First the fire pit want cleaned out from the previous campers and there was beer lids all around the fire pit. Also there are only 10 50amp sites available for loyal KOA customers, but there are lot more fire their 1000 trail customer.

The check in was very organized with a drive thru process and staffer was friendly. The kids loved the wide open fields. Thank you!

They’ve added a lot of campsites and now some are way too close. Will not stay in those sites. Big other sites are not available at the time will go down the road.

A pull through site was available... vacant during entire stay.. the sewer lines were clogged and unuseable.

I love this KOA,Usually.This time I was a little disappointed.First of all our site was so small we have a 30' trailer with tip outs. We were next to a beautiful motor coach that was probably 36' with 2 slideouts on our side which was fine they did not ancroach on our side. But we only had about 5 ft between us and them for space,When we put out our awning out it was inches away from their slides

We had a great time, even with amenities closed. The staff was very friendly, bathrooms were clean. Can’t wait to come back when everything is “normal”.

We enjoyed our stay at the Concrete/Grandy Greek KOA. Understandably, many of the amenities were closed/unavailable due to COVID-19, but that did not affect our plans which were to unplug and totally relax. We stayed at the Concrete/Grandy Creek KOA several years back when all the amenities and activities were accessible and had a great time then as well. Great campground!

My son and I could not get our tent up. We were both so upset and discouraged. Kim went above and beyond to help us and help us get into a cabin instead. She was wonderful. The camp was clean and everyone very friendly. We have a fabulous weekend. Thank you again Kim!!

The camp ground was very clean. We were impressed with how well the grounds were kept. Loved how there was open fields to run the dogs but also plenty of trees for privacy. Everyone was very friendly. Would have loved to use some of the amenities but because of covid everything was closed. Having the creek near by also was nice to cool off. We definitely will be returning

Very welcoming. Clean. My 3yr old Granddaughter colored a pic that should have been turned in in Saturday. I lost track of my days and turned it in on Sunday. A lady came to our site on Sunday evening saying she had one. To see Lucy face was the best thing. Thank you so much for making a 3yr Olds weekend.

Friday park filled up to capacity. We did not feel safe from COVID virus with the crowd and facilities. Good location for our activities to Baker Lake and North Cascades NP.

Beautiful, clean RV park within acceptable distances of many adventures. The lack of quality internet service is a real down point. The 5Mbs pay to play leave a lot to be desired if you have any work to do, and more and more vacationers rely on being able to have access.

$60 per night with no amenities is too much. Not even WiFi. Dump station at campsite completely full! When I released waste it immediately overflowed! I quickly shut off so didn’t make too big a mess. I had to take my travel trailer to the other side of the campground to use the dump station. We would not recommend staying here. We’ve before never experienced an overflow on site.

Loved it and will be back. Clean, beautiful grounds with nice staff! The only reason for the 4/5 stars is that not all of the facilities are open due to Covid and we wish the speed limit was enforced or more signage. (too fast for little ones and created too much dust)

Nicely managed and maintained camping area. COVID-19 restrictions ruins a lot of the fun of the campground amenities but it didn't take away from the beauty of the natural surroundings. The open and well mowed field allows for stellar stargazing. The creek is refreshing and a joy to play in during the hot summer days.

We had not realized we would be in a big open field with people close by on either side. Pictures on site showed trees and shady spots. We had booked adjoining campsite for our daughter in law yet when we arrived her site was the opposite end of the field and the fellow checking us in basically said oh well. We were warned about masks and$50 fine for speed and yet saw neither enforced.

IMPRESSED ON THE CLEAN RESTROOMS, PARK WAS CLEAN AND NEAT AND QUIET. RESTROOMS WERE TO FAR AWAY FOR ME, AND THE ROADS WERE GRAVEL, IT MADE IT HARD TO RIDE MY MOBILITY SCOOTER BACK AND FORTH TO THE RESTROOM AND AROUND THE PARK. OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS PERFECT. THANK YOU.

I really enjoyed staying here, it was spacious and quite. Employee's were very friendly and helpful! Only thing is we didn't have any trees for shade. But other than that it was a fun experience!

We enjoyed our stay even though no activities were available. We did walk around and noticed that some areas need to be improved, especially the mini golf area that was always fun for our grandsons. Hopefully after the Covid19 is gone things can be improved. Also in our spot 101 there is no grate on the firepit.

Would be nice to have an emergency number when the office is closed in case you have to reach somebody in the management. We had an emergency with a child at 10 o’clock first night and had to go to the hospital.Wanted to be sure we could get back in the gate since we hadn’t tried that yet. Also to ask advice a nearest place for help at that time. Could Be any emergency. Need emergency access/o

We stayed in PT2 and the fire pit had been moved by someone. The surrounding grass caught on fire and had we not been practicing good fire safety it could have been a bigger problem. We moved some sand from the original fire pit site to temporarily fix it, but this issue should be addressed.

The stay was fine. Bathrooms clean. I was disappointed at the non existence of any shade (trees) for the tent pitches(p9) and also the lack of privacy from adjoining neighbors. We stayed when the weather was in the 70's. Next week is supposed to be in the 90s which would make for a very unpleasant stay. The staff we met were helpful, friendly and courteous.

I love the area of this KOA. It’s very pretty. The sites for RV’s are nice size and have trees which I like. Did not use the restrooms/showers. Some of the barn buildings could use a little TLC. I still like this KOA and will be back. We go almost every year.

KOA Concrete "could" be a gem but it needs work. We like the dump station, so good job. The pool area was being remodeled and "hopefully" it will be done in a way that looks very professional. The miniature golf was closed (understandably due to Covid) but it looked horrible and the lack of maintenance was making it look very run down. The river sites could be amazing but are very poorly done.

We have been camping here every year for the past ten years and this was probably the worst one yet. All the fun kid stuff being closed is out of their hands, but the rudeness checking in was uncalled for as well as their golf cart encounters. Everything is very run down. They should take this time to fix things up a little since they aren’t preoccupied with activities. Probably won’t come b

The campground was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We will highly recommend this campground to family and friends.

We were greeted with a very pleasant lady named Bambi, appropriate for in the woods, given all of our packet what was available to us great pool during the summer play area for the children dog area for the dogs lots of room to spread out also availability of yurts and cabins. Great proximity to exploring the Cascades

This campground was clean and quiet. My dogs loved the dog park and walking around the camp. Because it is almost the end of the season, there were no activities but we had our own entertainment. The only blight was a run down trashy trailer with trash strewn all over their campsite. It looked like a homeless encampment. Not sure why it's allowed.
