The staff were wonderful! They always came around and said hello and answered any questions we had. The showers could use a little TLC, but other than that we had a wonderful time.

I am not sure why this is a Holiday KOA. I got a premium campsite with a dog pen. The grass needed to be mowed before we got there and weeds were a foot high in the dog pen. The sites are so tight that my awning extended over my neighbor's sewer connection. The lack of attention to details is evident throughout the place. Absolute minimum staff, but pleasant. Beware-construction enroute is a mess.

We took our granddaughter for an overnight trip. It was close to home and had fun activities for her. Our site had a large utility box on it. Which did detract from the site but other than that it was a great experience.

Great campground, very clean, plenty to do. As soon as we drove in after hours someone created us and even helped me back in. They were constantly driving by asking if we needed anything throughout our stay. Would highly recommend.

This campground should be shut down until the road work on the roundabout is done and Covid is over. Check in guy explained that store was closed due to Covid which is ridiculous.

For years my wife and I always used the KOA in Utica. Our camping trips met a brief hiatus for a few years when our daughter was born and now that she’s 3 we decided to give camping a trial run. We chose this site since it’s closer to home incase things took a turn. My daughter loved everything about camping and my wife and I loved this site so much more than Utica. This will now be our go to

Unfortunately the site was very unlevel. We asked for a new site when we come back in 3 days and they will accommodate. Nice people. Clean campgrounds.

Staff very friendly and prompt response to requests. Bathroom/shower not as kept as usual. I know guests are to sweep cabins on leaving; obvious cabin had not been swept before our visit. I know things are still getting back into the swing n it will improve!!

We were met with kindness at the gate with everything ready for us. Guided to a large, open site with porch swing, fire pit and bricked patio for the picnic table. It was a clean and green place. We enjoyed out stay very much!

So for a holiday KOA it was a bit disappointing.. We had to have appointments for washer and dryer use. When we wanted to extend another night they made us move sites instead of just changing the sites of the person the system was going to out into ours. Other KOAs were always way more flexible with that, moving just 2 spaces didn’t make sense!

We stayed Mon. - Thurs. and enjoyed how peaceful it was there. Facilities are in decent condition. We had 3 granddaughters with us and they enjoyed the playground area. Its best to drive their during the daytime since it was 9 miles of country roads due to a road detour.

We usually stay in state parks, but thought we would try this for a change. The sites are REALLY close together. There were babies with diapers in the pool, the pool area had weeds growing 2’ tall. And last but not least the girls who check you in seem bothered.

I loved all the activities offered for the kids. Campsite was level and well maintained. There was lots of room for kids to run and the staff very friendly and helpful. My only concern is the “appointment system” for the laundry room. There are 3 washers and 4 dryers and they only book 1 person every 2 hours and it closes early. First come first served would be much more efficient.

Overall, we had a nice stay, as usual. We had 1 person scheduled to stay with us that didn't arrive until much later in the day. He had indicated that he's like to make a fire. But since we were unsure if he'd make it, we didn't order wood until 8:46 Saturday night. I received no call back, either that night or the next day apologizing for the lack of response. Maybe too late? Good time

The Staff was nice, but the cabin was dirty. The inside of the refrigerator had hair and food particles. The microwave hasn’t been cleaned out from other people’s use. As for the bathroom it wasn’t cleaned only a quick surface wipe down this was really noticeable on the toilet and shower. I hope they spend more time cleaning the public areas than what they spent on the private areas.

Grounds could use updating. Mini Gulf in need of repair, Bouncy thing does not inflate correctly and could be a harzard to kids. They kept it blown up but knew it was broken and had one on order. Pool clean but someone could reset chairs to make more inviting. No garbage pick up at site. Some pull thru not true pull thru due to dog pins in the way. NIckel and dime on everything.

we did a one night stopover heading to WI. Park was a little challenging to get to as road construction blocked the main entrance. Very nice KOA, big rigs could maneuver reasonably well. We have a 42' fifth wheel and dually truck and were able to stay attached for easy exit the next morning. Friendly staff and was quiet at night.

Very relaxing. Busy but not overly noisy like other places I have been at. Fun activities , As an adult- I even tie-dyed some stuff- fun!

We were very impressed with how well maintained this site was, very clean bathrooms, great play areas for the kids, nice pool. We will definitely be back for future visits. Thanks for giving such an enjoyable experience.

Though sites seem closer together, they are clean and very sufficient. Because RVs are closer together, if your neighbor is up early and having breakfast outside, trying to sleep longer (even to 7:30 a.m.) may be difficult. The campground is great for families with kids and/or pets.

Amenities were plentiful (they even have tetherball!), their staff was friendly, and the sites were clean! The only thing is that if you rent a spot with a dog kennel, make sure your dog isn’t clever with escapes. Ours opened the door in under three minutes which meant we still had to have him on a leash, but I couldn’t have asked for a nicer experience!

No laundry no access to store place was very hard to get into because of road work when it rains there it floods the roads in the park because of the limestone they put on the roads.They need to put rock down so you can at least drive in and out.

We had a nice end patio site with pavers, fire pit & swing with view of the adjoining trees, bushes & cornfield. Daytime we had shade & at night we sat on our patio & watched the fireflies, a wonderful memory from my childhood. Very quiet campground, well maintained. We had a non-contact check-in (their protocol) & someone met us @ the gate to take us to our site. Enjoyed our stay.

You staff is very accommodating..enjoyed our stay very much. Couple drawbacks I see.. your entrance & the dog park. If you happen to cross paths with a rig coming the other direction… you’re in trouble! No room for 2 vehicles to clear. With so many guests having dogs.. and only a couple options for the dog sites.. these pups need a place to run. Dog park infested with mosquitoes &muddy.

Stayed for 4 nights. Good water pressure, reliable electric, pull throughs were easy entry/departure. Convenient "needs" drop off service, just text in what you need, a KOA rep would bring to your site and charge your CC. Only con would be miniature golf could use some tender loving care and grass trimming needed some attention. Will stay again when in area.

Campsite was great. Our only complaint was a few things needed some attention in the campground. We rented the bikes and most of them had flat tires. We had to trade our bikes a couple times to find one that had tires inflated enough to be able to pedal. The jumping pad looked inflated, but didn’t hold enough air for any kids to actually use. Bath houses were clean enough. No other issues.

Friendly, small campground. As always, too expensive for what you get because it is a KOA. Nice little trails to walk behind the dog park.

Clean, well organized, and just a great time the entire weekend. Especially thanks for the assistance in leading me to my campsite when I first arrived, there was no way I would have figured it out on my own since I arrived just after dusk. Thanks again for a great weekend!!
