We had a wonderful stay in one of the yurts! Every staff member we interacted with was incredibly kind and helpful, which really helped us relax and have a good time. We will be back!

The only thing that gave it a lower star is there is a trailer on one of the sites that looked unsafe. I have always felt my kids were safe here but after seeing the trailer that had garbage all around it outside and looked horrible I was a little unsure of how safe the kids were running around. It didn’t look like it belongs and was unsatisfied that a place like kao would allow that.

We were there for Halloween celebration and enjoyed the haunted house and kids costume contest. They kept us well informed on all the activities going on.

Very quiet. The staff recognized that there weren't many campers this weekend, so they spread us out. That was nice. We'd been to KOAs that clumped campers together.

We rented a deluxe cabin and it was fantastic. Very clean and had plenty of space for our family of three. My 5 year old love the bunk beds. We love the closeness of the campground to North Cascades National Park and the area in general. Campground has a nice playground and the giant inflatable jumping pillow was a big hit.

Grandy Creek KOA is a nice campground. Our only mild complaint is it can get quite muddy. More gravel on the roads in and around the sites and more gravel on the RV sites would be nice.

After many years, we returned to Concrete KOA. We visited the first weekend of October. We were not surprised that some of the seasonal areas were shut down...but we were surprised that everything was shut down. We enjoyed our bike ride on the trail nearby. The leaves were changing colors so the ride was gorgeous.

Arrived late simple guest register and allowed in. Secure and comfortable with a small river on one side just a beautiful spot in the Cascades this time of year.

I was working near by, and was impressed as to how quiet it was, nice showers and laundry. I did not have any children or pets with me, but the facility was perfect for kids.

The hostess that checked us in was very informative and helpful. I must say, she was very busy due to a lack of help but that is very common in our area right now. The park has a nice wooded setting and is well maintained. We would go back without hesitation.

We had a very wonderful stay in your beautiful KOA campsite the only thing is is that was rain for 3 days so I didn't get to enjoy the full experience of your area maybe next time though thank you very much

We enjoyed our stay in the deluxe cabin. We also saw all the nice, shady RV sites for Thousand Trails members like us.

There was 3 ladies I spoke to, sorry I only remember 1 of their names(Vicki). They were all Great! I like that we were able to buy some bundles of wood on our way out after checking in, and it was on the front porch of our cabin when we returned at dusk. Perfect timing for evening fire. Always like staying at KOA, This was first time at Grandy Creek, we plan to be back next year.

Not enough staff to run the campground. The gals and guy were constantly running back and forth from store to front kiosk to help customers. The staff was fantastic!

Lovely camp spot. Love the amount of space between camp sites. Only downer was no tv or ability to get southern exposure for our dish. Will return.

First time visit. Wonderful campground. Beautiful surroundings. Fabulous property. Great for dogs. Only issue was the KOA store. Due to staffing issues, was barely open the entire time we were there...Campground has a main gate you must pass through first. There was a single person going back and forth from the gate to the store. Seemed very stressful for her... Needed more staff..

Upon check in, a verbal warning about the septic issues would have been appreciated. We did not hook up the sewer line are our spot as we did not need it. The people next to us couldn't hook up to it as when they opened the tube, sewage came bubbling out! There was a general stench of sewage wafting through the campground all weekend. We have been here before and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This campground is a nice place to stay and is right off the Cascade Trail, a multi-use (non-motorized) trail great for biking and walking. The rest rooms are a bit dated and some toilets are not fixed to the floor. The first day we biked East to Concrete and back. The second day we biked West to Sedro-Woolley and back. The trail parallels the Skagit River so there are nice views along the way.

Nothing was open or staffed. You had to pay extra for WiFi. The playground is old and nothing seemed very kept up.

Terribly understaffed. Should’ve started hiring earlier in the season. Lost one ranger due to criminal activity leaving only one young man name Jeffrey who was absolutely great! General appearance has deteriorated over the the last several years but we still love this place and hope next year staff and services will be better.

The water was worked on and there was no notice to us. We know (after the fact) that you only have 3 employees due to COVID. Then a day after we got a notice to boil our water. Little late. But better late than never. After all that we will be coming back!! Love this place. The Z's

Great RV Park. Went on the off season, so everything was mostly closed down and the park was very very quiet and peaceful. The rain was crazy but the trees were helpful in keeping us mostly dry.

Great place and location. The check in lady and staff were very rude to my family. We had many issues. We have been coming here for years and will not return. Other KOAs are so friendly and helpful and don’t nickel and dime you for every little thing.

We were greeted with a very pleasant lady named Bambi, appropriate for in the woods, given all of our packet what was available to us great pool during the summer play area for the children dog area for the dogs lots of room to spread out also availability of yurts and cabins. Great proximity to exploring the Cascades

This campground was clean and quiet. My dogs loved the dog park and walking around the camp. Because it is almost the end of the season, there were no activities but we had our own entertainment. The only blight was a run down trashy trailer with trash strewn all over their campsite. It looked like a homeless encampment. Not sure why it's allowed.
