There were several items not noted on the website, the jumping pillow closed need a new cover and the golf was under construction. Kids were disappointed that we did not now in advance. However the cabin DK11 was great, staff was very friendly and nice.

Great campground. Quiet, and clean. Plenty of open areas for some sun and also plenty of large trees to provide shade! Will definitely visit again.

Issue with reservations, billed extra for no extra's. Refund was made. Had questions prior to reservations but could not get thru on the phone. Campsite facilities could use some upgrades.

I had made online reservations back in January 2019 for Mother's Day Weekend. I reserved a nice pull thru site, however when I arrived on Friday to the KOA, they had me tucked away in a back up site under trees. I was told "I don't know" how this happened and that I should have called to double check my reservation. Nothing on the email confirmation that said to. Lesson learned though.

It was nice and quiet. We missed being able to use the mini golf . I do recommend updating the numbers as some of the sites are hard to find. We will come back.

This was our first time camping at halloween time and oh my goodness what a fun weekend. One of the best experiences camping. The camp host all did a fabulous job on the activities and the haunted house in the barn was so awsome. Amanda one of the managers is so great always helpful when reserving and making the experience absolutely amazing. We will be returning every year for this event.

The Halloween weekend was very well organized. We have been coming for several years and this was one of the best. We also noticed some improvements in the facilities. The operators of this KOA are doing a very good job.

The sights were horable ( very uneven, muddy) sight 86 has obstacles that you have to maneuver your RV over & around (sewer & a water box in the center of the sight) There needs to be gravel on the pad area to help with level & mud. It did rain while there which made things worse, but prior to rain our sight was muddy.

Loved the Halloween camp trip. Wish there was a bigger lunch break in the sat fun stuff. My 2-year-old granddaughter needed a nap bad. But was so much fun. Only other suggestion would be to have 2 small heaters in the yurts during the cold days. Will definitely be back. This is our favorite KOA.

First time staying in a Deluxe Cabin and it was very nice. The Cabin was comfortable, quiet and had all the pots and pans and dishes we needed. So nice to have the kitchen and private bathroom in the cooler weather! The staff was very helpful as usual, and we had a fun time with the Halloween festivities. Great Haunted House!

What a fun weekend! We had so much fun as a family with all the delightful activites... pumpkin carving, costume parade, contests, trick or treating and even a haunted house! Cant wait to go again!

The campground was nestled in a lovely stretch of the creek. It was a bit of a busy time with the Halloween activities; other campers could have been more considerate with throwing away candy wrappers and not walking right through the middle of others' camp sites. The staff was very courteous and helpful, and the facilities were clean.

Grandy Creek is the best campsight. We love it here. The staff are friendly and accommodating. This was there Halloween weekend and they have so many things for kids (and parents) to do. A safe place for trick or treating.

We hadn't been to Grandy Creek KOA for many years. Really enjoyed coming back and especially participating in the Halloween Weekend camping!!! everyone had a great time and look forward to next year!!!!!!

Great staff and fun activities for kids. However our entire campsite was not much wider than my rv. We were in campsite 28. I do not recommend this site for RV's. It was very challenging to back into in the dark. Also the electrical box is a little dated. I had to reinsert my 30 amp plug a few times before I got power. This place is great, if you're use to camping in high density campgrounds.

I rented Cabins 4/5 for Fri-Sun. It was fabulous for the first hour, then Cabin 8 arrived :( From the minute they got there they were loud, played music so loud we could hear it, were drunk playing drinking games out in the field, one of the dogs (not leashed) peed on my charcoal bag and the other dog ran into our cabin, and they woke me up with loud talking 1:00 at night. the campground facility was great . well taken care of and rangers were friendly . the only concern is that we could not get an answer when we called the campground four seperate times , with a few between each call . we finally got a call back sat. morning after we were already parked in the campground . one ranger told us this was the norm . very poor customer service . carry a phone .

OnLine reservations inaccurate, but no one answers phone. Very long hike to bathrooms. Store only open few hours/week, yet staff in there regularly milling about. Refused to let us use KOA Rewards points, yet after we left they accessed our points account and then pocketed cash. Took Corporate weeks to sort out but too late to use our rewards this season before they expired. Sites trashy.

Just an overnight stay but would like to come back for a longer visit. Received a warm greeting upon check in. We liked our site and the surrounding campground. Bathrooms and showers were clean.

Great stay on a beautiful October weekend. Getting chilly at night, so we stayed in a 2 BR cabin. Fire pit, picnic table, BBQ and porch swing. Campground well maintained and very clean in very pretty setting. Close to all the N cascades action. Lots of fun stuff for kids: jump pillow, playground, haunted house, etc. Pool in summer as well.

As always, the campground was clean, helpful staff, and lots to do. Very family friendly. We wish it was open year round but understand. We much prefer this over the KOA at Burlington.

Friendly helpful staff. Clean and well kept. Dont break the rules the staff does not turn a blind eye, they are very up front and quick to keep the peace. Look forward to staying there again.

We have a camper van and two fur babies. The camp site was spectacular. It was clean. The staff was friendly and easy to get ahold of when needed. I would recommend this camp site to anyone!

Camp sites are large, trees are beautiful, camp grounds are well laid out and prices are reasonable.

Staff was friendly. Water at site wouldn't turn on until I soaked the water spigot with wd 40 and it allowed the valve to open.

We were greeted with a very pleasant lady named Bambi, appropriate for in the woods, given all of our packet what was available to us great pool during the summer play area for the children dog area for the dogs lots of room to spread out also availability of yurts and cabins. Great proximity to exploring the Cascades

This campground was clean and quiet. My dogs loved the dog park and walking around the camp. Because it is almost the end of the season, there were no activities but we had our own entertainment. The only blight was a run down trashy trailer with trash strewn all over their campsite. It looked like a homeless encampment. Not sure why it's allowed.
