We stayed in a Deluxe Cabin. There were 5 adults, one room with a queen bed, the other room with a double with a bunk above and a pull out couch. Flat screen TV's with Roku. Small 4 chair table, refrigerator (full size), sink, microwave and stove (which took about 45 minutes to reach 450*). Screened patio with 6 chairs and patio table. Spent our time at the beach and at JackSpot.

Thank you for having staff to show us to our campsite and to help us back in. That was a great service. Every staff member that we encountered was very pleasant and helpful. The restaurant and food were fabulous. Our only complaint is that the sites are very tight and not a lot of room. If we came again, we would definitely pick a different site within the campground.

It rained a lot so our site was very muddy all the time. It would be nice if some of the more exposed muddy sites would be rock or even concrete . It was a very exhausting trip due to washing lots of towels and cleaning all the time due to sand and muddy. Site 633 is very exposed and muddy! Also did not like that people were trying to park in our site on the good sunny days. Signage please.

The staff at check-in was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The bath house, beach and grounds were very clean. We had an awesome time. Thank you!

Had trouble getting towels & trash bags. Should not have been an issue in a rental. Some type of safety bar should be in the tubs/shower of the delux cabins. The campground is very nice with plenty of areas to walk pets. The hotel pool was quite pleasant & evening staff were very friendly.

The bathrooms near the pool were disgusting. Called about having trouble finding where I could charge the golf cart and no one returned my call after leaving a message.

The sites are too cramped. You are on top of your neighbor. If you are over 30ft long DO NOT COME HERE. The sites are impossible to get in and out of. The beach is nice. The pool deck was completely flooded after rain and took over 12 hours to drain. Also, make sure you don't hit an electric box. They're charge you $200 to have it fixed.

We had a great time and enjoyed the pool and bay. The walk down the hill to the bay was difficult for our kids and our site could have used maintenanced. The store had very limited items for children and did not have simple things like paper towels. Overall we had a great trip.

Staff very, very nice and professional. Sites are very close together. Dogs are off leash and running around in the park and on the beach, so we didn’t enjoy that at all. Screaming babies, barking dogs and yelling parents made for a short stay (of course this has nothing to do with the park or the staff itself).

bathrooms were clean, we rented an RV : cleaned about 70%, bed mattress was about 1inch thick. We reserved 2 nights ,but left after one night stay. We could not sleep with the AC unit noise and hard bed. We also rented a golf cart for 2 days @ $60/day. They did not offer any refund.

Room was dirty, very muddy around cabin, nothing for kids to do, housekeeping staff not great...property is a parking lot--no trees, just trailers everywhere. Beach & pool area was nice...front desk staff very nice.

Overall we had an enjoyable stay, however there were several things we were disappointed in. First the awning on our rented RV was broken so we were unable to use it. Several of the lights in the RV didn't work although 2 people came to fix them. Finally amenities listed on the website such as kayak rentals were not available.

We had a really good time. It was our first stay. The facilities were very well maintained. The employees were very helpful and friendly. The family and pet friendly environment was great. When the weather was sunny, the bay was well above expectations. Great location.

We rented a camper. It wasn’t the cleanest and had some damage when we arrived. One of the blinds were destroyed and we had to cover the window with a towel at night. The beds were not very comfortable. We had a had time getting someone to pick up our dirty linen and deliver clean linen. Other than that we had a great time! The pool and beach were awesome and we loved riding the golf cart !

dates messed up Incorrect campsite reserved (found upon check in) Multiple Spiders in bunk beds Maintenance on camper w/o warning during stay:2yo was napping TV broke after 1day: couldn’t fix Checked out a day early due to above: only offered $80 refund when it is $250 per night. Golf cart $50/day.. Within 2 hrs of being at home another family was occupying the same campsite

Very disappointing that we payed $50 a day for a cart rental at chincoteague KOA then told $60 a day at cape Charles. Men’s bathroom at the pool house reaked of urin. Friday we were relaxing by the pool then at noon the speakers turned on and all they were playing was a commercial every thirty seconds( no music) so we left.We have been there several times but this trip was very disappointing

nice location. We actually wanted to stay an extra day but could never get through to the front desk but each time we went to the front desk/store the clerk was on her phone and the phone was just ringing. The site needed to be mowed the grass around the picnic table was about a foot high when we checked in even though we didn’t arrive till well after check jn

The facilities and campsites were beautiful and we loved our stay overall. Front desk did not seem to always be staffed appropriately.

