This campground has really gone down hill!! Maintenance is left undone. Very short staffed!! Things were not cleaned as they should be! We were so disappointed in the campground, facilities, etc!! We have stayed a few years ago and could really see the decline!! Terrible. In fact I feel like it should have been about 1/2 price given bathrooms, showers, & Faci were dirty and malmaintained!

There was only a single person working the whole Camp our entire four-day state. there's no way they could keep up with cleaning the bathrooms and store was closed never opened . upon arriving our site had trash on it we waited 15 minutes at the gate upon arrival because nobody was there other than that the spaces themselves were nice the camp is it a good location it was just terrible Servicing

They seem to be extremely understaffed. The store was barely open, they would wait hours past the posted time to open the jumping pillow or the pool and they were not holding any of the kids activities. I understand every place has off days but over the course of a 4 days this was the case. If half of the amenities are going to be unavailable then prices need to be reduced.

The campground itself really good - trees, play areas, creek, wifi. Management leaves a little to be desired. Arrived at 11:30 for 12:00 check-in. Someone showed up at 11:40ish and went into the check-in station, taped a note to the door window, and then left. The note stated: Due to staff shortage, we will start check-in at 1:00PM. Not a word to me, and we were the only ones in line. REALLY?

We enjoyed our stay. We were with a group, so always fun with friends. A NEGATIVE is the ability to reach someone in the office.

Staff that were onsite were very nice and helpful. However the lack of stuff minimizes the activities and cleanliness. The cost for sites should be reduced since they are not able to provide the KOA brand standards.

Our check in was delayed due to being short staffed. The bathrooms were out of toilet paper. The chemical mix in the pool seemed off. Kiddo had fun with the jumping pillow.

Sites were 'fairly' spacious and easy to access [back-in], there are pull-throughs available. Very quiet even over a summer week-end. LOTS of mowed green areas to enjoy! Beautiful mature fir, hemlock, and cedar trees throughout the camping areas. There was some litter that we picked up, and the 'doggie poop bag' dispensers were empty. We will be back.

The only concern I have is campsite #68. I was initially put there with my 2 young daughters. We were expecting rain & I was unable to spike the tent (10x14) into the ground because of how small the area is & how hard the ground is. I was extremely grateful to be able to be moved to #66 which was grassy & spikes were in! Thank you for making our girls trip great & going above & beyond for us!

We enjoyed our stay at Grandy Creek very much but it was too short. We think the cabin should renters should be allowed more time for the money you pay. Your first day you can't get in until 4:00pm and then you have to check out out by 11:00 so you only get 1 full day and 2 nights.

Rented deluxe cabin which ran off propane. Obvious propane leak when using stove/oven. Called to report & had to leave voicemail. Still have not received call back. No fire extinguisher in cabin. Extremely short staffed so availability of staff & campsite activities were off & on. Staff did not perform daily tasks ranger performed when she returned to campsite after days off. Horrible experience.

We have been to Grandy Creek three or four times, so know the layout pretty well. When I reserved this time, I selected a site based on the photo on the reservation website and the narrative that said it backs up onto one of the fields. When we got there, we were assigned to one of the "cheek to jowl" sites in the middle of the campground. There were a number of sites open bordering both fields

The customer service is subpar. We wanted to come a day early. I called both the local number and the 800-number. Got voicemail for both. Left a message, but never received a call back. I was able to go online and book the extra night. Bathrooms were disgusting, even first thing in the morning. No visible staff around the park. Sites not cleaned or inspected between guests.

The yurt was nice, but the bathrooms were not clean. There was rarely any paper towels, toilet paper all over the floor and toilets were not fully cleaned. The mini golf is in terrible shape with rotting wood. There were no hours for the store and it was not open during our stay. It appeared to us that the property has not been well maintained.

We had a wonderful time and will return. The bathrooms were a lot cleaner than people had said. As a seasoned camper the floor were to be expected to be dirty. The toilets were very clean themselves. We definitely will be returning.

We have stayed here off and on for 20 years. This time the bathrooms were very messy, no TP. Grass too high. Garbages overflowing.

This campground is not kept up. The volleyball net is torn, the basketball court is worn, there is a decrepit building falling apart next to the yurts. Our yurt had just a hole instead of a door handle. The bathrooms were constantly dirty with overflowing trash. It has beauty around this location. On the other side of the creek is the highway so it is also noisy.

Forest fires in the area caused the grounds to be very dry but there's nothing that can be done about that. The trash next to the dish washing sink wasn't removed during our stay so it kept piling up. The lights on the outside of the restroom building were extremely bright at night.

Nice, quiet campground. Stayed in full hook up site which was large and tree covered.

We stayed in site 112 a patio site. We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was perfect for cooling off.

By far one of my favorite campgrounds. It is always clean and the kids love the pool and bounce pillow. The campground is very grown up with mature trees so it is shady and beautiful year round.

Bathrooms were cleaned twice in 11 days. The men’s bathroom was out of tp for 3 days. The women’s bathroom was out of tp in some stalls, out of soap many days & out of paper towels. The dog park poop trash can was nearly full when we got there. After a week, I had to place my full poop bags on the ground around the receptacle. Others did this as well & it still took you 3 days to empty it.

Severe understaffing, restroom floors never mopped, paper products occasionally out. No patrolling of "no fire ban" at night. Store not open, no activitys, hot tub closed. This is a comparison to 3 previous stays.

The setting was beautiful yet the facility was not well-maintained. The playground was broken, the outdoor chess pieces were missing, the jacuzzi was closed as was the general store. The worst part was someone was allowed to fly a drone for five hours a day with a buzzing sound that interrupted the quiet. When the camp employees were asked about this they said it was allowed. Very disappointing.

We stayed at this property for 2 nights. After checking in we never saw an employee again unlike other KOAs where the guys in yellow KOA shirts are driving around on golf carts especially during checkout/check in times. When we parked our rig we found trash scattered around the site next to us. A KOA attendant never came by to pick it up so we cleaned the site ourselves. We shouldn't have had to.

We had a wonderful time the staff were friendly and helpful. We would go back again and even talking about getting a membership. Campground was kept very nice and we just had a relaxing time..enjoyed it all.

We were greeted with a very pleasant lady named Bambi, appropriate for in the woods, given all of our packet what was available to us great pool during the summer play area for the children dog area for the dogs lots of room to spread out also availability of yurts and cabins. Great proximity to exploring the Cascades

This campground was clean and quiet. My dogs loved the dog park and walking around the camp. Because it is almost the end of the season, there were no activities but we had our own entertainment. The only blight was a run down trashy trailer with trash strewn all over their campsite. It looked like a homeless encampment. Not sure why it's allowed.
