The trains woke me up throughout the night. My tent site was far from the bath house, and the outhouse closer to my spot was locked. There was no place to park nearby with shade for my dog. Not worth the money. :(

It was super nice. The bath rooms were clean and easy to get to.....It would be nice too if paper towels were available. The dog run was nice even though small.

terrible campsite, didn't have fire ring or picnic table. Had to dig a bent fire ring out of woods and picnic table i found broke while my kid sat on it.

I live 5 mins away so I will definitely be back. Our stay was enjoyable. The staff were good. The facilities were great. We were disappointed that there was no hot tub but all in all, we enjoyed our stay.

I did not know what to expect because I am accustom to back country or state parks. The owners were friendly and the campground was clean. I was over whelmed by the volume of RVs, Saturday night. I saw kids enjoying a wagon ride. The camp spot for my tent had some roots and uneven. I did find a small high spot fortunately, it poured that night. They let me charge my phone in the rec room.�

We really enjoyed our stay here staff was awesome and the restrooms and showers were very clean.

Excellent staff, work hard to make sure things go right. Trains were tough… not their fault but the night I was there, trains every two hours overnight was rough. Very clean everywhere. I was kind of surprised to see a few bright streetlights in the camp… I was kind of out of the way but could see if I was in a different spot it would be a turn off. Overall a nice harbor at end of a long day.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Campground and showers were clean. Plenty of hot water for shower! Pool needed to have leaf debris skimmed off.

Friendly and helpful staff. Tent site was tight and cramped next to across from 4 other sites. Kids loved the pool area, but seems to need some up keep as the metal edge of the pool was coming off and the coble stone pool deck was wavy and stones were lose. Kids had fun with the playground.

My 2 sons and I had a blast here. Very clean and everyone was super accommodating and friendly. I will definitely be coming back here.

This KOA was clean, quiet, and friendly. We enjoyed the swimming pool, horseshoes, and firewood delivery. However, the street lights turned on when it got dark, and we had a brightly-lit tent all night. We knew about the trains, but that didn't make them any easier to endure. Monday night had 6 or 7 trains overnight. I'd recommend this KOA for cabins or RVs to buffer light & noise. Not for tents.

The site is noisy at night and camp staff didn't do their job to maintain the proper conditions for the campers.

It was a quick overnight. We arrived late and struggled to determine what sites were available. It all worked out.

Nice group of people. Check in was quick and easy. We didn't have a picnic table - got one in under five minutes. They delivered your wood to your fire pit. We never felt like we were inconveniencing anyone at any time when we required help. The pool was really nice, it was in the nineties during our stay, and refreshing. This is the second time we've stayed at this KOA and both times 12 out of 10

Very nice, clean, quiet. Loved our time at your campground. We tent camped, and had plenty of room and enjoyed ourselves immensely. Will be back!

We've been going to this KOA for years for several reasons. The owners and crew are very friendly and helpful - always. The campgrounds are very well maintained including the building accommodations. We tent and love the wooded tent sites. We've looked at other KOA's and their tent sites; Cloquet has the best sites and we'll continue to come here, even if we decide to rent a cabin.

A hidden diamond !!! Living in Duluth, this was the best find for a staycation!!!! Our family loved staying at the Cloquet KOA. Cleanest bathrooms I've ever experienced at a campground and wonderful staff. Other than the midnight train and typical Northland weather, we cannot wait to stay again!!!!

I had a relaxing time out there. Even though I was the only one at my campsite. I made the best of it. I plan on coming back before season is over... Wish more of my friends were into camping.

We got in the pool and we were surprised how little the pool was, and even more so how much of the pool was VERY deep and not roped off to show the severe drop offs. My two children almost drowned in the pool! I mean I had to jump off my raft and save them, they we under the water for at least a minute and didn't come up. It was terrifying, and we will not return because of the unsafe pool.

Very nice tent sight, flat, nice picnic table and fire ring. The facilities and showers are one of the best KOA in the country. The store had what we were looking for and other things I have forgotten over the 60 years of camping. Thanks for the great stay.

I have never stayed at a KOA before. This specific KOA was lovely! I enjoyed my experience very much and would most definitely come back. The bathrooms are kept very clean and the overall campground was nice. We went tenting here and the area for camping was nice and wooded a more private feeling to it. :) Also, the staff here were always friendly and ready to answer any questions we had!

the grounds were pretty. but cramped. the 5th wheel across from us had string lights so bright they lit up out tent. quiet hours were not observed. we had an early morning bike ride planned. Hot tub heater broke. all in all less than what we hoped. The staff were really kind and helpful.

We have stayed at this KOA many times, love their cabins. Staff is very helpful and friendly. There Halloween weekend is the best, many activities for everyone! Definitely going back.
