clean, clean, clean. We'll be back, hopefully in the fall. My only sad point is that I understand the check out time for RV/Trailers will change from 3PM to 11AM. That's unfortunate. It was a huge factor in our 5 Star rating. Few campgrounds do that - I saw it as a perk. Relaxing on Sunday for weekend campers.

We had the best time! Really friendly and helpful staff. Extremely clean grounds and facilities and all products from the camp store are all reasonably priced keeping family’s in mind. Lastly, it is an incredible cause that any tips and some proceeds go to children’s cancer research. Love This Place!!!

Is very clean very quiet close to almost everything. Everyone at the site Treated us like family it was great. It's always nice to see people with smiles on their faces. Thanks again hope to be there again soon

Very nice cabins. Clean and homey! Rules a bit to strict but overall nice place. Seasonal kids very rude and nasty to the kids just staying a few days. Rocks thrown at kids, swearing and other nasty words used. KOA worker always at pool but blaming kids for rough housing when nothing was occurring. Cut my hand in store and nothing offered but a sorry. Product hung right back up.

People were great and we had a nice time overall. We gave mediocre ratings because our deluxe cabin had no hot water for the duration of the stay. Apparently the hot water heater pilot wouldn’t stay lit.

the camp is a great site . people very friendly internet best of all sites I've been too but site could have cable there's no tv reception also very large and gas golf carts not allowed these two things would make it the best we were at

I would have given 5 stars but golf carts are not allowed for transients even if they are disabled. We drive a motorhome so we're not able to use the amenities as we cannot walk that far. Other campgrounds make allowances for the disabled.

We could only stay a night because of prior commitment , but we will definitely be back for a longer stay. The owners were so helpful. We ended up being late and they were very patient about staying after hours to let us in. The property is clean and beautiful What a setting! Thanks for a peaceful night.

The campground was very nice with plenty of amenities for kids and family. I really liked the 3 PM chock out time for campsites. The kids could play and swim while we packed up. Pool and items closing at 8 seemed too early for summer hours. Our issue came with the staff. Some seemed very blunt or rude. Three families came in our party and felt that the reception was not corgial

After reading many negative reviews we were hesitant about our stay. We can't say enough good about this campground! It's extremely clean,the staff were all very pleasant,the sites are nice,& the landscaping throughout the campground is beautiful! There's plenty to do for small kids & adults. I think the negative reviews are from people who choose not to follow the rules. Would go again!!!

Our stay was great! It was only a weekend but I'm sure we will stay here again in the future. All the sites are spacious and the staff was very friendly.

We are one of the original campers who have been there since the campground opened 20 years ago. This was the best season we have ever spent there due to New Management with new innovative ideas. Going forward we hope to continue for another 20 years. The staff is to be commended for its friendliness and helpfulness. Everyone who visited us during this season commented on all the wonderful changes that have been made around the campground, including the welcoming attitude of the office staff. We are proud to say that we are seasonal campers at Chautauqua Lake Koa!
