Absolutely beautiful campground in a wonderful setting with incredibly friendly staff. I was disappointed with the cleanliness and upkeep of the restroom facilities. Upon arrival, there was no hot water for a badly needed shower. Restrooms were not regularly cleaned. Restroom trash was emptied but TP was not replaced leaving 2 of 3 stalls unusable with guests uncomfortably waiting in line.

The facilities were filthy and not cleaned for multiple days. I booked a tent site with electric and was put in a camper site with no tent pad, while RV campers had electric sites with unused tent pads. My KOA member discount and free camp night were not applied to my balance. I had to email them after my stay to correct which they were quick to help. I will not be returning.

We had a power problem that caused us some issues, we left a day early and tried to talk to someone at koa reservations and at concrete no call back no refund as of yet I find this disturbing that everyone wants to hide behind emails and not talk the problems out

We had a great time and plan to camp at Grandy Creek again. Sites, #90, specifically, we're clean and spacious. We heard many owls hooting at night. Great weekend!

Large sites for a KOA - nice space between sites. Campground well laid out with large open fields with sites well treed. Opted for deluxe patio site, nice except fire pit had garbage in it - for price, expected site to be better prepared for arrival. Also, pull through would be nicer to have gravel instead of sand as sand gets tracked into RV - epecially in rainy weather. Definately be back!

Not much going on the weekend we stayed and the pool was closed for the season. Still had a good time and enjoyed the cabin.

Great park! This was our 2nd visit, first time in th RV section. Beautiful clean park, lots of shade and quiet. Great staff. Not to thrilled with the one rv site that looks like a homeless camp.

We weren’t able to get level in our first site, and staff were very helpful moving us to another site. It is a beautiful campground, with large playground. Close to North Cascade NP. GREAT diner on the main road and a GF bakery in town of Concrete

Pool was closed. No other weekend activities. No cable hookup. Have to pay for the wifi, but that didn't even work on our site at all. Every time we wanted to use it, we had to drive up to a different location. Fire ban was not in effect now, but their website isn't updated about this, so we didn't bring marshmallows. And we brought swimming things because their website said the pool was open.

warmly greeted. We set up our trailer and then off to explore the campground. Did not see any staff members to ask questions. Tried to go to the store and it was already closed just after 5:00 PM. There were no store hours posted. Found someone leaving and they did not seem to know much. The pool was closed?? Jump pad opened 45 min late. KOA Appreciation weekend -very sad with lack of service

We booked a site online with full hookups. We were unaware that you were having septic issues--we could have easily booked a site that was water and electric only.. Our site had the septic that was fenced for apparent repairs, and it SMELLED. Bad. We had our grandkids with us and they didn't want to play outside (when the rain allowed) because of the smell. Bad experience!

Worst koa ever-not only did they give us a site that was taken -they put us next to a fifth wheel that looked like it had been there forever with junk stored in makeshift storage areas all around the trailer and their kids rinsing off all their stuff with a water hose into our site instead if using their sink flooding it out -disgusting -plus the sites were way to close together -never go back

The place is ok, but what we did not like at all were the super full trash containers. Stuff was flying around already. And this was on Friday, so what happens when all the weekenders come in? Also the showers need at least 2 cleanings a day.

Sites were spacious & clean! Enjoyed the open grass fields, grounds nicely kept and well monitored. Check in was not consistent depending on who was working in the booth. Our family (grandparents/adult children/grandchildren) had several sites which consisted of cabins, tents and trailers. A great time was had by all!

the only thing that is a problem was the bathroom cituation..3 out 5 stalls out of order..some showers out of order and the floors were filthy. I know they were short staffed but sometimes they should just work a little longer just to clean up the mess before they call it a night. Other then that everything was just fine,,

Campsite was not cleaned. Dog park very dirty with dog poop. Apparently not monitored. Store was not open during day time. We've been coming to this park for years and this is the worst condition I have ever seen it in. Getting very run down. They didn't have planned activities for the kids like in the past.

Poor management. Not enough people working. No one manning the check-in booth, wait 15 to 20 minutes. Need a cleaning crew. Plenty to do, great location.