Stayed in a deluxe cabin, would have liked a little more outdoor space for parking and grilling. Our neighbors were not overly loud , but the close proximity allowed too much familiarity.

Good place all around. Wish they were able to clean up the numerous cigarette buds at the site. Might be worth looking into bug management. I wish we could select a site. Beach is great. Jackspots needs to return to normal. The bathroom got cleaned as well as the pool.

We love it here! There were a flew kinks in getting things from house keeping, but the atmosphere and staff are great! Thanks for another great stay.

We checked in a little after 4pm. When we arrived at the cabin it had not been cleaned. There were dirty towels on the floor and dirty linen on the bed. No one had swept the floors (covered with sand). We had to wait until after 6pm to get into the cabin. We then had to make the bunk beds. The general condition of the cabin was poor. Other than the cabin we had a great time.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin and it had plenty of room. The camp is in a great location, has great amenities, friendly, campers and there is plenty to do at the site and in the area. The only minor issue is the front desk, but we assume the current labor shortage has a lot to do with that. Otherwise a great stay!

El local fue fntastico, tuve mala suerte en coincidir con 2-3 dias de lluvia , tente renovar por el 4 y 5to dia (para tentar aprovechar mejor )pero el precio era el doble mismo que tenia dia de semana ; tuve que salir de uds ir a 16 millas para el sur consigui 50 % mas economico; como afecte mi proprio cronograma en Myrtle Beach KOA tambien por causa del tiempo , mas una penalidad de una diaria;

The grass in the site was a little high in places and the sites could be a little better marked. The beach is the jewel of this location. We were a little disappointed that the rentals were not open and the Jackspot was closed on Monday during our trip.

Upon arrival /checking into our cabin we found it to be terribly dirty! I actually cleaned the entire place and went up to the front office to have someone come mop the floor. Even the little items were not completed, it was nasty! Bed covers had terrible stains, which after requesting it was changed.Really disappointed as it took hours to get this all settled, wasted vaca day and we are 5hrs away

Love this KOA above all the others we've been to. Things that make this place great: Happy Jack's restaurant, bay access, pool. Things that we hate: campsites are way TOO CLOSE together.

Park has beach access so that’s great. The disappointing parts. The entrance in my opinion is not well marked out. Needs new paint on road arrows & more signage. A deluxe patio site for almost $200/night is just a wood platform deck placed on ground with grass growing up through it. Grass on site was long. Without asking, they did attempt to cut grass but shot rocks on my RV. Not happy about tha

We had a great time and the weather was awesome. I do think that it should have lights on at the pool in front of motel if open till 10.pm it should have some lights till then . It would also be nice to have a walk way (board) to the beach if you have any medical things it’s hard to go up and down to the beach and then it would be easy for wheelchair to go to beach .

poor maintain sites & over rated. We have stayed in other RV resorts all over the east coast that cost less and have great sites. Need to take some of the over price rates and improve your sites.

Beautiful campground, with wonderful access to the beach. We saw pods of dolphin, pelicans, jellyfish, and beautiful sunsets. Very nice rv rentals. We had a blast, and will definitely be back for more R&R.

Our rv area could have be nicer...ie a concrete pad or decking at out site. Our picnic table was old and unusable! Beach restaurant was not open but it may be due to covid restrictions. However, bathroom facilities were very clean!

Not horrible, but not great. We chose to have fun regardless. We had family at the hotel and we had a Blue Point Campsite. The hotel is very dated and not maintained. Bring your own towels, you get 2 at the hotel. A few employees were nice but overall most seemed bothered and were rude. Arcade games were mostly broken.Restaurant is good but pricey.Beach and campsites aren’t maintained.Won’t re

It was our first time here, and was a windy November weekend. We rented a Deluxe pet-friendly cabin. I was honestly impressed by how clean and fresh smelling the cabin was. The rooms are small but very cozy and they come with linens, individual cooling/heating systems, and the master bedroom has its own TV. The kitchen was very well equipped and clean. It even had a hair dryer, towels and some toiletries in the bathroom. The view is amazing and we are looking forward to coming back next season.

Nice Campground, very clean facilities. We rented a cabin and it was lacking in some items. Sleep 6 but only had Linens and dishware for 4. Also didn't have a frying pan or a spatula so it was difficult to make some of the meals that we had planned. Otherwise the cabin was very clean and the staff was very friendly. It was a quick walk to the beach and although it wasn't I'll deal whether the kids still had a great time. A couple of playgrounds also were entertaining for the kids. I would definitely recommend and we plan on coming back. We will be more prepared this time with extra stuff.
