I was very disappointed in this stay. We asked to be near family members and we were on the complete opposite side of the campground. We paid for a back in site near the bathroom and playgroup and we were not close to them at all. They thought we were in a tent even though our reservation clearly said pop up travel trailer and there was barely enough room to back it in, we were to close.

Nice sites, clean showers and restrooms,.. only stayed 1 day . Would have loved to stay a little longer to enjoy it more.

staff was very helpful, and very nice, we loved our location also, people were all nice, our puppy Bella had a great stay too, doggy park was a hit for my Bella. Camping was great, thought the light would be too bright being on the end, but wasn't.. we will be back again, hoping the Jacuzzi is working. thank you for being open and getting us in to stay at your location. Hats off to Bill and Barbara Higton and staff for such a great and pleasant stay at your park! Your park always look clean and tidy! Oh although some campers don't appreciate the trains, we love those TRAINS! Thank so much for All your hard work, enabling us to have another pleasant experience!

Cleanest restrooms in the camping word, employees were all friendly and helpful which is a reflection of the management!

Great service from staff who are kind and helpful, clean and good set up of sites, so appreciate signage and policies regarding protecting us from COVID - another way staff shows us how much they care for their guests - we know this makes a lot of extra work for them and we do appreciate this effort

Very nice, the kids loved the pool. It was very neat and clean, the only thing that could make it better would be more space between rv campsites.

We were welcomed. We were escorted to our site. We ordered firewood which was delivered post haste. Campground was well maintained and quiet hours were adhered to. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The 20 amp electric was not working and the staff was aware but didn’t say anything. It was cold that night and I couldn’t use my heater. If they had told me, they would have offered a 30 to 20 amp converter and it would have been a great stay.

Very well maintained campground. Beautiful flowers and very clean facilities. The staff was also friendly and welcoming. We will be going back to this location as we enjoyes the two room cabin.

Very, very friendly and helpful staff. My only criticism is that the hand dryers in the women's bathroom were not strong enough and too close to the wall. I kept hitting my hands on the wall as I was drying my hands which was not good if there were Covid-19 germs on the wall from a previous person.

All was great- clean showers and bathrooms. Reservation and checkout process was very easy too. One needed improvement- the camp site and fire pit was littered with cigarette butts and metal beer caps when we arrived. I wish that had been cleaned up

Nice park. The site we were assigned had had another camper using the electric. They placed us in a site that was directly facing another trailer very uncomfortable situation for both parties. Sites close to each other.

Our first time at a KOA! We weren’t sure what to expect and were absolutely blown away by the beauty, charm, cleanliness, and friendly vibe of this campground. We’ll definitely be back.

A long walk to showers. And one satellite bathroom for the whole place. I had to hold it till morning because it was in use all day and night. And during the day there were people waiting to use the bathroom.

We stayed in a two room cabin which was perfect for our family. We cooked meals over the fire, swam in the pool, and went sight seeing in Duluth during the day. It was fun!

Only issue we had was the sound of the train, we felt it was overall a beautiful place and all staff were pleasant and helpful.

Staff was very friendly. Park was clean and conveniently located. I was disappointed that neighboring campsite had several visitors that spent the weekend. Four cars that spilled over into our campsite parked right next to our camper. Can’t blame campground for rude campers but I wish that the camp manager would have asked that the extra cars be parked in general parking.

I love the amenities, as good a camping experience as I could expect in the area. It's nice to be able to take a shower or use the bathroom in a clean facility. I really liked the community of people around us, respectful and helpful, and courteous. If it weren't for COVID I would have liked to check out the pool. Also impressed by the water located in our campsite and the big fire pit.

We had to face the campers next to us. They had a family get together so no privacy. The camper on the other side angled his motor home when he pulled in late at night and left it running for an hour. Then they were up until 1:30 talking loudly. Noisy trains 4 x overnight blowing their whistle each time. Booked a full hookup site but only got water & electric. They did pump out our camper though.

I didn't get escorted to spot and I hit a tree backing in. Didn't know where to hookup cause someone used both water hookups. Staff was kinda rude. I never complain, denting my new camper the second time out hurts

We stayed in a cabin, due to the rain. Normally we tent, but our gear was wet and it was raining. We enjoyed the cabin, the staff was nice, and the bathrooms were very clean.

We have stayed at this KOA many times, love their cabins. Staff is very helpful and friendly. There Halloween weekend is the best, many activities for everyone! Definitely going back.
