Nice clean, quiet park. Level site, too. Clean showers, bathrooms--had great shower! Friendly hosts. Enjoyed walking to Colorado River and this KOA was convenient location to Glenwood Springs. Highly recommend the Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park on top of mountain in Glenwood Springs! We'd stay here again.

This is a great park. Stayed in a patio site. Nice fire pit, table and chairs, good grass on the site. Great views of the mountains all around, and park backs up to the Colorado River. Only dings i would give are: lots of thistles in parts of the dog park. The west showers were some of the largest I've seen, but one wouldn't produce hot water and the other ran warm, hot, cool, and back again.

The handyman worked for a long time to get my propane tank filled. It had been filled with air somewhere along the line in the past month I've been on vacation. It was nearly quitting time and he didn't even blink. That kind of service rates a gold star! Thanks again!

We have stayed at probably 30 KOA's around the US and this is definitely in the top 3. The kids love the pool, splash pad and the beaver colony out back. The little nature walk loop is nice too with the old trees, birds and other wildlife.

Good campground, clean showers, nice pool.. Beautiful view from campsite. We stayed Labor day weekend, so it was noisy. Stayed in fifth wheel.

Awesome campground, very clean. Staff was super friendly. Only minor complaint would be calling the place "Glenwood Springs West" which it's actually in Silt. CO. Glenwood Springs is 20 miles away. We actually booked based on the name and didn't realize the distance away until we set the location in the GPS. Granted we should have payed more attention to the location, but it was not really a issue

I like this campground. My only problem was a little noisy from the service station I was close to. I liked the facilities and that’s the most important item to me. Thanks

We made a overnight stop while traveling through and our only regret was that is was only overnight. Easy access, great facilities, and friendly people. We will be back!

We thought the area was nice, it's within walking distance to town and a few trails. We didn't know there were bridges to cross the offshoot of the river until we arrived, but found out the bridges were out of commission. Would have been so cool to see what was on the other side. Overall it's a quite KOA, other than the highway noise. The facilities were neat and clean. We will be back again.

Wonderful campground. One of the nicest we ever stayed at. Just beautiful especially the water front sites. Everything is well maintained. The only draw back is the showers. The water was never even warm let alone hot. We tried two different days at two different times of the day.

This was a very nice, tidy place with good utilities and WiFi! Concrete pads with patio furniture and gas grill. Staff were so accommodating and kind! Adorable gift shop! Would definitely come again!

Nice new park in a convenient location close to I-70, Rifle, and Glenwood Springs. Our site was long, level, and very well maintained. Lots to do close by and even a really outstanding local restaurant called The Miner's Claim.

We stayed one night while traveling thru on our way to Yellow Stone. We had a deluxe pull through site. Very spacious sites and the park is located right on the Colorado river. Super nice staff and honestly the BEST KOA campground I have stayed at! Traveling in a motorhome with toad.

Nice park off the Interstate, stopped on the way to Utah, now stopping on the journey home. My only complaint was the cold shower (bath house by tiny homes) on both stays! Front desk said to let water run for a few minutes as it is hot water on demand. Didn't work, water was cold! When checking out, informed the front desk of problem, backed up by another camper behind me. Hopefully they fix this

It is a beautiful, modern, well maintained park nestled along the river. The staff is so friendly and helpful! We have stayed twice so far, once in the summer and the second time in the autumn. It’s not only a great stop on the way across country, it is a tranquil destination.

Beautiful location with great views. Sites have ample space, and are level. Facilities are clean and well tended. Close to many attractions. Stall is friendly and fun.

We only stayed one night on the riverside and it was lovely. I think ALL campgrounds should have paved entry roads and loops. Even if the sites are gravel. This would reduce noise and dust. Everyone hears every step and wheel rolling on gravel. It’s more intrusive than the freeway noise or the train!

Very nice place. Good friendly people. Short visit but very enjoyable. Road noise from I 70 and truck stop a little annoying. Should consider skme trees or some sort of nouse/wind break.

Always a pleasure to stay at the Glenwood Springs/Colorado River KOA. The staff is the best and the park is always clean. Great job on the additions in the dog park

The cabin was great, very clean, very comfortable. We saw two staff member cleaning the bathrooms as we were leaving and they were doing a very thorough job of it. My complaint is they only had two washers and two dryers available, so I had to get up at 6am to use them, and two machines take way longer than the 35 minutes stated.

The view is spectacular! The grounds are very clean and well kept. The only complaint I have is the lack of hot water in the back bathhouse. I had an ice cold shower in cold weather. Needless to say that was unexpected and not fun. Brrrr. Not sure why there was not any hot water left but considering there are many guests that come and go, it should be able to accomodate.

Not much to say I got in late in the evening and we left early the next morning I did take some pictures and walk around and look at the campground is very nice campground right beside the river that was beautiful the walkway especially around the river area hope you stay there a little longer next time we’re up an area thank you thank you

Loved the KOA. Very clean. My only complaint would be that it should not be called Glenwood Springs KOA. We didn't realize it was in Silt when we booked our reservation. 17 miles makes a big difference when your doing things in Glenwood, Carbondale and Gypsum.

We spent one evening and did a "self-check-in"! Worked great for us. Spot was lovely, located right on the Colorado River. Would love to spend more time at this KOA. Would rate it very high on my experiences with KOA's!

BEST KOA ON OUR TRIP! We drove from Tennessee to California and this was BY FAR the best KOA! Clean, organized, and even pretty surroundings! You do still hear the interstate but that’s expected. Will stay again when we do this drive back!

We are not normally KOA fans. We find them crowded, too gimmicky for our own taste. However, this KOA is absolutely above par because of its location, right on the Colorado River, with easy access from the highway and in between small and fun Colorado towns. We camped in November so the campground was pretty much empty, which we loved! But, it is such a great place that we would absolutely consider it for a Summer stay. Our site was W04, premium by the river.
