If you're visiting Yellowstone, know any destination in the park is 1.5 hours drive or more from the Cody KOA. Because of this I can't recommend. The KOA is nice enough - facilities are clean. It's very dusty here. There is a dog kennel beside, and I heard dogs barking all night long. Half of the laundry machines don't work. There are 2/3 bars of LTE service.

Large sites, deluxe sites are next to shady trees. Quiet. You can tell owners take pride in keeping everything looking clean and beautiful. Pet friendly. Thank you for pancake breakfast and free shuttle to cody nite rodeo!

We had such a great time at the Cody KOA! The deluxe cabin was perfect for our family of four and had everything we needed. The kids loved the pancake breakfast in the morning. We also really enjoyed the hot tub, the warm pool, the playground, and the jumping pillow. It was really nice that the campground was so close to many attractions in Cody. We'd definitely stay here again!

Our cabin was surrounded by tent sites so we were never able to use our fire pit or outdoor table in the evenings for concern of disturbing them. Expressed this concern when checking out and never even got so much as a phone call back from management. Would not stay here again, nor recommend to anyone else. Very disappointing.

Very helpful at the camp store. Nice selection of items for sale. The breakfast was excellent. FREE pancakes and low cost for the sausage and coffee. The camp ground and bathrooms were clean. Will return again when visiting both Cody and Yellowstone.

Campground was nice, staff was nice. Only reason for the 3 star, neighbors had a drain issue and when the guy came to clean out the pipes with the snake, it flung nasty clumps of who knows what all over our MH and picnic area. No one even bothered to clean it

Nice koa. I feel a need for trash receptacles and dog waste stations in the newest section which is where we stayed. Pancakes were good but not every morning as promised. I would still recommend this KOA. Thanks

We were not expecting dirt and gravel at this KOA. The sites were not level and l felt like when l inquired about this l was brushed off. Other people in our party felt the same.

I feel that the camper spots are just too close together especially how the fire pits are so close on your vehicle or camper. I don’t like fire that close to my vehicles. It is very dusty and dirty with dirt and gravel and I’d like to see more concrete or grass. I didn’t care for the dog park being all gravel and the fence is too short for big dogs. Way too many campers and not even close to enough bathrooms… considering how many people are in tents and cabins during peak season the number is way low- 4 stalls for men in the whole camp- hopefully your new renovation will address this…

Great location. Cody is a wonderful town. The staff is very friendly. We went to the rodeo twice and the KOA takes you from the campground and back. Yellowstone was only an hour away. We enjoyed our stay so much that we stayed an extra day and went to Thermopolis WY mineral pool. Our last night we got to stay in a tepee. Lots of fun. I almost forgot the pancake breakfast they serve everyday

We reserved a deluxe pull thru with patios and was very disappointed with the site we were given. Long but very tight and with no space (beyond patio) between coaches. Neighbors sewer was right beside our patio, fire pits very close to next unit. Lots of trash on ground next to patio and blowing throughout park. No irrigation near campsites so no grass. Very disappointed.

Very pleasant, great staff interactions. Would be better if there was some shelter from the sun for tent campers around the center section (v) even a small cover over the tables to better define your area. But in spite of that it was a great stay.

Site was not level and what little grass was mostly weeds. Cost was high compared to other RV parks that were nicer.

We stayed with a group for a family reunion. Accommodations were perfect for our group. Well maintained and great amenities. Free pancake breakfast, pool and games.

Disappointed in the sites. Very close together. Couldn’t hook up our sewer without disturbing the neighbors as our sewer was in their site. We waited till we were leaving to do it so we wouldn’t bother them. Sites short. No room to put truck on site without it being across the site. Couldn’t have a fire because of where truck had to be parked. Campground could use some site improve

I really appreciate the beautiful flowers planted everywhere. My grandkids loved the pool and all the playground areas. The restrooms could use a little more TLC.

We enjoyed the stay at Cody. Nice staff and camp store. Relatively level gravel sites. Delicious pancake breakfasts. This is a very quiet campground with clean amenities. Beware that if you use the laundry bring your change as it is $2.50 a load.

The people at the front desk were not friendly. Both women did not want to answer questions and were not the kind of people you should have at your front desk. Our site #132 had no trees at all and it was extremely hot. Our air conditioner could not cool our trailer during the day. Could not use the table due to the heat and lack of shade. Needs more trees. The site was not very level.

The Cody KOA website said cabin rentals included pillows & sheets. On our arrival day, we were informed they were not provided. Had we known in advance, it would have made life easier. Other than that, all was good.

This KOA definitely did not meet my expectations starting with the girl who checked me in. Apparently she had better things to do then help me because she very quickly showed me where our site was located in the map and then walked away. I should have been paid to stay in this site since my children were cleaning up the trash and coals all over the site left by others! Very disappointed!

Every employee was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Pool and jumping pillow were a hit with the granddaughter.

The kids liked the pool and jump pillow, and the pancake breakfast was nice. The adults in our group found the location to be too close to the road and the campground to be unattractive. It’s all rock and dirt with very little shade.

I will give Cody KOA 5 stars. We were in the new section for 5 days and basically just hung out. Pools and hot tubs are ok, could use a little work but everything else was pretty good. The breakfast was excellent and the maintenance guys are really awesome. I would definitely come back and recommend. The drive to Yellowstone from Cody is a little to far from the the east gate. I prefer to access this side of Yellowstone from the west.
