Staff is amazing, very friendly. Cabin was a little dated. Couch was not very comfortable, glad our 3rd person wasn't able to come since sleeping on the couch wouldn't not have been comfy! Bed was okay. Will stay again! :)

Very well kept campground . Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Seasonal residents we met were very friendly also. Cabin we stayed in was perfect and well cared for.

Very nice campground. Well maintained and organized. We stayed in the deer house cabin, which was very comfortable.

Anita and Bill were awesome. The staff taking us to our units were fantastic and friendly. Had so much fun for our annual family outing. Played putt putt and had a relaxing time around the campfire. Would recommend KOA Chautauqua to everyone.

Loved our cabin! Everyone friendly! When need help, they are right on it. For example, I didn't know how to use the gas oven and someone came and started it for me.

Enjoyed our stay. Was good to see Anita & some friends. Overall campground looks great. They've made some great improvements. Paved quite a few of the main roads. Installed a new more powerful quicker wifi. Campground was clean & well kept which is one of the reasons we returned to it. It has always been kept up & kept clean. We always take our grandkids every year before school starts and decided to try this KOA and we really enjoyed our stay. So much for the kids to do. And the lake views are awesome! Definably going to go back again!!

It was our first time as a family at a KOA. The cabin we had was so Clean and the staff was very helpful and kind definitely will be back!

We had a great time and the staff was very nice. We appreciated all of the rules; they help to keep the campground in good condition. And no riff raff; we like that. We would love to see morning coffee and pancakes there. Or maybe even lunchables (both kid and adult versions) for sale. Thank you for a great stay.

We rented a beautiful trailer (J2). It was clean upon arrival. The grounds were kept up very nicely (Dave Tabby) . The staff was very inviting and friendly. We are definitely going to stay again and I highly recommend a trip there. You won't be sorry :-)

The weekend went by so fast! So many things for the grandkids to do, we never heard “I’m Bored” once! The staff was wonderful. Eli was very entertaining at the poolside with his trivia. He had us guess the songs from different children’s movies as he sang and acted them out. We couldn’t be more happy with the experience and hope to return next year.

What a wonderful place to stay. ALL the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Our accommodation (cabin) was even better than we expected. We had an amazing little getaway, and we will definitely be back.

stayed for 4 nights in a rental unit. I would have liked it better in a cabin to enjoy the camping experience. Not enough or no chairs outside fire rings. everything else in the rental unit was fine. lacked for nothing there. Very very clean and the laundry facilities is the best in any KOA. Washer and dryer were very economical. The only disappointment was the pool was only 3 feet deep.

We had a wonderful time,. In fact we booked 4 nights and stayed an additional night because we enjoyed ourselves so much. The cabin was very clean. The owner takes pride in the appearance and atmosphere of the campground.

We love the campground. It is so nice and we always feel very welcomed. The grounds are beautiful.. The staff were all so nice to chat with.. The play grounds had new games added. We really enjoyed our weekend. We will be excited to come back next year... thank you

The Deer House was perfect for our stay and was located very conveniently. As we walked around the campground one evening, people said hi as we passed their lots. Very family friendly, will definitely stay again.

We are one of the original campers who have been there since the campground opened 20 years ago. This was the best season we have ever spent there due to New Management with new innovative ideas. Going forward we hope to continue for another 20 years. The staff is to be commended for its friendliness and helpfulness. Everyone who visited us during this season commented on all the wonderful changes that have been made around the campground, including the welcoming attitude of the office staff. We are proud to say that we are seasonal campers at Chautauqua Lake Koa!
