Have gone to this KOA for years. Was nice to see they fixed most of the mini golf platforms. Did not like that a couple employees told me I had to wear a helmet when riding my bike. TONS of people rode bikes with out helmets.

Staff was excellent. The park thinks too much of itself (tickets for speeders, coded gates that change midweek, wrist bands to think about doing anything). And then they don’t enforce quiet hours.

We loved everything except our neighbors in the site next to us. This was our first time camping with a puppy there dog was never on leash and he would use the bathroom and they wouldn’t pick it up. I didn’t want to get blamed for them that should be enforced more

Last minute reservation turned out well. Nice wide areas, lots of folks having fun. Highly recommend.

Worst experience at a KOA campground. We do not think the managerial staff meet the standards for KOA.

The only problem was had was our next door neighbor. They had been there since June, but instead of backing in, they pulled in and thus we shared our space outside our front door with them. When they had company over, we heard their entire conversation and their dogs. There is always limited privacy, but in this case, there was none.

Odd combination of KOA and Thousand Trails in one park. No cable and no OTA channels. WiFi at the site was $6 a day - too expensive.

KOA IS GREAT. ESPECIALLY KOA CONCRETE IS BEST. BUT I HAVE ONE SUGGESTION. KOA CUSTOMER SERVICE RELATED TO ONLINE AND PHONE IS NOT GOOD. KOA DOESN'T ANSWER. I TRIED TO CONNECT WITH KOA BY PHONE, AND E-MAIL. BUT KOA DIDN'T ANSWER. AS ONE FAN OF KOA, I SUGGEST THAT KOA NEEDS TO ANSWER!!!. ANYWAY, KOA CONCRETE IS BEST. THANK YOU~

Staffs are friendly and nice. Willing to help when it needs - This is the most I liked. Recommend to maintain swimming pool with better condition.

Many amenities did not apply to us. We did want clean bathrooms and WiFi. The bathrooms were not super clean. We had Luke warm showers and the WiFi was extra. The price was too much for that experience.

The area our campsite was in had fairly spacious sites and there were activities if you wished to attend

I was given the 2nd smallest RV site, even though my on-line reservation clearly stated I was pulling an 18' boat. Was told to see if it would work out instead of making it right by providing a proper site immedately, nobody wants to set up camp and them tear it down and move, we made due.Someone crapped in the middle shower stall, 8 hours later it was still there. Staff was less than friendly.

The stay was much better than trying to make reservations. The recorded messages are out dated, phone goes unanswered, return calls are not timely. We have gone there as a group for many years, same with others in our group. If one person would handle the check in and the other handle the walk in, the process would go a lot smoother. No receipt was available at time of check-in.

Rest rooms very clean; staff courteous and friendly; grounds were very clean. Spike strip at the exit was very disconcerting and unfriendly. A spike strip is something usually seen at very secure military installations or perhaps Fort Knox. Speed bump just before the exit was harsh. Need better signage for the entrance because the neighbors across the street have all sorts of dire warnings.

Great facility. Love the rec. room - great for the teenager in the group. Clean cabin and bathroom facility. Already planning for the next trip to here.

We’ve been camping there for the last 10 years. We have always loved it there but I’m sad to say that once they switched owners it has gone downhill. We won’t be back after this years experience

We love Grandy Creek. Only request is to change up the wagon ride a bit by gearing it more towards older Elementary students vs babies & toddlers (no toddler sing alongs or acordians). My kids and others kids always complain that it's a baby event and they want to go but it's too stupid. I think everyone will enjoy it more if some attention is put in to making it a little older and more fun.

Camp site was spacious. However, the toilets and showers were quite a distance away; many people ended up driving to them. The showers weren't conducive to showering; small, limited space to place belongings, floors were dirty.

I had a reservation for a full hookup back in spot when we arrived we received our paperwork and paid then went up to our site. When we got backed in we noticed that it was not a full hookup site..just power and water. I went back to the check in booth they were looking at the computer but said they were full and there was nothing they could do about it. I had a reservation but they changed it!

Like being in the woods in a tent and we are full timers in a 43 ft coach!! Large sites. Huge trees. Exceptionally quiet. Ask for pull thrus in the back adjacent to a large field. No cable. No air reception. Trees blocked satellite. WiFi (cost) available. Pretty strong. Staff OK but very anal-retentive about 5 mph speed. Surprised I didn'get stopped by a cart with a flashing red light at 10 mph.

I have been camping for years in many parks and corporate camp grounds. This KOA is far the best with excellent facilities and a clean quiet serene environment. Great job by KOA. I thank you for keeping the park to high standards. I especially give you high ratings on the bath facilities which were very clean and excellent hot water for a great shower after sitting in the rain.

The campsites are nicely kept and comfortable size. We had a site with a concrete pad, a very nice firepit, wood swinging bench, a picnic table, and extra outdoor chairs and table which we really enjoyed. The shower and bathroom facilities were also clean and nicer than most places we've camped. We don't have young kids anymore, but they had plenty of activities available for them as well. Thanks!

Unfortunately there was little privacy. We stayed in yurt #2 & from your online map, the images were misleading. They didn't seem super close together & the doors all appeared to face the same direction but they did not. #1's door was in the area where we chose to hang out so that we were not in #3's space. Sadly, we left a day early due to the inconvenience. Would love a partial refund!

So much to do. Nice campground. Staff kept the place orderly on a holiday weekend. Was quiet and relaxing when you wanted it but still lots of fun activities for kids. Just perfect. Will be back again and again.

The staff was very nice, and made me feel at home. I really enjoyed how big the area is for all types of camping. Also I truly enjoyed the k9 play area. For sure I will be back. Happy summer 2019!

They always do a good job. Some sites need better marking to find sites. You can not call to make reservations or to find out if spots are opened for certain dates.

Have stayed here twice now. Nice campsites, swimming pool and play area for the grandkids. Bathrooms and showers are well kept. Plenty of scheduled activities to keep kids busy.

Staff are super friendly. The facilities are top notch.... not just the cabins we stayed in but the shared facilities, playground, courts, etc. They had so many activities during the Canada Day long weekend for the family to do. Was our first stay and we will definitely be back!

Please allow people to hang hammocks with tree safe straps! Also, the field behind camp sites in the 90's is full of ground bees.

We were greeted with a very pleasant lady named Bambi, appropriate for in the woods, given all of our packet what was available to us great pool during the summer play area for the children dog area for the dogs lots of room to spread out also availability of yurts and cabins. Great proximity to exploring the Cascades

This campground was clean and quiet. My dogs loved the dog park and walking around the camp. Because it is almost the end of the season, there were no activities but we had our own entertainment. The only blight was a run down trashy trailer with trash strewn all over their campsite. It looked like a homeless encampment. Not sure why it's allowed.
