The property and facilities are so clean and well maintained. The Colorado River runs right along the sites. The hosts were so gracious and kind, as we arrived late and wrote down the wrong credit card number. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Very friendly staff and customer service goes above and beyond the call of duty. Very clean and well maintained facility. Family oriented and the security is excellent.

We stayed one night in a tent site and a second night in a cabin. The fire ring at both sites was great. There were sprinklers that activated early in the morning; this got our tent a little wet. The cabin was by a brook with running water from the Colorado River. It was a beautiful setting! The bathrooms by the tent site and cabin, although private type, could have been much better.

Tent sites are WAY too close to the highway. The two bathrooms closest to the tents were dirty and the ground was full of water both days I was there. WiFi wouldn't work.

We have stayed at a lot of KOAs across the country and this one by far had the best staff. They were very accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend this campground.

Beautiful by the River. Bathrooms at tent area had long lines with the toilet and shower being in same room and only having two. Electric outlet did not work.

Our stay was fine. I am shocked the bathrooms don’t have any drainage other than in the shower. The floor gets very wet and is a slipping hazard. We stayed at a tent site and the sprinklers came on in the middle of the night and soaked our tent. It’s strange that there are sprinklers that hit the area that a tent is placed. I wish the pool and hit tub were open later.

We are not normally KOA fans. We find them crowded, too gimmicky for our own taste. However, this KOA is absolutely above par because of its location, right on the Colorado River, with easy access from the highway and in between small and fun Colorado towns. We camped in November so the campground was pretty much empty, which we loved! But, it is such a great place that we would absolutely consider it for a Summer stay. Our site was W04, premium by the river.
