Very nice camp hosts, clean facility. Was only there for twelve hours.

personel were friendly and helpful. Our site was so unlevel our auto levels gave up trying after about 2 hours. Another site was given to us and we were all set up in twenty minutes.

Cody KOA was very clean, quiet and kid friendly. The Free pancakes every morning was a huge plus and I was very impressed with the time they took to keep everything clean from the bathrooms to the pools to the camp spots. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. You can tell they take great care in making sure each guest is well taken care of. We can't wait to come back and stay again.

It was a great place to stay and will definitely return here next time we are in Cody. The sites were wide enough and had all the amenities you could want.

Rather than have campers face N & S, they face E & W which means you are constantly in the sun there is zero shade. The sites face each other as well so you get zero privacy - thankfully our neighbors were wonderful. The premium sites are awful. We were afraid our slide would touch the person next to us because they’re so close. Unless your dog likes liter boxes, don’t stay here. No grass all

Bathrooms are disgusting. From hair everywhere to mud/dirt. Clogged toilet for two days. Soap was out of two of the dispensers for two days near cabins. Bathroom near pool never had soap and don’t think it was ever cleaned. AC is awful and needs to be cleaned. Moths come in through cracks of cabin and the rope hole to open door is so large. I would say these KOA cabins need updates and clean

We stayed in cottage cabin. Unfortunately when we got into the cabin we found the place to be very dirty. The dish drainer for the sink was crusted with mold scum. The drawer for the silverware was nasty. I had to clean everything and wash everything down with Clorox wipes before using, which we didn’t want to use. The campground was clean & visitors were fun & friendly. The camp store was great with nice quality products & very good prices. I love my Yellowstone Bison socks!!

We enjoyed the free pancakes every morning. The free shuttle to the rodeo was nice and the driver was great. Only wish the spa was working.

Just enough for us, for a 1 night stay. Even had a Van pick us up for dinner and a show. Possibly offering because KIA is 8 miles outside of Cody.

Wonderful!!! Staff were friendly and everything was super clean. The cabin we rented was awesome and we had a wonderful stay. Breakfast was great and the amenities, and bus ride to the rodeo, were fabulous. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and we definitely hope to come back! Awesome!!!

We were on a 3 week vacation and Cody was our third stop. We rented a 2-room cabin. We were excited to see Yellowstone. After looking over the National Park map, we decided to make Cody and 2-night stop so we could be sure to see everything. The host was very obliging. We loved the pancake breakfast and met some fellow Iowans! Thank you for making our trip memorable. Everyone was so kind!

The worst KOA ever. There was only one employee that even smiled. That was a young girl. I would suggest to anyone that asked to another place to stay.

There was a horrible wind storm when we first arrived with a lot of branches down. The staff cleaned them up right away and helped other campers who had branches fall on their vehicles. Aside from that, the staff was friendly, campground clean, and free pancake breakfast delish!

The staff there are great! Our van broke down and they helped out so much, making our unexpected longer stay in Cody more enjoyable. The pancake breakfast every morning was delicious. Well stocked store and clean pool too.

Such a great KOA, my boys loved the pool area, the site we had was so nice, and everyone that worked there was so friendly and so nice!! We would definitely come back on our next trip out west!

The cabin was not cleaned prior to our stay. Found trash and pamphlets on the table. The bathrooms were not cleaned at the said hour, if cleaned at all. A few stalls were out of toilet paper. Other than the above would highly recommend and will stay at in future.

We spent the morning rafting and returned to the campground. We wanted to shower before heading off on our afternoon adventures However, there was no water, no showers, no toilets, no water to our camper. The water was to be off for several hours. Had we known the water was going to be shut off we could have filled the tank on our camper, but we were not informed. Very frustrating!

The staff was friendly and helpful. I usually stay in a tent, I chose a cabin for my stay. Glad I did, the temp was 90+ and the tent sites had no shade. The cabin had A/C w a fridge. I was definitely disappointed w the tent sites, even though I didn't stay in one.

Good sized, level pull-throughs; staff were always smiling and friendly; having free pancakes every morning was a bonus. Appreciated the multiple trash dumpsters and recycle bins. Pool/hot tub area could use a bit more cleaning as there was tree debris in the water and on the deck. More deck chairs would be welcome also.

Sites were very unlevel! When I talked to the girls in the office they laughed at me! We were gonna stay 5 nights but only 1 was all that was needed!! Worst KOA We have ever stayed!

Pool and pancakes were great. Bathrooms clean and modern. The issues we had were the chess and scrabble pieces were broken, the park was for little kids and the tent site with the fence was something to be desired. Instead of squeezing 4 or 5 groups on a little piece of land maybe cut it down and have better and bigger sites.

Nice place to stay, lots to do in the area! Pancakes in the morning were my kids favorite part! One star off because the staff was not friendly and kind of snooty, a bit rude when you ask a question.

The amenities were great, clean showers nice. Ladies at desk in the evening were very nice and helpful. The young man at the desk was so rude and unhelpful, it negatively impacted our stay. He should not be in a position to assist customers. Very unhappy, condescending, and rude.

The sites are on top of each other. No room to park your car on site with camper. Laundry room could use cleaning. Campsites could use some sprucing up. Not the typical KOA camping facility. I would not recommend this camp ground. The staff is very nice and friendly.

Pancske wee great and friendly staff. However, next time big winds blow in, please close cabin windows. Beds were coated wirh sand and dirt. Ugh.

Cody KOA has been a special place for us for over 20 years. Jean has always been super nice and we always feel welcome. She goes to extra lengths to make sure that we can be accommodated. Sandy and the pancake crew make the start to each day special. Keep up the good work.

Very friendly staff. During check in the staff went through the customary you are here on the campground map while drawing the route to our campsite. While we could see our campsite, we couldn't figure out how to get to it. It took us 3 trips around the campground to get there. Other KOA’s provide escorts in addition to the map. Perhaps Cody could consider this service?

It was nice to have four beds but the bathrooms were kinda gross. Definitely better than a lot of other campgrounds and the staff was awesome. Thanks KOA! We had a fun trip

Huge campground store and free pancake breakfasts were a nice surprise. Very large campground with every kind of camping experience from teepees to various size cabins. The large size made it nice for a dog walk.

I will give Cody KOA 5 stars. We were in the new section for 5 days and basically just hung out. Pools and hot tubs are ok, could use a little work but everything else was pretty good. The breakfast was excellent and the maintenance guys are really awesome. I would definitely come back and recommend. The drive to Yellowstone from Cody is a little to far from the the east gate. I prefer to access this side of Yellowstone from the west.
