We visited Duluth area and went bike riding on Howard Munger Trail. It was nice to go sight seeing in the area and come back to this clean and safe camp ground.

Well laid out, well run campground. Staff is relaxed and friendly and their attitude carries over to the entire campground.

We stayed a week. It’s a wonderful campground. We enjoyed our stay. Only problem is corners can be a little tight for larger rv’s but most people are accommodating.

I think we had the best site in the campground that was nice and private. The office / store was well kept and had your basic needs. Overall the campground and facilities where fairly well kept. Staff very helpful and nice. Only downfall was the RR tracks where close and loud. Not sure how to word it but should maybe note that on the website. I would stay again / recommend but would mention RR.

We stayed in a camper cabin. Seems they have been updated since I was there last. No complaints for my stay at all. Only one concern. The light by the bathroom in the cabin area lights up a tenting spot so brightly that people have to park this car just right to block the light. It’s may be a bit too bright.

We have stayed at this location multiple times and will stay again. If you're looking for a campground with lots of activities for kids and things to do, this is not the place for you. But, if you are looking for a bit of tranquility close to lots of parks and trails this is it! Also, the bathrooms and showers here are some of the cleanest around!

We were waiting on a part for our rv and they bent over backwards to help us. We were only suppose to stay one night and ended up staying 5.

Nice clean campground run by friendly helpful staff. The only issue is the trains. I never knew a train engineer could love his whistle that much at 2 AM.

Location fit our itinerary for a state park hiking expedition. Also accommodated our Duluth visit. The sites are snug, the facilities quite good, the rate is on the high side compared to other campgrounds we visit. Be prepared for a few trains in the night and yes, at first it sounds like they are going to visit your site "in person."

We were told at check-in by maybe the manager, the person seemed to be in charge at the office, that we would receive an onsite complimentary tank dump between 8:30 and 9 AM the next morning. We stayed until 10 called the office to find out the person to do this was busy but would be to our site soon. We waited until the 11AM check out time. This cost us several hours. Poor recommendation.

We enjoyed our stay at this campground. The pool was very nice and clean and most of the sites were shaded. The game room is a winner and we got DoorDash pizza delivered, so that was super. Unfortunately, we had a family that took up residence in the little 1-potty building at the back of the campsite but that's not the KOAs fault. We would definitely come back again! Nice owners!

When we arrived the type of spot (full hookups w/patio) reserved was not available and management switched us to a different spot without full hookups. We had to push them to make a price adjustment for our non-full hookup spot which was a lower rate. We've never had an issue like this with any other KOA where the management was less than accommodating. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

Had a good time. Staff was kind, courteous & helpful. Bathrooms clean & grounds well kept. My only disappointment was the jaquize wasn't working! (Would have been real nice to sit and soak after a days worth of long hikes!!!)

This KOA was clean, quiet, and friendly. We enjoyed the swimming pool, horseshoes, and firewood delivery. However, the street lights turned on when it got dark, and we had a brightly-lit tent all night. We knew about the trains, but that didn't make them any easier to endure. Monday night had 6 or 7 trains overnight. I'd recommend this KOA for cabins or RVs to buffer light & noise. Not for tents.

I absolutely love staying here. I have been here many of times, and every time I stay the staff members are always friendly and helpful. The bathrooms, showers, and cabins are clean. I definitely would recommend coming to KOA cloquet because its family friendly, and always relaxing.

The site is noisy at night and camp staff didn't do their job to maintain the proper conditions for the campers.

Clerks kind. Koa needs TLC. Pool not cleaned. Dirt drive COVERS cabins/guest in dust and dirt with every new check in and with several workers on golf cars. Should consider brine or some means of correcting. Water spigot not in good repair. Bathroom fixtures wanting repair. Soap dispenser in womans bathroom shot soap everywhere. Cabin was nice and clean. Picnic table really wanting paint.

We stayed 5 nights, it was the perfect location to be able to go out and see so many different things around the Duluth area. Cabins were clean, 2 room cabin had plenty of room. Staff were very friendly, the kids loved the lanterns and hay ride on Saturday. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip towards Duluth!

If and when I return, (pretty likely I will at some point) I definitely would request a cabin back in the pines towards the rear of the campground. I stayed in cabin #1 and as you are well aware and have probably heard many times there is very little space between cabins 1, 2 & 3. I'm a social guy but it's still kind of nice not to have your neighbors sitting practically right on top of you.

When we arrived we were greeted with smiling faces, and was offered for someone to lead us to our site. Told us the best way to set up to get the most out of our site. We were short on hose and electric to hook up. They offered extra to borrow during our stay. We will definitely be staying again.

The campground is small, but quite clean. It is obviously well cared for. Free septic pump outs is fabulous. Delivery of wood was quick. The showers were super clean. The pool is very small. The train noise is loud. It is a ways away from Duluth.

Not best: 1. We're older and were put in a cabin farthest from bathroom, driving car every time. 2. Overhead lights in front room of cabin too dim. 3. Big gap under front door, had to use a blanket there to keep bugs out. 4. Cabin way too close to RV site, had to keep curtains closed (could see into a trailer). Thought you had TV's in cabin (put on website). Was counting on WIFI, it didn't work.

We have stayed at this KOA many times, love their cabins. Staff is very helpful and friendly. There Halloween weekend is the best, many activities for everyone! Definitely going back.
