The Chautauqua Lake KOA is a very clean, organized, and family friendly park. The owners Bill and Anita Perry are exceptional people because they are very friendly and go out of their way to accommodate any and all needs of campers. We would highly recommend this park to anyone. We have really enjoyed our time here and look forward to staying again in the future.

We were there for four days. Central location to the various things we wanted to do. Sites were great - level, open, spacious. My only issue was that where we were placed there were three rows of 7 pull thru sites. Very few were full (one row had only one RV in it) yet the second day, management placed a new RV right next to ours. With all the open sites, this was a bit annoying.

This is one of our favorite KOA campgrounds in NYS. We will definitely be back next year.

Beautiful campground. Well-maintained swimming pool. So many amenities. Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff and owners. Clean bathrooms. Great store. We coming back in September!

Beautiful campground. All sites are good size. mostly pull thru sites. Grounds are kept meticulous. Stayed four nights and love every minute of it.

We had one of the gorgeous pull through Patio sites. Large space, nice breeze and just lovely. Didn’t get to use other amenities - but they looked nice.

Front gate is secure like a military base. Check in reminded me of the "Soup NAZI" episode of Seinfeld. "Campground" appears to be for seasonal campers due to all the personal cabins. The KOA overnight area is on a sloping hill and sites match the terrain. Used 6 inches of boards to level the RV. The "lake view" is almost non-existent because the trees have outgrown the advertised description.

Nice place, don't follow GPS - takes you to a dead end road. Other than that was fun!

Campground facility is nice and clean. However check in and staff we not friendly or welcoming. Lady at check in I believe was the owner. Never smiled and was not accommodating. I had phoned the day ahead to let them know we may be arriving after their 8pm strict arrival time. My husband and I were able to leave work early to get there on time, son couldn’t. Was told he could not enter at eta 20

Beautiful campsite. The store is well stocked and everyone is friendly. The location is amazing - a short drive to a town with all the comforts of home or a quick drive to a delicious set of local eateries. The campsite has a ton to offer too! We will definitely be back!

Anita and Bill run a wonderful campground! They are there to make sure you are having a great time, considerate of all who are there and always doing updates to improve the park. The park is a 10+ in my book. Go every summer!

We have camped at KOA Dewittville New York, for many years. The staff is friendly and campgrounds are always clean and maintained. The management is strict and that's why we enjoy our stay at KOA.

We absolutely loved our holiday Wknd at the camp. All the staff were extremely pleasant and efficient. They were constantly riding around picking up garbage. They would always wave and say a kind word. The camp has so much to offer, it is definitely family friendly. The lawns are mowed, there buildings are beautiful, love, love the dog park, and so did our Lucy. We will be back again.

Very nice campground. The staff is so nice and friendly. Our site had a picnic table that needed repair. We called the office and a new table was sent within minutes.

Very clean, bathrooms the tent and pop up camper spot was shaded well and near the pool and playground. I have a 11,9, and 4 year old who were entertained the entire time. The view of the lake is really nice on the hill too. We will Be back .. this is our 10th KOA we have stayed at and it’s in our top 3 overall

Clean campground friendly staff always smiling. Gated community. Close to all lake chautauqua has to offer. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to spend time with loved ones..

We arrived a few hours early not knowing check in was at 5:00 pm and were told they would have to charge us another day for being approx. five hours early. (The lady I assume was the manager was a little rude about it) We left and returned at 5:00pm and checked in. During the first night we had a converter failure and after decided to leave. again the mgr. was very rude and said no refund.

Very nice facility with even nicer staff. Staying near the end or second exit is the place to be for really beautiful sunsets.

We are one of the original campers who have been there since the campground opened 20 years ago. This was the best season we have ever spent there due to New Management with new innovative ideas. Going forward we hope to continue for another 20 years. The staff is to be commended for its friendliness and helpfulness. Everyone who visited us during this season commented on all the wonderful changes that have been made around the campground, including the welcoming attitude of the office staff. We are proud to say that we are seasonal campers at Chautauqua Lake Koa!
