New York rude! Smallest 40' site I've ever been on. Mostly permanent 'campers'. Should have a different description for permanent parking spots like Trailer park. I did say rude didn't I.

The campground is emaculate, has the best view Overlooking Chautauqua Lake of the sunset from a row of Adirondak chairs While sipping a glass of local wine and cheese , and the largest and MOST complete playground I’ve EVER seen ! Wow. Thats a mouthful but completely true!! GORGEOUS VIEW!!! Extra large bounce pad, splash pad , monkey bars ,beautiful pool,even cornhole for adults! Put put too

The park was very well maintained. We were there to visit family living by Lake Chautauqua & that is where I have my only complaint. My family of 4 people would have liked to visit our motorhome and see our site, but the park will not permit any visitors without paying $5 per person. They thought that was extreme for an hour or less visit. Our neighbor complained to us about that policy only.

The entire campground is absolutely gorgeous. The care that is given is very evident. However, the woman who runs the campground was extreme the entire time we were there. The rules are overwhelming. First, you have to buy their wood, two adults for children swimming (not feasible for single parents), and the speeding thru the park (park staff too) was horrible. We won't be back.

Beautiful site/meticulous. Owner quickly responded to our request for assistance with a hot water tank leak. Fixed the problem and then placed the money into the camp fund for children with cancer.

was a very nice camp ground. if I had to recommend anything it would be to replace the rocks in the play area with wood chips. to many kids throwing rocks

From the moment we checked into the campground they were extremely rude to us and extremely accommodating. The cable that was supposed to be included did not work it was extremely fussy our internet did not work, there was dog poop all over our lawn, no employee wore a make inside the check in and store facility, they made our guests turn around and drive home after driving 4hr to see us. Awful!!

Was a short weekend get away. From the moment we arrived till the moment we drove out the gate we felt welcomed like old friends meeting up after years apart. Highly recommend this park to any one looking for a pleasant hassle fee stay. Thank you so much

Great place to unwind. Plenty of room between campers and really quiet! Well maintained and employees were all very nice! We will return for another stay.

First time camping as a family with 4 month old, 3 and 5 year old. Enough to keep them all busy. Area that we chose for trailer was exactly as described. Staff was very nice and the young man never seemed annoyed about repeatedly turning on the splash pad. We will be back!

The Staff(especially Anita the owner)was extremely welcoming & helpful throughout our entire stay. The kids (&adults) had an absolute blast w/ all the activities that are on site, I highly recommend CHQ KOA, whether you want to relax ������or play hard�‍����������they have it all! Been��here since a child & leave with amazing memories that last a lifetime! Thank you ALL staff�

Had a great stay. Campground was clean, sites were level. All the amenities were well kept and easy to use. Playground was clean and safe. Kids loved the pool and splash pad. A great KOA with friendly campers and staff.

This is the second time we stayed at KOA Chautauqua Lake, it is an excellent, clean and friendly camp site. We plan on coming back many times more. We are making plans to go back in 2021 and can't wait!! We wish KOA Chautauqua Lake much continued success and thank you for making it a great place to RV.

I thought Park was beautiful, but rules with everything was so strict, made it less appealing to return. I go camping to escape reality and felt it was to rigid and strict. They would not even let you bring a water bottle into pool area and was told if I was to try they would kick me out, I will stick with more easy going campgrounds from now on.

Campground was beautiful! Our only complaint is that we weren't allowed any drinks at the pool. This does not seem right that you cannot bring water bottles to a pool when it's almost 90 out, that seems pretty dangerous. I realize there is a water fountain, but that is not a good situation, especially during a pandemic. Because of this, we did not use the pool. Otherwise, the campground was great.

Nice campground great for kids, thats it. We had some firewood they took it from us even though we said we won't burn it there we are gonna leave it in our truck use it for next campgrounds. I understand about the ash bore.but we walked around their campground in their permanent sites have all kinds of wood that is not kiln dried and there is more can't list it all. $$$$$ is all you are to them.

Was a wonderful stay, we brought my sister-in-law for the stay and she loved it. We were there last year and liked it so much we came back. Like that were near towns that we can walk, and have dinner instead of cooking at the campsite all the time. Very friendly and helpful staff.

First time at a KOA. Reservation was easy. Rules are very clear and up front. Nice to get a call the day before our stay to remind us of details about our stay. Campground was clean, well monitored and maintained. Staff was excellent and friendly. Guided us right to our spot and helped get situated. Lastly, the wi-fi was the best we’ve experienced at any campground. We will be back.

We are one of the original campers who have been there since the campground opened 20 years ago. This was the best season we have ever spent there due to New Management with new innovative ideas. Going forward we hope to continue for another 20 years. The staff is to be commended for its friendliness and helpfulness. Everyone who visited us during this season commented on all the wonderful changes that have been made around the campground, including the welcoming attitude of the office staff. We are proud to say that we are seasonal campers at Chautauqua Lake Koa!
