The RV sites very unlevel and they need fresh gravel. The roads need fresh gravel. The bathrooms and laundry rooms are too small for the number of campers staying here. Way too much dust.

Great location, nice facility. The check in staff was very nice and helpful. The morning staff to was rude and unfriendly. Your team working in the office and front desk turned us off and impacted our stay. Whoever does the training for the man with the beard at the front desk and older woman working there need to go back and train them again on customer service, they were both rude.

The Cody KOA was a great place to stay. Very friendly staff, convenient to anything you want to do while in Cody (don't miss the Cody rodeo, it's awesome!). Many things to do for the kids. If we are in Cody we will definitely stay here again.

Even with the thunder storms, there were still plenty of things to keep our boys entertained! Giant chess was a big hit, the arcade room, and especially the pool!

This campground, in terms of amenities, is one of the best I have stayed at. All sorts of outdoor activities for kids and family. Nice large pool, hot tub and wading area, basketball court, bouncy area, out door chess, two sets of restrooms and showers, a large out door covered eating area that served breakfast every morning, great general store. the deluxe sites are fantastic. the others ?.

Negatives: the young woman working the office was the least-friendly of any KOA employee I've ever met- and we've been to lots of KOAs. And the sites are dusty and lack shade. Pros: Awesome store, the location is only a couple minutes from town, and my daughter loved the jump pad/pool/game room. But if we visit Cody again we'll skip this KOA and try one of the sites in town.

Loved the novel and well-maintained playground (chess was heavily used). Hot tub was nice after a long day in the car. Appreciated the manager/owner coming to recommend some camping techniques since we are new to camping.

Nice stopover close to Cody. Thanks for the suggestion for the Cattleman's show. The shuttle worked out great.

Staff was unfriendly and had the attitude of they could care less if we needed anything. We have stayed at a lot of Koa on this trip and many more in the past. This is hands down the worst. We will avoid the Cody KOA going forward.

When I stay at a KOA I expect several things: 1) Quality hookups 2) Secured entry 3) Amenities. This KOA did not have a secured entry. The people were nice enough. But for a $5 fee they allow the locals to use the pool. One of the only reasons we ever stay at a KOA so our kids can use the pool and we know it will be predictable and safe. Well trash coming around every morning at 6:30 was annoying- too much dust!!! And it’s really crazy to put the dump station right in the entrance drive. Love the breakfast and the shelter area to sit under. ceiling fans would be great in there there can store is great! The workers are great����

Very clean and convenient campground. Easy in and out and decent space between sites. Laundry room was clean and the 'free' pancakes were delicious! It's obvious the staff cares about the campground. I witnessed one staffer running after a jeep speeding down the campground road. He firmly reminded her that there were kids on the property. We greatly appreciated his efforts and care!

We stayed at the Cody KOA for 3 nights while visiting the area and Yellowstone. The campground was clean and everyone was friendly! Great campground to stay at!

I would have given it 4 stars if the site had been more level. It seemed like everyone had to use blocks to help their levelers, us included. We enjoyed the location and the shuttle to the rodeo. The worse part about our stay was the unleveled site.

My stay was short because I am disabled and the van camper I brought did not accommodate me well enough. But the campgrounds were awesome, especially the people!

If a pool is critical, or a cabin, it has those. If not, the images of a campsites with grass are very misleading. There is nothing but dirt, gravel and stubby weeds in the majority of the campground. And the parking for check in is in the “No Parking At Any Time” area. That’s their idea of logical check in signage...

I will give Cody KOA 5 stars. We were in the new section for 5 days and basically just hung out. Pools and hot tubs are ok, could use a little work but everything else was pretty good. The breakfast was excellent and the maintenance guys are really awesome. I would definitely come back and recommend. The drive to Yellowstone from Cody is a little to far from the the east gate. I prefer to access this side of Yellowstone from the west.
