Sure enough, it is hot in the summer in Silt, and it was hot and with no tree coverings, if you have a RV or air-conditoned sleeping arrangement, you are all set. Unfortunately, we did not, we had a pop-up :( and only slept when the sun went down. Easy on and Easy off from I-70, Area is clean, swimming pool, splash pond for kids were great and a nice sitting room in the lobby. Staff was helpful.

Great park. Had a very long pull thru lot. The park is big rig friendly and easy to get around in. The only thing missing is paved roads and sites. I wanted a pull thru lot but once I saw the great back in lots along the river I wish I would have gotten one of those instead.

Very nice and super nice staff! My only complaint is that some of the campers ignored the fire ban and had raging fires the night before we left (July 2). Can’t control them but perhaps during those busy times the staff needs to patrol more later in the evenings. Wonderful site!!

This is a beautiful campground. Everything is very clean. The staff is all friendly and helpful.

Very long and large cement patio really made our site perfect. It rained a bit and not having gravel, mud or grass to tramp through at our door was wonderful. We also loved the huge dog park and the beautiful river back in sites.

The camping sites needed some attention--grass, landscaping, etc. Being an overnight we werent in one of the sites close to the river, so there wasnt much "ambiance"--expected a little more from a "holiday" designated park.

This is the best and cleanest KOA that we have ever stayed at the staff are very friendly and the camp grounds are laid out like a camp grounds should be with wide camping spots, all KOA's should be modeled after this one

Arrived and very helpful checking in and taked to site to see all is well. Place is clean and well taken care of. I would stay again.

Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. I tried to stay another night, but y'all were booked up. It was a bit too close to the highway for my taste. I loved the pool!

We rented a teepee for 1 day. Unfortunately, there was a big storm and the canvas cover on the top of the teepee was loose, so it rained heavily directly into the tent. All of our stuff got wet. At the office, the response was “well, it doesn’t usually rain here.” After saying we needed a dry place for the kids to sleep, they finally agreed to upgrade us.. For a price. Good KOA, bad customer

I had a reservation for 5 months. Booking in January, we only planned to stay one night; our site was awful to say the least. Our camper has two doors and a giant bush was in the way of both of them, giving us no room to move around outside. We requested to move as we were only staying for one night, but that was quickly declined. The staff was rude and didn’t understand how we disliked the site

The campgrounds are dry, because of a lack of water. The weeds are out of control. Staff didn't do anything about the barking dogs for a week! Maybe that's why most campers only stay one night! The pool was murky, because the chemicals are b being used properly.

Beautiful place right off the river. Conveniently located between Glenwood and Rifle. It's probably priced close to other campgrounds nearby, but it still seems pretty spendy.

Large clean RV park with plenty of room between RV’s. Looks like they are building some additional small cabins. Beautiful location right on the Colorado River.

Beautiful park with friendly and courteous staff. Spacious, well-maintained spaces. Excellent WiFi. Only negative was the swarm of large and aggressive mosquitos after sundown that made it impossible to enjoy the cool evening. Not the fault of the park, but a consequence of the riverside location.

Nice campground, very convenient to I-70. We only stayed one night and didn’t use e amenities. About 25 minutes to Glenwood Springs. Will definitely b bad for a longer stay next time

Once again an amazing stay! The hardest part was getting to and from because the canyon was closed due to a mudslide.

The park is clean, nice grass area and large spaces. We were late checking in but we received a phone call from staff who made sure we had the necessary information when we arrived to find our spot and get settled. It was nice, safe place to rest and hit the road again the next day.

Outstanding people working here. We had a tire going flat and called ahead, so they had someone ready to quickly escort us to our site and help us get set before our tire was flat. There is a work-camp program here, so it turned out that the campers next to us also did maintenance there and used their impressive tools and skills to help patch us up as well. Super great experience, great people

We love this Koa. Great pool and splash pad. Located on the Colorado River with a small creek running through. Customer service is excellent. We will be back!

The cabin by the river was incredible! Very clean and perfect for what we needed. My only complaint is that the bathroom floor had a lot of water on it from the shower the whole time.

Friendly staff! The downfall was the hard water spots on bottom of the Motorhome from the sprinkler system. Understand the grass needs watering.

We are not normally KOA fans. We find them crowded, too gimmicky for our own taste. However, this KOA is absolutely above par because of its location, right on the Colorado River, with easy access from the highway and in between small and fun Colorado towns. We camped in November so the campground was pretty much empty, which we loved! But, it is such a great place that we would absolutely consider it for a Summer stay. Our site was W04, premium by the river.
