Great cabin and it was away from the noise. Amazing staff. The only issue our others complained about was the noise by the highway while they were trying to sleep! We would definitely come back again as a family, we loved it!

This was the first time we’ve ever stayed there. Everyone was so nice and friendly. The park was beautiful. We will definitely be staying again!

Bathroom sink leaked and so do the shower drain. It emptied to the same drain. Floor was soaking wet. No compensation and just about accused me of not being truthful about the situation. I have stayed at more expensive KOA's and if I was not being truthful to get a free night, I certainly would have done it at a more expensive location. The place smelled of mildew so not the first water issue

Awesome! Very nice and helpful staff! Loved the hike thru the woods! Animals and birds to enjoy! Deluxe Kamping Kabin was cozy!

None of the showers in the women's bathroom had shower heads - it looked like it was under construction yet it was open for use. Had to ask for a second space heater in the kabin (no bathroom) because the one provided didn't work. Maintenance was responsive, but Front Desk was rude.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our first night tent camping was freezing and the young lady working the desk “Becca” went above and beyond to help us upgrade to an available cabin that was adjacent to were we were set up. The restrooms and showers were clean and easily accessible. The camp store had necessary items at a reasonable price. Road noise from I-40 might be the one negativ

Overall the kampground was nice! We stayed in winter so there weren’t many other campers there. We stayed in one of the basic cabins so there was a short walk to the restroom which was very clean. The only reasons I gave 4 stars is the basic cabins are right next to the highway so it was quite noisy. Also my husband hit his head on the tin roof at night and got a nasty gash, so beware of that.

This is truly an exceptional KOA! Since I was traveling during COVID times and Winter, the activities were obviously not available so I plan to return at a later date They even sent videos with information about the campground as well as providing information about the area (eg. hiking areas!)

Everything was neat and clean. A little more check in info might have been helpful, particulaly regarding the one open restroom and the code 2016.

Couldn’t have been better! Just as described, and the setting more beautiful than I expected. I’m an early riser, so I really enjoyed the rooster crowing, and the ducks waddling to the pond. I didn’t have time to visit the gift shop, which looked lovely. The young woman at the counter was very pleasant. We’ll definitely stay again should we come this way, and recommend to others. Thank you

Campground is fine. We also rented a cabin and it was very musty. Just needed to be opened and aired out.

Our stay was wonderful. We stayed September 19-26th.The owners and staff were very friendly and The Grounds were immaculate. The laundry facility was very clean. The only improvement that I observed is that more washers and dryers are needed. Everything else was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful Stay. BB from Tennessee

Beautiful set up. We felt very secure and safe. Our cabin was nice, but it was right on a busy nature trail, but All other campers very friendly. Would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our cabin. We brought our bikes to enter in the show in Checotah so we spent most of our time there. Hopefully we can return and actually enjoy your campground. We spent about an hour in the pool and we walked down to the lake and back. The rest of our time we were gone.

We had all ages with us. We had a camp site and a cabin. All was wonderful! From cleanliness to hospitality! Fun fun friendly place to be! Thank you for a great weekend!

The grounds and people were great, however we had a huge ant/bug infestation in the cabin we rented.

We stayed in a cabin that had 3 room deotorizors. I put 2 outside due to allergies couldn't reach 3rd. There was a full fly catching strip hanging from the ceiling, and dead insects on the double bed. There was trash in the can and a cigarette butt behind the trash can. The floor was dirty. It would be nice to have a fridge. TV reception was bad. Bathroom and shower were good. Friendly staff.

Website shows a beautiful fishing pond we called to verify the pond was accessible and good to fish in . When we got there the pond was almost dry , the pool was loaded with algae and these were the two factor we used when choosing this KOA. Needless to say this was a horrible experience. We WILL NOT BE BACK.

Cabin was okay, looked clean. Door on the screened in porch didn’t close. Garbage underneath the steps and cigarette butts on the ground. No on site cafe as mentioned. A little disappointing overall.

The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Lots of great things for the kids to enjoy. We truly had a great time stopping in for the night on our road trip. If you need a place to stay in Oklahoma, don’t pass up this KOA!

Staff was okay. In the women’s bathroom we found a couple (man/women) showering together the first night then on our last night a different couple was in there. Also, the tent site people on the corner near the RVs were up listening to music loudly until 2am. Even though there were a few things we disliked we would give it another try due to the convenience off the highway and Mr Charles a staff

Big rain storm when I arrived. Rather then putting up my tent got an upgrade to a cabin. Showers and restrooms were clean. Tree lined drive just off the freeway. Great place

This was such a fun place to stay. We had a few questions and even though it was a holiday the camp hosts called us back. We stayed in a tent site. Plenty of grass for the dog to explore. The showers were hot which is always appreciated and bathrooms open 24/7. The laundry was also open and not busy, unfortunately there wasn't a change machine inside so we weren't able to do laundry. There is a catch and release pond, K9 dog area, and even a walk to the beach/lake! Our favorite part was visiting all the animals they have on site: cows, miniature horses, donkeys, ducks, chickens, etc!

This is by far the best KOA I have stayed at. Easy in and out with a big rig. Beautiful trees and a walk to the lake with a big Beach(this time of year). 31Oct. It looks like the lake goes up and might lose some of the beach in summer. I highly recommend this place. Friendly staff and very clean.
