It’s an awesome park, snuggle up close to the moutains with awesome view of the valley. Very nicely maintained. Internet was awesome!

We had a great stay at the Coleville KOA. The grounds were well groomed and the site had plenty of room for our trailer and tow vehicle. Showers/toilets' were separate private rooms with tile. The cleanliness was outstanding. The staff were very professional and friendly.

The Coleville/Walker KOA is a wonderful place to just go and relax. Everything is clean, the bathrooms are kept in very good, clean order. There is some highway noise, but overall a wonderful weekend!

This is our 2nd visit here and our favorite place to stay. The level of customer service, facility maintenance, and cleanliness is outstanding. Very friendly staff! We will definitely be staying her again for a longer time frame next visit. Love, love, love it!!!

Incredibly well organized and tidy campground, beautiful location, nicely equipped store, and knowledgeable staff. Loved the dog park and our kids enjoyed the heated pool. We’ll be back!

I camp here a couple of times a year and it is always so well maintained and beautiful, it is one of my best get away places.

We were here for an annual fundraiser benefitting Antelope Valley Volunteer FD. We were yelled at for being in a non existent fire lane while unloading our UTV. We also found out that this KOA offered $2000 to not have the fundraiser next year. We will likely not renew our KOA membership.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Thank you for your feedback and review. The Jamboree is sponsored by the Northern Mono County Chamber of Commerce and is a fund raiser for the Chamber. We work closely with the local fire dept donating time, money and water from our private water system.

We were there for the Eastern Sierra UTV Jamboree. We had a great time at the KOA. We had a very nice deluxe back in site and really enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed here many times. It's now under new ownership. I couldn't ever imagine this place being any better...but it was. Tim and Scott have made Meadowcliff an even more welcoming and amazing place to stay. Everything is so well maintained and their staff is awesome. If you ever get a chance to visit the Eastern Sierras this is the place to stay.

Spent 8 days here, attending The Eastern Sierra ATV/UTV Jamboree. Great event. Park is beautiful, spotless restrooms & showers. Camp sites sanitized when campers leave. Beautiful grounds, pool, horse shoes & volleyball. Owners and staff take wonderful care of the park. Hope to come back next year and stay longer. Great area and business near by to visit and eat. Thank you, Wayne & Bernadette C

Nice site. Very clean

We love staying there. Very clean and friendly. Great location. The cliffs are awesome when the lights are on at night.

Your KOA was extremely clean, landscaping was beautiful and the pool was great! The only thing that was tough was not being able to have our friends over for dinner. I made the dinner so I had to pack up hot dishes and try to keep them hot while driving to their RV park. It is too bad that people must have abused your facility and that's why you had to implement the "no visitors" policy.

Love your beautiful camp ground. Clean. Well taken care of. Site size is excellent. Easy to use. Lots to do. See you soon.

Well kept campground. Nice showers/bathrooms. Store closes early. Didn't much appreciate the militant style management. Got the feeling off roaders were not very much welcome. Even though half of the visitors were there to attend a local off road event. Didn't see any children there. Kind of boring unless you have an OHV. More like an overnight passing thru stop then an destination spot.

Very well maintained and operated park. The staff was fantastic. Very limited in activities unless your into off-roading. They should really consider opening up the cliffs to rock climbing.

We like to use Walker KOA as a short escape from Tahoe. The property is well kept, always great hosts, close to fishing, hiking and open spaces. I love this campground and everything about it!

Remarkably quiet. Will definitely come back when water levels are up more. But over all very clean and friendly!!!

Stay was perfect-aside from the smoke which is out if everyone’s control. Great staff, clean laundry with everything in working condition, nice pool and beautifully landscaped! Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic and meticulous, historic KOA, with beautiful views of the Centennial Cliffs which is a historic landmark. Tim and Scott, the owners, are attentive to every detail and the maintenance and continuous improvement of the KOA in a five-star fashion. The bathrooms and showers are meticulous, as are the pool and grounds. Do yourself a favor and plan to stay at the Walker-Colville KOA....

Do yourself a favor, make this KOA a destination, and stay as long as you can! You will have astounding views of the Centennial Cliffs above the KOA, and will have a launching point for Yosemite, Mono Lake, and memorable hikes in Buckeye Canyon, the Twin Lakes area near Bridgeport, and others. The KOA is kept in top condition by the owners and staff who are very friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful place just sad that our family wasn’t aloud to come stay with us because we had not registered them when we first made our reservations

The resort was clean and the staff was probably the nicest group of people I have ever met. So many things to do at the resort and close by. It was a wonderful relaxing trip!
Sep 07, 2021
Nice and clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely will return!

Beautiful KOA! Well kept and owners are awesome! We went to take our son fishing. The River was mostly dry, so we drove to Bridgeport about 50 miles or so. You do get some road noise and there’s not much to do in the immediate area.

From the moment we got there we knew it was going to be a good stay! If I could make a few suggestions. We couldn’t put our awning the way out due to the tree. Maybe cut the tree back a bit? Or move it? Also any chance to put something small to block the view of the neighbors poop tank? While eating dinner it’s not the most fun thing to stare at. Maybe a small divider or even a rock?

Stayed here many times before they have definitely done a lot of improvements love the patio sites.

The host Tim and Allen are awesome. Super helpful and run a tight ship. The WiFi is the best. Glad we stood a few nights here. This was a last minute from the fires in Tahoe.

Great hosts (Tim & Scott) who are taking fabulous care of the park and their guests. Normally KOA sites are too small and don't work for us (we have a 40 foot MH w/3 slides and tow a Jeep) This KOA is wonderful and most of the sites can accommodate big rigs. Not much to do which worked for us as we went there to relax and get out of the Caldor fire smoke in the Carson City area.

Very enjoyable and relaxing stay. Everything worked as promised, grounds are well maintained and very friendly staff. We will definitely stay here again when our travels bring us this way which is highly likely.

Amazing and so well maintained! First time ever in an RV and on a trial run to figure everything out. We were assisted by Scott who even helped us with backing into the space. Stayed in the fall with gorgeous trees with yellow leaves and the stunning cliff backdrop. Amazing patio amenities with a stocked screened fire pit, dining table with 4 chairs with padded seats, and extra chairs!! And a BBQ! Everything is immaculate including the private bathrooms. Obvious this KOA is being properly maintained and is above and beyond!

First time visiting, and we were NOT disappointed. Friendly resort staff who provided assistance parking or RV, provided a bundle of firewood for the campfire, and were helpful in all inquiries. Showers, laundry and entire park pristinely clean. Market well stocked, and the employees are top notch in friendliness. We will return!