We usually look forward to staying here but it was different this time. There were problems apparently throughout the resort with the septic systems. The sewer dump would back up if dumping too fast. Adults drinking in the pool area, associated with one of the staff, diving in making it hard for kids to enjoy. Problems with billing, Told we were supposed to leave even though reserved for next day.

We loved the campsite. We loved the pool. We loved the area. Overall it was wonderful. We couldn't believe how understaffed it was on a Labor Day weekend and that was a huge bummer - it felt like only 1 employee on site. The store seemed to never be open.

KOA badly understaffed. Quite hours are not enforced, neighbors shouted out and played loud music both days until 1-2 am. They were driving loud buggy around camp at 1:30 am. Aggressive dogs were off-leash. They were not picking up after their dogs next to hour yaourt. Terrible experience. Facilities were clean and nice though.

Campground it self was so wonderful. Unfortunately our neighbors weren’t as wonderful and unfortunately staff didn’t do anything about it even though there were complaints :( I will still be back, hopefully that group of people will not be back!

Facility and location are nice. But there are virtually no staff and no enforcement of the rules. Dogs running loose everywhere. Noise at all hours. Very hard to get a ranger to help with anything. We had to go to entrance house to ask a question about getting supplies to use the put put golf and the staff was so short no one could go to the closed store to get us a club or ball.

Loved the strawberries! Lots of strawberries to pick and they were delicious! The staff was very helpful and very polite. Nice place.

It was a pleasant stay, but many of the items in the brochure failed to happen. There were no events every 2 hours, the store was only open once during our 4 day stay, and I didn't see a breakfast buffet...

The cleanliness of this KOA is definitely lacking. The bathrooms were filthy. The women’s bathroom had no toilet paper.

Like that the sites aren’t right on top of each other. Nice and shady, lovely trees. Bathrooms need more forwent cleaning and showers lack hot water.

Very rude staff. Extra charge for everything including the playground! As it isn't cheap (no discounts for AAA, military veterans, seniors), basics like playground should be included - tell your kids they can't swing? Everything was run down and felt dirty. Spaces were so tight there was no nature feel-more like a parking lot instead of a campground. They want to maximize money versus experience.

Didnt see any staff (gate only) Noisy but settled down after 12am. kids have lots of fun stuff to do. A neighbor had a campfire with wood logs despite the burning ban. The front load washer malfunctioned and held my clothes hostage for a 45minute rinse cycle. Luckily no need to take door off. Cleanliness acceptable. Why gated with a nail strip across the exit? No plans to return.

Love to stay there. It was quite a different experience this time. Lots of barking dogs bathrooms were not as clean. We started using the Rec center restrooms which were beyond clean. Nice place for short walks or long hikes. The young man with long hair was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Didn’t speak to anyone else except store clerk.

There appeared to be a group of people across from us who had been evicted from their home. I under sd and and they need to s the ay somewhere, but there a bunch in one camper and they were loud all night. I was not very happy about the dirty bath houses either. However the place was beautiful.

Much more like a CAMP ground than the usual RV park. Very nice setting. Lots of room for dogs, including a decent fenced area with grass. My biggest complaint was there were a lot of people using the restroom area, almost no one using masks, crowding the single hallway that leads to both M & F toilet areas & the 2 small non-gender shower rooms. Small signs said masks.

Wonderful location. Nice grounds. Too much litter especially at the mini golf which needs a definite upgrade. Soft surfaces create safety issues. The chess set was incomplete. There were no horseshoes - one of our favorites. When I had a question there was no one in the kiosk , staff on box call were unable to help and never received a call back from my voicemail. Things could be better!

We were greeted with a very pleasant lady named Bambi, appropriate for in the woods, given all of our packet what was available to us great pool during the summer play area for the children dog area for the dogs lots of room to spread out also availability of yurts and cabins. Great proximity to exploring the Cascades

This campground was clean and quiet. My dogs loved the dog park and walking around the camp. Because it is almost the end of the season, there were no activities but we had our own entertainment. The only blight was a run down trashy trailer with trash strewn all over their campsite. It looked like a homeless encampment. Not sure why it's allowed.
