Overall was a great stay, cabin was very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. We booked the cabin over the phone for cabin 99 and ended up in cabin 98, larger than we wanted, but was still very nice. Someone stole 4 bundles of wood from under our picnic table but the staff replaced them within 10 minutes of calling to let them know what happened. Very prompt response which was great!

Great cabin, quiet campground. My only complaint is that masking in shared indoor bathroom facilities was not enforced despite this being a policy.

Beautiful and fun place to stay, the cabins were quaint but also large enough to easily fit two people. The only compliment, my boyfriend and I had was that the lawn maintenance we're making loud noises by us for like 3 hours by us, even while we were cooking dinner. I just wish that they would have picked an earlier time.

The RV that we rented on the grounds of KOA was nice and roomy. We hope this will be a feature at all the KOAs not just at Union, IL

We enjoyed our stay and got to meet new ppl. The staff we met, Becky( trash bags) and Bob( for the fan)were very helpful. The only complaint that I do have, was with the cabin K42 t was not swept out well, there were a lot of cobwebs in corners and on ceiling. The air conditioner was overworked because the back window frame is so rotten the window wouldn't close tight. TOO HOT TO SLEEP WELL!!!

It was a nice cozy cottage. Shower was dirty when we got there and the water smelled like iron or blood every time took a shower.

Very nice campground with awesome amenities. You can tell the owners really care about their property and their guests. I highly recommend stay here.

This KOA is very run down compared to other KOA’s my family has stayed at. The cleanliness of the shower house was quite disappointing. The rental camper was not very well maintained with cleanliness either. There were hornets nests in awning and in the power box which was a safety concern. The condition of the amenities are run down just simple weed pulling and paint with help tremendously.

as always, we had an awesome time there. we usually stay in a cabin, but did the RV this year. Loved the RV, it will be the way to go going forward, only thing i have to say, is that it could have been a bit cleaner. It was a bit dusty, we actually had to sweep the floors and clean the counters. but again, we love it there so that would never keep us from going here again. Thank you!

The staff is very friendly and professional. What a great stay! We stayed in a cabin and had the best weekend getaway with the kids. We all loved the pool which was very clean and the playground was perfect as well. They also have regular activities for the kids throughout the day. At night, the kids loved the flashlight candy hunt. I'd recommend this campground to anyone!!!

We rented studio cabin 100. Upon unpacking, we were shocked at how filthy it was with dust and cat hair. It looked like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in a very long time, even with COVID going around. We spent 1/2 the day just cleaning. The air conditioner filter had clumps of cat hair in it. We are all very allergic to cats, and had to check out early. Totally unacceptable and disappointing!!

We rented the best rental they had. $140+ per night. We had to supply our own bedding and towels. The steps did not go all the way up to the door. No TV. I asked about the TV and was told "you are here to camp not watch TV". They did supply dishes, cups, glasses and silverware. And even a bottle opener. The unit was a newer one and was very clean. Would I rent it again?? NO.

Staff very friendly and prompt response to requests. Bathroom/shower not as kept as usual. I know guests are to sweep cabins on leaving; obvious cabin had not been swept before our visit. I know things are still getting back into the swing n it will improve!!

The Staff was nice, but the cabin was dirty. The inside of the refrigerator had hair and food particles. The microwave hasn’t been cleaned out from other people’s use. As for the bathroom it wasn’t cleaned only a quick surface wipe down this was really noticeable on the toilet and shower. I hope they spend more time cleaning the public areas than what they spent on the private areas.

We were very impressed with how well maintained this site was, very clean bathrooms, great play areas for the kids, nice pool. We will definitely be back for future visits. Thanks for giving such an enjoyable experience.

small cabin, worker who greeted us was very friendly. there is no stove/oven. so be prepared to get creative with a toaster and a mircrowave.

This was our second time at the union location, and I can say we didn’t feel welcomed at all. The staff was rude and unpleasant we was watched The Whole time because a staff member was living/camping at the time and we told to turn music down even when we was playing it. We occupied 2 deluxe cabins 2 RVs and 3 cabins so we was coming to enjoy our trip not to be watched and profiled

Friendly, small campground. As always, too expensive for what you get because it is a KOA. Nice little trails to walk behind the dog park.

Clean, well organized, and just a great time the entire weekend. Especially thanks for the assistance in leading me to my campsite when I first arrived, there was no way I would have figured it out on my own since I arrived just after dusk. Thanks again for a great weekend!!
