We stayed here about 2 years ago, and the entire experience has improved alot. There are now nice walking trails to the lake and around. There is a cute little farm with clean well-fed animals. The entire staff was responsive and very pleasant. The facilities were spotless. We had a nice level site. Wonderful!!! Will definitely stay here again if the occasion arises.

Reserved a fhu site.Put in fhu w/patio.Didnt request that.Manager, Lindsey said I called and requested upgrade.Asked when did I call.No record.Was going to move me to fhu but it wouldn't have electric for 2 days. It was going to be cold and we have all electric coach. Stayed where we were. Management needs to keep records if they insist customer called and requested upgrade. Bad customer service.

We had a beautiful patio site in the back of the campground away from the highway noise. The little barnyard was so enjoyable and the staff were the best. Free DVD movie rental was great for a rainy evening!

Staff were extremely helpful and gratious, park was nice though a bit muddy, rained the two days we where there. A lot of road noise being so close to I 40 but very easy on and off.

Bathroom sink leaked and so do the shower drain. It emptied to the same drain. Floor was soaking wet. No compensation and just about accused me of not being truthful about the situation. I have stayed at more expensive KOA's and if I was not being truthful to get a free night, I certainly would have done it at a more expensive location. The place smelled of mildew so not the first water issue

Beautiful campgrounds with open grassy areas for dogs to exercise. Nice trail to the lake. Little pond for fishing and area with some livestock. Staff very friendly. We used their free DVD rental. Really nice we stayed two days.

Totally misleading and untrue advertisement. I made a confirmed reservation for a 90 ft pull thru -- motorhome towing a jeep. Upon arrival I was told to disconnect my tow and I would be parked. Why do I disconnect when I paid for a pull thru? I was told it was a pull thru site but I couldn't "pull in" or "pull out" with my tow attached. How is that a "pull thru"? Beware!

What a wonderful surprise! We stopped here on a whim, and were met with one of the nicest and most well maintained KOA campgrounds we have visited. Great staff, interesting things for kids to do and see and direct access to Lake Eufaula. Dont miss this one! Minnie train, farm zoo, boating, pool and much more. I thought it was cool, and I'm 82 yrs young.

Nice, friendly staff. Patio sites are very nice. Short walk to the lake. Site offers kayaks and canoes. Pool is nice (when open). Easy check in, easy to drive in and out. Only small issue is being next to the highway and you can occasionally hear the traffic.

The staff here was the friendliest ever. And the trails and grounds are super well kept. KOA staff are friendly and amazing in general but this location goes above and beyond.

Great people and customer service. A beautiful lot. Spring was bringing every magnificent tree back to life as the buds woke up! Plenty of room to maneuver. I will be back.

None of the showers in the women's bathroom had shower heads - it looked like it was under construction yet it was open for use. Had to ask for a second space heater in the kabin (no bathroom) because the one provided didn't work. Maintenance was responsive, but Front Desk was rude.

We arrived to an unfortunate event. A tractor trailer entered campground during the night and got stuck damaging their sewer tanks. Therefore when we arrived at 4pm, we were told we could not shower or use their bathrooms. Big inconvenience.We should have been notified with a phone call early that am and we could have changed to a different KOA. We should have been compensated for inconvenience!

We stayed one night on our trip eastbound. Staff was friendly, campsite grounds were clean and trails leading to the lake was a nice surprise. A very friendly atmosphere with no major noises at night other than a low drone coming from the main Highway but the trees helped muffle the vehicle sounds. Full hookups worked with no problems, we were self contained so we did not use the facilities.

This was such a fun place to stay. We had a few questions and even though it was a holiday the camp hosts called us back. We stayed in a tent site. Plenty of grass for the dog to explore. The showers were hot which is always appreciated and bathrooms open 24/7. The laundry was also open and not busy, unfortunately there wasn't a change machine inside so we weren't able to do laundry. There is a catch and release pond, K9 dog area, and even a walk to the beach/lake! Our favorite part was visiting all the animals they have on site: cows, miniature horses, donkeys, ducks, chickens, etc!

This is by far the best KOA I have stayed at. Easy in and out with a big rig. Beautiful trees and a walk to the lake with a big Beach(this time of year). 31Oct. It looks like the lake goes up and might lose some of the beach in summer. I highly recommend this place. Friendly staff and very clean.
