Grounds were clean with nice amenities. Lily was helpful and the office/store was well stocked. The pool was still closed

Friendly, helpful staff. Our pull-thru site was a good length for our truck to stay connected. Good spacing between sites. There is an inviting play area for children and cute donkey to pet. Short hike to lake was rewarded with a pretty view!

Delightful! Lindsay and Brandon have done a fantastic job managing the park. It's really nice to see work camper that come back year after year. Great job you guys! Keep it up I love all the little gardens and all the animals.��� The Sanne bunch

Staff was friendly and informed us of upcoming activities both while we were there and in the future. They checked on us daily even if it was a simple hi and how are things going. Grounds were well kept and the staff was constantly maintaining them. Facilities was clean.

The campground is so cute. They have a farmyard “zoo”, with ducks, roosters, and a donkey. There is a path down to lake Eufala, and they have a really nice play area for the K-9 campers. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would definitely stop and stay again.

The campground is nicely laid out and the site we had was in the back with a spacious patio. The road noise was about what was expected so if you are looking for silence, don't stay here. The walk to the lake and the path through the woods was great for walking the dog. We'll stay here again because the staff was fantastic!

Very nice camp. Right off the 40 but tucked back. Quite and there is a beautiful lake that you can walk to at the camp. Lots of things to do and large area for kids.

This was our second visit. The first was in December when everything was a bit bleak but now in April it’s so green and the friendly farm animals were out enjoying the fresh air. The nature trail made for a nice stroll after a long day’s drive although it was a bit muddy. There’s a nice catch and release fishing pond for the adventurous and a beach for water activities.

Nice wide level campsite under a couple of big trees giving shade. Helpful and friendly staff. Other than it being a windy couple of days, it was a great place to rest. Close to I 40 though, so there is road noise.

Our grandson absolutely loved the animals. The sites were well spaced. The only issue was the road noise. The staff was very nice.

Lovely staff and park. Our only complaint and it’s strong is the road noise. I remembered it from 2015 too. Unless we could have a site in the back, away from the road, we probably won’t stay here again sorry

We stayed here about 2 years ago, and the entire experience has improved alot. There are now nice walking trails to the lake and around. There is a cute little farm with clean well-fed animals. The entire staff was responsive and very pleasant. The facilities were spotless. We had a nice level site. Wonderful!!! Will definitely stay here again if the occasion arises.

Reserved a fhu site.Put in fhu w/patio.Didnt request that.Manager, Lindsey said I called and requested upgrade.Asked when did I call.No record.Was going to move me to fhu but it wouldn't have electric for 2 days. It was going to be cold and we have all electric coach. Stayed where we were. Management needs to keep records if they insist customer called and requested upgrade. Bad customer service.

We had a beautiful patio site in the back of the campground away from the highway noise. The little barnyard was so enjoyable and the staff were the best. Free DVD movie rental was great for a rainy evening!

Staff were extremely helpful and gratious, park was nice though a bit muddy, rained the two days we where there. A lot of road noise being so close to I 40 but very easy on and off.

This was such a fun place to stay. We had a few questions and even though it was a holiday the camp hosts called us back. We stayed in a tent site. Plenty of grass for the dog to explore. The showers were hot which is always appreciated and bathrooms open 24/7. The laundry was also open and not busy, unfortunately there wasn't a change machine inside so we weren't able to do laundry. There is a catch and release pond, K9 dog area, and even a walk to the beach/lake! Our favorite part was visiting all the animals they have on site: cows, miniature horses, donkeys, ducks, chickens, etc!

This is by far the best KOA I have stayed at. Easy in and out with a big rig. Beautiful trees and a walk to the lake with a big Beach(this time of year). 31Oct. It looks like the lake goes up and might lose some of the beach in summer. I highly recommend this place. Friendly staff and very clean.
