The campsites are large and well-groomed. The amenities are plentiful. Although the showers were clean, the shower heads in the restrooms near us were low pressure and aimed at the wall. Otherwise, a wonderful campground!

Clean, quiet and beautiful. Sites down in the lower level were specious with very few trees. Kid friendly amenities, such as a shallow pool. Short drive to the lake an brewery/distillery. Midway Amusement Park just down the street. Camp store was limited as they ran out of TP, shirts and ice. Issue with the campgrounds sewer pumps caused for unpleasant odors while sitting around the fire.

We enjoyed our total time as our site was a great location, very wide open space. Grounds were clean, easy way to walk our dog. Judy at the front desk does a great job, very friendly and helped get info to me with a vehicle problem. Great location to see sites around the lake.

While there is alot of rain we believe more drainage, gravel should be used. Site x4 was quite muddy. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay

Truly outstanding facilities with the most helpful and knowledgeable and skilled staff we've ever encountered in any KOA. The setting is terrific but we will return regardless of the location. What a pleasure.

We absolutely loved our stay!! We will definitely be back. The only things that needs to be reviewed is the unsupervised kids at the pool. The flyer states that someone would be monitoring the pool but we did not see anyone there. We witnessed an older couple sitting in the pool and the same family of boys were jumping over their heads into the pool. A boy also ended up being jumped on. Kid pool??

This was just an overnight, but wow, this KOA is what I expect all KOA’s to be like. Welcoming staff at check-in, an escort to our site, and a beautiful site at that! We had an unlevel pull-through site, it took two layers of blocks to get it close. Major roads were blacktop and in good condition. All connections worked well and were placed logically on the site. I want to call out whomever booked my stay. She gave us such an outstanding site in response to my request that it was my birthday weekend and I wanted a view of lake. It took a bit of time on her part considering best spots taken. Yet she thoughtfully reviewed options and got us onto site u8. And overall, staff were considerate and friendly!! We will Highly recommend and likely stay again. Ty!!

Wifi actually worked. Sites were nice size and didn’t feel like i was sitting in neighbors yard. We like to play croquet but not on a 10% grade with humps and dips. The gaga pit needs some tlc with maybe some sand instead wet packed dirt. Would be nice to have a pool more centrally located. While I’m paying 7$ for your firewood a seasonal site has untreated slabs??? How does that work??

Very nice campground. Clean, well maintained and the best WiFi I have experienced at any campground. Staff very friendly and took the time to fit us in on a last minute reservation. Will definitely be back.

The Kampground seemed a little rough this year, we understood it rained alot, our grass at our sites was not cut. The garbage can at the dog park was not emptied for awhile and stunk badly. We had to move at the bench far from it. Bad Bad Smell! The store did not have a wide selection either. It seemed some places around the park needed paint, etc. the stairs going into the store...

Pleasant campground, very helpful staff, and near all that Chautauqua Lake area has to offer. Spots are large, and clean. Pool and other amenities are well maintained. Solid cell and wifi service throughout the grounds. As this was our first stay at a KOA campground, we were surprised at the value of the stay. Will certainly stay again.

Stayed 3 nights in site K4, Cement patio site with lake view (lake view was a sliver, since trees have grown since pictures on website where taken). Lake is below campground across RT430). Site was level gravel with upgraded patio furniture. Very quiet campground and very friendly staff. Lots to do in the area if you have a vehicle. Roads are mix of asphalt and stone.

Very nice, clean campground, but KOA website needs update concerning check-in time and rabies certificate. KOA‘s usually let you enter their sites at 2 pm, here it’s 4 pm. You feel like you get cheated of 2 hours worth of camping. We had the rabies certificate for the dog printed at a UPS store on the way. Wished we would have known about 4 pm check-in and certificate when we made reservation.

Thanks for being so accommodating with letting us in after 8pm! It was a perfect place to stay for a night while we traveled through western NY.

Terrible, worst spot in two months. From signing a waver to a spot that required us to us blocks and leveling pads because our front tires were 6 inches off the ground when our automatic leveling systems was used. Than after adding our 6 inch portable step we still had to pull ourselves in, no wonder the need for the waiver.

This was our second time staying at Chautauqua Lake KOA. It was just as clean, quiet and accommodating as the first time.

Nice Campground. However office is inconvenient for overnighters and non seasonal to walk to. Gate cards which require a $20 deposit need to be returned. There is a convenient wait near the campsite but since you don’t pass the office a special trip is necessary. Also they don’t recycle although we read elsewhere that the county requires it

The staff was beyond polite. The grounds are very clean and workers are extremely cautious when working to not disturb guest. We can't wait to return and explore more of the area while camping at KOA Chautauqua.!!

This place is absolutely wonderful! Pull thru, FHU, clean modern facilities, beautiful sites. And close to everything to do in the Chautauqua region. We will definitely be back next year!

Nicely maintained campground. Newer are we were in had excellent wifi and the spaces were large. Some of the parking spaces were not very level so make sure you have plenty of blocks just in case. One group next to us had no regard for the 10pm-7am quiet time as on the first night, they were outside at midnight talking extremely loud and slamming doors on their rv. Rain kept them inside after that

Had a very nice patio location. the pad was level along with table Adirondack chairs and a firepit. Best site yet of all my KOA stays. The kids will have loads of fun at the pool and water park.

People at desk were friendly and every time I had a question they were pleasant and helpful. The grounds were clean. Two areas which could be helpful: (1) inform new comers like myself how to get back into camp.They did explain after I had that problem but not before for I knew what to do.(2) the water was slow and had not much water pressure and as more people came into camp, the water pressu

We are one of the original campers who have been there since the campground opened 20 years ago. This was the best season we have ever spent there due to New Management with new innovative ideas. Going forward we hope to continue for another 20 years. The staff is to be commended for its friendliness and helpfulness. Everyone who visited us during this season commented on all the wonderful changes that have been made around the campground, including the welcoming attitude of the office staff. We are proud to say that we are seasonal campers at Chautauqua Lake Koa!
