After getting there we found out that half of our group only had 30 amp. They had known about it for 2 weeks.

Great location and staff! Only complaint is lack of shade and sites are pretty close to each other. We will be back !

Had to wait three hours to setup camper because there was a trailer there from the night before. KOA try to move me from out large group. Grass was very tall at site also.

We stayed over the 4th of July weekend and expected a large crowd. The campground beach and pool were beautiful. Facilities kept up with trash pick up and campground was clean. We felt as if the constant drive by's by security were a little much on a holiday weekend, but we also respect policy. All and all it is a beautiful campground.

We had a wonderful time but were surprised to see the lack of maintenance....we know getting workers is a chalenge right now but clean up and building could be done during the off season.

The back in site on fence was not well kept .No gravel very muddy after it rained . Also sight was small .My golf cart had hole in tire . The people at front office were no help on getting it repaired. Store ran out of ice Sunday had to leave and go get ice .

Park was well kept. Bathrooms were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Please fix the mud pit at the dog park gate. The WIFI was poor which is important when cell service is also poor.

This KOA is going downhill since the first time we visited. RV sites were filthy upon arrival. Covered with cigarette butts and trash from the previous campers. Front desk staff at check in is not the friendliest. This KOA may be on the Chesapeake Bay with a nice beach, but the filth doesn’t justify the cost. Save your money and camp where families are valued and staff take pride in the campgrou

Did not expect dogs to be barking and fighting all hours of the night and day. Dogs that have “behavior problems” should be muzzled. Your Facebook ad is misleading. Beach extremely small. Restaurant food very limited. Parking area small for the size of trailer and # of slides we told you before we schedule We would not return.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The pool is nice and the bay beach is pretty. However the beach had trash on it, the lots are not level, and the communication from management is lacking. We weren’t even told about the trash pick up and had to go ask.

We had a nice time. The KOA was well taken care of! The staff was over the top. Everyone working very hard to make our stay great. Camp site clean level and great size. The pool was good. The beach was nice but a little difficult to get to.

RV sites were too close. We were unable to choose the site close to our son who we hadn't seen in 2 years.

Campground was looking really great. Well maintained and clean. I had an electrical issue with my 50 amp service upon my arrival. I reported it to the front desk and 10 minutes later had a young man arrive asking how he could help. 15 minuets later he had me up and running. That's impressive. No amenities for the younger children except the pool and the beach. The restaurant had crazy hours and it took a long time to get food.

Sites in section 200 are very tight could not open our awnings so we had to move to the 400 section$$$. There is an older hotel at check-in that is not obvious when booking. There is a restaurant on the beach that is not affiliated with the park and patrons of the restaurant can easily access the park(security?). There is a nice pool and access to a nice beach. The sunsets were great! Overpriced

Has the makings of a great resort! Standard resort rules, but no enforcement. Youngs kids driving around in golf carts without adults, dogs off leashes, no adult supervision at pool, noise well after midnight, etc.. Bathrooms appear clean, but have strong urine smell. Could use a little day to day TLC. Location and beach access was great.

The only thing that I would recommend is to decide a way to prevent guests to 'camp' on the pavilions at the pool. It was 9 am and no one in sight at the pool but yet all the pavilions were taken by people just leaving a towel or even a couple of mugs in place.. not fair. If you ate not there you should not be able to camp on them.

This used to be a great place. It’s a hot mess now. Litter and spilled food not cleaned up. People went right through our site and the empty sites next door on golf carts & bicycles. Relieved their dogs on empty sites. “Campers” staying in the cabins and rental RVs need to be schooled on camping etiquette. Loud music blasting on golf carts at all hours. They only give 400 characters to type- not big rig friendly, we had to ask ppl to move their vehicles for us to get in our spot. Can't sit outside-between the bees in the high grass not mowed, to the ant invasion, and the mosquitoes- we are still itching. Was put in too small of site,requested open pull thru. Was told sold out.in fact the entire stay there was 3 available.grass in site was 12”high

We enjoyed it greatly! The pool was nice, beach was clean and nice, bathrooms convenient and clean. Our only complaint was that our spot, and others close by had had some underground utility work done and the ground was. Left rather uneven on spots. Would be easy to twist an ankle or something.

Ratings reflect the horrible camp sites. The property & bath houses were clean, climate controlled & fresh. Staff was friendly. Very nice beach. Beautiful sunsets. Two pool areas that looked clean - but we never used these facilities. Camp Store had a decent selection of merchandise & open 24hrs. Camp sites were piled on top of each other. Had 3 other neighbors on top of us when outside.

Not enough employees on site to properly staff amenities and facilities. Bath houses did not get proper cleanings, bar at was not open, Limited staff at store that did not allow our kids to purchase ice cream

Golf carts are alittle crazy. Key works every cart. Staff member was moving our cart when we walked off the beach with out telling us and another time someone took our cart and it was missing for a few hours . My 20 year old was driving the cart at 10:30pm and was told to park it for no reason! Alittle too much. This is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5

It was our first time here, and was a windy November weekend. We rented a Deluxe pet-friendly cabin. I was honestly impressed by how clean and fresh smelling the cabin was. The rooms are small but very cozy and they come with linens, individual cooling/heating systems, and the master bedroom has its own TV. The kitchen was very well equipped and clean. It even had a hair dryer, towels and some toiletries in the bathroom. The view is amazing and we are looking forward to coming back next season.

Nice Campground, very clean facilities. We rented a cabin and it was lacking in some items. Sleep 6 but only had Linens and dishware for 4. Also didn't have a frying pan or a spatula so it was difficult to make some of the meals that we had planned. Otherwise the cabin was very clean and the staff was very friendly. It was a quick walk to the beach and although it wasn't I'll deal whether the kids still had a great time. A couple of playgrounds also were entertaining for the kids. I would definitely recommend and we plan on coming back. We will be more prepared this time with extra stuff.
