There were cigarette butts and dental picks at our camp site. Restrooms were clean. Kind of impersonal.

It was a final summer family get together. We occupied 3 trailer sites, one with (electric, water and sewer), one with (electric, water, sewer and concrete patio), one with (electric, water, and tent site) along with a full service cabin. All the sites were spacious with trees and picnic tables, we brought lots of outdoor games and a fun time was had by all!

Good visit to this KOA. Nice being distant from screaming kids for a change. Tent sites away from the playground is important for having a quiet and restful stay.

Expansive grounds and lovely, ample sized RV sites. Site manager addressed our concern about certain campers violating the burn ban, decisively and promptly. Lots of trails and nature to explore. Wifi is $5.95 a day if you require it. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and will return.

Nothing open, not even the store! Really didn't see any staff except at the gate. Had dog poop on the camp site. Campsite was not swept and tidy and we were not able to empty our septic at the site! We paid for full hookups and the patio site. Very disappointing. May not stay at KOA again after this.

Always good overall..With covid of course things are different. The Hot showers are always great! Understand that sanitizing the cabins and yurts costs money , time ,but having some open would have been better. The state campgrounds have a lot of their park lodging open. Also if all services aren't available a small discount goes a long way for public relations. Thanks

I have been here many times , love how close to town and the area but lordy loud people at night kids all over climbing the poor apple tree and tossing the apples everywhere yelling screaming ,

The only bad thing is someone came around and said their boss told them to come tell us we can't park on the grass a place where there clearly was no gras and never would be while we saw others parked in the grass and in the field all weekend.

The campground is nicely maintained. Staff was friendly. But there was no first-night patrolling, evidently, by a ranger. Both groups behind us were loud and played music until at least 11:30 p.m. I called the office that night and had to leave a voice message. I never was phoned back. I also emailed that night. No reply until next morning. I don't understand the lack of noise control.

We loved the campground and can’t wait to return, especially after Covid, so we can experience the activities! One lady just kept driving around in a car, never waving or interacting, but the staff in the golf carts was friendly and helpful and would drop off crafts to keep our little one busy. Lots of good hiking nearby, and plenty of room in the sites. Definitely making this a regular getaway.

Beautiful big trees, lots of room, large dog area. Not many amenities sure to Covid restrictions but certainly not the hosts fault.

We enjoyed our stay except the cabin we stayed in was not properly cleaned or swept before we checked in and moved our things in. Also camp ground was full of campers which was great but only one bathroom facility and half the stalls and showers closed even though there is the barriers and masks.

All plus but the bathrooms. Either toilet needs to be changed out to newer style which allows faster flush or custodian need to be there all time to keep cleaning restrooms after each use pretty much. We have been to this site many times and we like the layout very much. Can’t stand in a line when limit is only 4 and only two toilets open. With having 4 kids on our party made it really hard.

We were very disappointed that you chose to ban fires, although campfires were allowed by the gov't agencies. Compared to staying in Washington State Parks I felt crammed together. I also felt that you should have reduced your prices if the pool, playground and store were closed. A major reason we came there was for the pool and play area.

We were happy with our tent site this year but there was only one bathroom open due to Covid. The bathrooms kept getting clogged and were really disgusting after the three day weekend. They also cleaned the bathrooms fairly early in the day and then there was no back up bathrooms.

First time at a KOA and was so impressed with the site’s protocols around keeping campers safe from Covid. Even without all the amenities for kids ( Covid safety), it was amazing. Highly recommend and we’ll be back. Pristine, clean site.

The facility was in a beautiful forested location. Sites were roomy. Because of Covid bathroom and laundry facilities were closed which was very inconvenient. Didn’t understand about the laundry!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We were disappointed in how the campgrounds looked - we understand that with COVID-19 the amenities were shut down, but it looked like no one had been taking care of them for years. The pictures on the website must have been from YEARS ago - the mini golf course was completely run down and falling apart.

There was no hot water and no one to answer the phone...I tried driving to the gate both pm and am and no one was there...the entire reason I booked a koa was for a hot shower and was hoping for the hit tub (understand that closure, should be posted pre reservation)..I didnt get a shower and that was the entire Purpose of camping here vs many free areas around...want a partial refund,no answer.

Friendly staff, as always. Cleaning/disinfecting of bathrooms & showers could be improved, especially with COVID going around. Other KOA I stayed in previously provided cleaning sprays.

Grady Creek KOA is a wonderful place - large sites, lots of trees and two very, very large fields to enjoy the sunshine and nighttime star gazing. Staff are friendly and the entire site is immaculate!!!! With it only being a couple of hours away for us it makes the perfect easy get away. Will definitely be back.

The campground was in a beautiful setting with lots of grass and just the right amount of trees. The sites are close but not too close together. The facilities are well kept and the staff was really nice at check-in

We were greeted with a very pleasant lady named Bambi, appropriate for in the woods, given all of our packet what was available to us great pool during the summer play area for the children dog area for the dogs lots of room to spread out also availability of yurts and cabins. Great proximity to exploring the Cascades

This campground was clean and quiet. My dogs loved the dog park and walking around the camp. Because it is almost the end of the season, there were no activities but we had our own entertainment. The only blight was a run down trashy trailer with trash strewn all over their campsite. It looked like a homeless encampment. Not sure why it's allowed.
