We just love staying here! On this visit, we had my in-laws visit for the day and we all talked about coming back and making use of the deluxe cabins and pull-thru spots for a family reunion next summer. We just love that there are all kinds of activities IF you want to participate. Also, lots of free space to just do nothing as well!

We had a very enjoyable stay despite the rain over the weekend. We were a bit disappointed that the pool was closed since we'd asked at the entrance booth before making the reservation and were told that the pool would still be open in mid-September.

We had a great time first time camping at the KOA they had lots for us to do very clean very friendly our grandson had a blast when we come back to visit our grandson we will be staying there

We stayed 3 nights and I was charged for 4 nights . As of yet, this extra charge has NOT been resolved. When I called, the lady said "My computer is down (how convenient) and I will take care of it when it's back up. Well, you guessed it, I still haven't heard back from her. Doubt if we'll stay there again, even though the location was Very Convenient. (2 miles from my cousins house)

Our site was long and roomy. It had large mature trees. There is no cable or antenna reception. Att cell service was good.

Just awesome staff friendly, and very help full. Note: A little hard to get a hold of on the phone, so make you reservations on line and hope for the best, they do their best to get you where you want once you have checked in. Great Facility and fun games and things to do for the kids.

The only reason for the 4 is due to our campsite being double booked BUT KOA went above and beyond to take care of us until our site became available. I work at the largest RV dealership in Snohomish County, and actually provide our customers with KOA Materials at the time of their RV delivery. I'm often asked how KOA is. I can how say they are great...as I understand things happen sometime!

We always enjoy our stay here. Always fun activities for the kids and the weekend movie nights are a huge hit. I know they were short staffed, but more "patrols" would be a bonus. There was a large group next to us, dogs barking ALL the time, smoking pot, loud music. More patrols might have curbed that a bit.

We had such an amazing time at KOA concrete! The staff is so friendly and helpful! We stayed in a deluxe cabin which was a beautiful cabin. It had everything in it we needed like a home away from home. We will be back!

This is one of the best KOA Kampgrounds in our state, perhaps on the west coast. We are KOA Klub members and have been camping at KOA and Thousand Trails campgrounds for many years. This KOA has staff that goes above and beyond! The events they have planned for kids throughout the weekends are so appreciated. Thank you all for the memories we've made!

this is our favorite KOA. we stay here 3 to 4 times a year. the staff us amazing. The kids LOVE the hayrides with Lynn and the outdoor movies are a great way to end a fun day.

The greeting at checkin was great, the site that we had #93 was disappointing at first there was garbage and the sewer connection was broken, the site was gravel and was worn away to almost dirt and not level, the power box cover was broken like half way open, the bathrooms are on the other side of the campground so it's a walk if you are going there about 300 yards, we had a good time there.

We loved it! Did get a little nervous when kids all started screaming and running. Apparently the kids all knew candy was in the offing. Was great fun to watch them all scramble, laughing and having a great time. Loved the trees and natural surroundings at our site. Thank you.

Disappointed that power was out a few times and we couldn’t get back in the gate when it was out. When we tried to call office for help no one answered. There was no real apology for the inconvenience. The campground is really nice however.

Beautiful mature trees. But they need to be trimmed for big rigs. Sites are fairly level with lots of room between sites. Good water pressure. WiFi at your site is through a third party provider and costs extra. But it is a strong signal and is fast enough to support streaming. Could not get Sat Tv due to large trees blocking the signal. No cable or OTA TV either. We would stay here again.

All staff except the lady working in the store were very grumpy and unfriendly. Camp site had not been cleaned before we arrived the fire pit had half burned logs and debris in it. The campground looked very unkempt the grass needed to be mowed and in the store there was no ice cream on Wednesday the lady said they would deliver Friday. Of all the KOA's this one dissapointed us.

Lots of trees are a plus. Not being able to reach the office by phone is a very definite negative. More than one person to answer phones during the season is needed. One of our group made 8 calls without success. NOT ACCEPTABLE. Would not choose Grandy Creek if trying to camp with friends and be near each other. If you can't reach the office in a timely manner, you could be "miles" apart.

While the setting itself & individual sites are lovely, the overall layout is very inconvenient (requires a LOT of walking) if people wish to use any amenities (restrooms, showers, laundry, even playground). The store was so far from our site we never even went there. Beautiful shady trees for hookup sites and rental units but huge barren field (tent camping?) to traverse to get to restrooms etc.

This was only our 2nd outing with our travel trailer. We LOVED our campsite (beautiful view of the mountains). We were quite impressed with the location, the facility and all the activities to do on Saturday. We checked out on Monday and can't wait to come back. The staff... oh, let's talk about the staff! They were THE NICEST people! Helpful - loved on our dog and simply...ROCKED!!!

Loved this campground! Great site, plenty of space between neighbors. Beautiful location & great views. Nice facilities, very tidy, lovely shower house & laundry. Super friendly staff. Only one suggestion: the sewer hook up at our site was very high off ground. Our Airstream doesn’t have very high clearance. Created a gravity issue when dumping. Thanks for a lovely stay!!

Camped at this KOA for 15 years. Reservations made 6 months prior for full hook ups. After a 20 minute check in wait, we were given a non hook up site. When we showed them the confirmation email, we were told "nothing we can do - take the site or leave". No compensation for their mistake - no credit for price difference. Last several years this KOA has gone down hill. We won't be back.

The site we were placed in for a reservation for two families was so small we had to park cars elsewhere. The pool was filthy and left grit in our eyes after swimming that caused discomfort for more than a day. There were repeated problems on the bouncy dome. Unsupervised teenagers were endangering the smaller kids, swearing and fighting. Management's solution was to close it down for everyone!

We had a great time at this KOA. The pool was a blast and well maintained. The people at the store were always helpful, lending us a hammer when we needed one! We did find a bee nest in our camp and they immediately took action against it. Extremely friendly.

The lady at the main entrance was friendly but a little confused on our payment. Our card got charged the wrong amount twice. It was resolved but a person that is more experienced would be best when dealing with our finances. A worker took money and put it under her bag, it seemed odd. Once we knew my sis was overcharged she went to get money and the lady pulled money from under bag, seemed odd.

Arrived late due to issues and disappointed store closed at 7pm (all others we visited it was 9 or 10pm). However glad we could still use hot tub. Dusk is very subjective especially when cloudy. Only KOA having bedding to rent for cabins and worth it for one night (not sure I'd pay for extended time). Didn't get to enjoy much else because of time but attendant at gate was the BEST! Mini-fridge??

We had a lovely stay on our maiden run in our new RV. We loved the relaxed atmosphere, the friendly staff and fellow campers, and the big fields for dog walks.

The WiFi wording was frustrating- we thought it was included. The wrist band upcharge for the kids activities was also disappointing. Too many guests smoking.

Noisy, crowded place. Greedy bunch, charge for every little thing. Make rules that aren't enforced. Won't answer the phone when you try to call in a complaint. Won't be back here for sure.

We were greeted with a very pleasant lady named Bambi, appropriate for in the woods, given all of our packet what was available to us great pool during the summer play area for the children dog area for the dogs lots of room to spread out also availability of yurts and cabins. Great proximity to exploring the Cascades

This campground was clean and quiet. My dogs loved the dog park and walking around the camp. Because it is almost the end of the season, there were no activities but we had our own entertainment. The only blight was a run down trashy trailer with trash strewn all over their campsite. It looked like a homeless encampment. Not sure why it's allowed.
