My biggest reason for the low score is if you advertise wi-fi you should have it. Plus the extra charge for access if and when it works just put us off. It's not like I'm a young kid who has to keep up on social media, I'm 70. Also I think if you are Camping close to your family they should be able to visit without being charged. We are seriously looking a other options that exclude KOA.

Only negative is the $5.95/day cost for Wifi - too expensive for us. Loved the sites though - beautiful location!

Excellent staff amd management especially Amanda!! Always catered to our n Ed’s and a smile. No wonder we keep coming back because we are part of the family.. fantastic cabins and sites and entertainment!!!

Our site was wonderful however we were told Wifi was at the Family Center. We walked over to the Center, and no Wifi was available. We were only there for 1 night, so I did not buy but feel that possibly did not work either.

We love the Grandy creek campgrounds. It is located fairly close to home, only a 1-2 hr. drive. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the grounds are always clean and well kept.

Kid games like the golf course and thE bounce parachute need to be updated. After I just purchased the $6 bracelets for my children to do the mini golf and the parachute bounce activity it was popped. Karaoke night was a blast, but maybe let the kids each go once and encourage the adults to be a part of it.

This was our first visit to this KOA. We drove back to our assigned campsite and found it was way too small for our large tent and two vehicles. We drove back out to the guardshack and explained the problem. The nice lady immediately reassigned us to a larger site and led us back to make sure it was ok. The campground was peaceful and well kept, nice clean restrooms, and a playground for the kids.

My family was very disappointed that we weren't allowed to have a campfire our entire stay; the campground posted misleading signs that said "burn ban by order of Fire Marshal" after the ban was lifted. The Fire Marshal even called the campground for me to help clarify. I spoke to the campground ranger and they finally said the owner just didn't want fires. The pool was overrun with bees too.

Miscommunication about deposits, so we had to figure that out on our own (cause it was easier). The pool was closed for the season, I am not sure if I missed the dates but it would be helpful to post those somewhere easy to find. We had a lot of disappointed children. I did REALLY appreciated that they opened mini golf and jump thing for free, however with the fee to stay it seems odd to pay extra

the kids couldn't do swimming or bouncy pillow cause of unforeseen happenings after we got their bracelet's so all they did was play on their phones boring

Our stay was great! So many fun memories we had. Very clean camp. Great pool. Employees make the difference. Amanda (i think) was really great! Such a friendly and positive attitude. My bike had a flat, needed a special pump. Amanda helped and let me use thier air compressor. Great events during the weekend.Kids loved movie night and rubber ducky races.should b ok for kids to use hot tub

The jumping pillow had issues while we were there. Not sure if it's because it needs to be replaced, but to have problems on Labor Day weekend wasn't good since there were a lot of kids wanting to use it. The mini golf also needs some attention. The course is showing it's age.

We had a great time. Great Campground. Great Weather. A lot of activities for the kids. Overall very impressed. We will likely be back. 2 points to make people's stay more enjoyable: We found our cabin could have used a mop and the wash sink outside of the washroom/laundry building wouldnt stay plugged.

We had an amazing time! There were so many activities over Labor Day weekend, the kids (and parents) had a blast. This is our 2nd time camping here, and we will be back!

We had a great time and there were plenty of activities for our kids to participate in. They particularly loved the trail up the hill. Our only disappointment was that we couldn’t hang our hammock.

Clean facilities, unless you have small children I would recommend going to another location. This was the last campground with available tent site for our stay so we ended up taking it. We’re told “no burn” policy in effect however other camp sites around area had wood burning fires going. Crowded tent sites...zero privacy Minimal hiking trails

We were greeted with a very pleasant lady named Bambi, appropriate for in the woods, given all of our packet what was available to us great pool during the summer play area for the children dog area for the dogs lots of room to spread out also availability of yurts and cabins. Great proximity to exploring the Cascades

This campground was clean and quiet. My dogs loved the dog park and walking around the camp. Because it is almost the end of the season, there were no activities but we had our own entertainment. The only blight was a run down trashy trailer with trash strewn all over their campsite. It looked like a homeless encampment. Not sure why it's allowed.
