Came in late and left early so we didn’t use the facilities. Right on the side of the interstate. We could see big trucks going by out our windshield. Definitely a lot of road noise but we slept fine with the AC on. Site was level and long. Campground was clean and maintained. Perfect spot for an overnight.

We stayed there on August 9. Facility is fine. My only complaint is that the very nice lady at the registration desk was not wearing a mask - and there were no safety partitions. Really?!!! During this time when covid-19 is running wild throughout the country, especially in Oklahoma, the safety of your guests should be your number one priority. Unfortunately, that's not the case in Chekotah.

Told there was a beach at the lake. Bought 13 dollars sand toys from the camp store. No sand for my kiddos to play in. Break blew. Should have moved everyone that day instead of just going and flipping the breaker every hour or so. Had to move spots at 130 am. Did get a refund. But should have got a better refund. Guy was hateful about the load of wood that was left when we moved. Not happy

They made our stay enjoyable. We were able to take a long canoe ride in the morning. He even changed our campsite to accommodate us in a nice shaded area. Its all about customer service when staying here!

The staff is excellent and the grounds are beautiful. The location is easy to find and get to. There are many activities to do on site and nearby. I would definitely stay there again.

Overnight stay. Easy pull thru parking. The laundry facility was clean and tidy. The bath was also clean. Friendly staff.

The woman on the phone was very friendly and gracious when I asked for a contactless checkin. The man who helped us when we arrived was cold to the point of rudeness. The park is lovely although a bit close to the freeway for a KOA Holiday. The main grounds were very nicely kept. The dog “park” was rundown with missing fences and there was trash on the nature trail.

Stayed here twice now. Nice area, with lots of trees and open grass areas to walk our dogs. Disappointed though that the off leash pet area had broken fencing and roads were full of potholes

Exceptional service, well run and maintained KOA. We only stayed one night but it was a definite come back to locations.

Just incredible! The staff went over and beyond to accommodate us in many ways. The activities for the kids were so fun! It is truly a family campground with wonderful people working and managing the property. Our dog ran away during our stay, and the staff sprung into action helping us look for her for hours. So many caring people supported us and thankfully, she returned after two nights away!!

Very beautiful park. Staff was most accommodating. One of our favorite places from Colorado to Tampa. The only problem was we had no picnic table. Got in after closing on Sunday. I think someone took it. But we loved the RV Park.

Great campground! Easy in and out for overnight. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. My kids loved the animals! Nice showers/bathrooms. Large pull thru sites. They’re not paved but they’re pretty level. Would definitely stay here again!

The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. We loved the trails and peaceful lake. It was quiet and relaxing. Site 64 was perfect for our overnight stop. You will be on our list for every time we come through OK!!! Staff was friendly, as well ,and the store was cute.

Would use as a stopover point. Friendly staff. Pool was closed so not much for kids to do. Campground didn’t seem well maintained.

Very nice park. Quiet even though it's close to the interstate. Lots of trees to block the sound. A three minute walk from the park to the shore of Lake Eufaula. Very clean and great staff.

Fourth visit with the grandkids. Great camp and wonderful staff. A little noisy right next to I-40. Lots of lawn toys/ equipment. Only disappoint was the restaurant was closed so grandpa had to cook breakfast each morning. Other than that a fun place to stay.

We had a nice evening there on the road to Dallas. Friendly and helpful staff. A little farm zoo and a decent pool. Showers and bathroom were clean and worked well. The original spot they took us to had no shade so we moved to one of the back locations with trees on both sides. Much cooler and quieter. We'll stay there again.

We where surprised to see nobody wearing face shield or mask on the campground including the staff and no real social distancing.

While the staff was very friendly the pool was not open and they kept saying it would open soon. The whole campground looks to be in disrepair especially the are around the small animal area. All of their equipment just sits out along the entryway. Someone should use a weed eater on the property. If these owners wanted to see how an amazing KOA should be run they should check out Onalaska KOA.

Your kids will love this place, from swimming to small animals. Walking trails around the camp. Even a playground. Want to do some fishing, they even have a catch and release. Come and have some fun here.

This was our first ever stay at a KOA and we absolutely loved it! The employees were all very friendly and our spot was exceptional!! We’ll definitely be back!

This was such a fun place to stay. We had a few questions and even though it was a holiday the camp hosts called us back. We stayed in a tent site. Plenty of grass for the dog to explore. The showers were hot which is always appreciated and bathrooms open 24/7. The laundry was also open and not busy, unfortunately there wasn't a change machine inside so we weren't able to do laundry. There is a catch and release pond, K9 dog area, and even a walk to the beach/lake! Our favorite part was visiting all the animals they have on site: cows, miniature horses, donkeys, ducks, chickens, etc!

This is by far the best KOA I have stayed at. Easy in and out with a big rig. Beautiful trees and a walk to the lake with a big Beach(this time of year). 31Oct. It looks like the lake goes up and might lose some of the beach in summer. I highly recommend this place. Friendly staff and very clean.
