Sylvia and the entire KOA team were amazing! They answered all my questions prior to our stay and accommodated a special request to have our 2 Premier Spacious Tent Sites next to each other. The bathrooms were very clean. The individual showers were reasonable. We played in the horse shoe competition, utilized the bike rentals for the kids, and enjoyed the ice cream treats.

Couple relaxing days and nights in a deluxe cabin. Nice campground, great cabin, super helpful staff.

KOA was quite busy over the weekend including tent sites. Unfortunately, pool was not open or even filled with water. Prairie view pull through site, which I stayed at, included an unsightly view of Rv storage area. Office was closed so communication was done through texting.

WE HAVE STAYED AT YOUR FACILITY A NUMBER OF TIMES IN THE PAST YEARS. WE HAVE ALSO STAYED AT NUMEROUS OTHER KOA'S. WE FELT THAT THE CONDITION OF YOUR KOA HAS NOT BEEN KEPT UP TO THE WAY WE FOUND IT IN OTHER YEARS. ESPECIALLY NOTICED WAS THE NEED FOR THE GRASS TO BE MOWED AND THE DEBRIS/LITTER/GARBAGE AROUND THE DUMPSTER AT THE FRONT ENTRANCE TO THE PARK.

Had m our 2 year old granddaughter with us and she really liked mining for gems. Lots of things to do but of course much was shut down due to COVID. Maybe next year! � All staff was very helpful and friendly.

The Staff is very nice, accommodating and flexible and tried to make the visit good for children with activities, However, the grass was very long and mosquito infested everywhere in the campsite. We stayed 6 nights and had to deal with mosquitos the entire time. Cutting the grass and some spraying would have helped tremendously.

Nice people who are eager to assist you. There were many activies which was great my our family, I dio wish some of them weren't extra charges though. Everythign we did on site was an extra charge and it really added up.

Campsites very close together and no trees in between. Very conveniently located to Chicago and Milwaukee. Owners were very nice and helpful. Supermarket very close to campground.

Not bad for an overnight but pricey for extended stays. Grass needed to be cut around campsite. Not enough garbage bins for the area.

Our cabin was dirty, we had to clean it when we arrived. Mini golf was a joke, and nothing was available to do.

Was not happy that half the showers and restrooms were closed. The pool was closed too. Rate should have been discounted because if this.

We had a great time. The staff was prompt and helpful when anything was needed. Restrooms were extremely clean! Definitely will return!

Even with Covid restrictions, the KOA Host did everything to make our stay enjoyable. The Owners came up with events and games to keep the Kids entertained. Social distancing and sanitation was the Rule, during our stay. Again always a pleasure to stay at CHICAGO NW KOA.

We have been camping here for several years now and love it. The staff are all very friendly and go out of their way to assist you with anything you may need.

I have stayed at this KOA numerous times over the years, and it gets better each year. The campground was very clean, and the staff very helpful.

I liked the easy check in/check out process. Was very happy about the measures taken for COVID-19 to minimize exposure to other people. The ability to text staff when something was needed at the camp site was a great feature. my kids had a good time with the activities offered like tie dye and the ice cream social. I do wish there was a discount since much of the stuff was closed ie. pool, park

The area was relatively clean and the firewood and ice service was great. The fire pit was nice and the picnic table good. There were some really loud guests on my first night and you were not available at the time but there's nothing you can really do about that. There is plenty of shade but few trees close to each other for a hammock. It would be nice if you could put poles on the sites.

Staff are very friendly, specially Steve. We rented and RV, we enjoyed our stay. But the kids didnt like the smell of the water, theres a weird smell to it. overall its a great new experience for us. Thank you.

Sylvia does an amazing job operating the CNW KOA, even during this pandemic year! Communication by text message is brilliant, efficient and effective for all. Myself and other campers I have interacted with there would very much enjoy seeing the main roads paved in order to eliminate the gravel dust plumes at the camp sites. Consider a community bonfire pit (perhaps in the prairie field).

Absolutely love the puppy park site, so nice to be able to give the dogs room to roam fenced in without being tied up. The brick fire pit is awesome, so much nicer than the regular ones. The swing was also a nice added touch. Pull through sites nice & easy to get in & out & really level so made for an easy set up. My daughter loved making the tie dyed t-shirts.

Friendly, small campground. As always, too expensive for what you get because it is a KOA. Nice little trails to walk behind the dog park.

Clean, well organized, and just a great time the entire weekend. Especially thanks for the assistance in leading me to my campsite when I first arrived, there was no way I would have figured it out on my own since I arrived just after dusk. Thanks again for a great weekend!!
