Our space and experience was great. My only complaint is that several of the services were not available for several reasons. Repairing laundry, repairing playground equipment.

It was nice and relaxing. Had a movie to return on Sunday but they were Closed wish they were open longer. All in all it was good and peaceful

We had a great time and so much to do even though most activities were canceled due to covid. The camp ground was clean and the staff was friendly. I LOVED having a convenience store right on the property.

Hard to give a fair true evaluation. This year is a weird year with the COVID stuff. Park understaffed so not all amenities open. Kids did really enjoy the pillow and pool. Thanks for the stay we would/will stay again if we come through this area.

No sure what was happening with the staff the weekend I was there, but the comfort stations were not cleaned. The hair in the showers were only swept behind the doors of the showers rather than cleaned out. The bathrooms were not cleaned for a couple of days. The K9 camp was a shambles. It's a large camp, it really needs more staff to keep up on the facilities.

We had a great stay, other than the bathrooms were always dirty and the homeless people in the bathroom for hours and passed out in car through out the day. Other than that we had a great time

The people were great- so friendly! The grounds have amazing potential, but it is a huge older park and everything is just a bit worn out and in need of maintenance or updating. The bathrooms are very nice but were too far from the KOA spaces to be really useful. The park is huge- bring bikes or do a lot of walking on gravel roads. The pool was great and my kids loved the pillow.

The campground was very well kept and in a great location (just about 30-40 minutes from the Cascade). We stayed in the deluxe cabin and it was perfect for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Miniature golf should be cleaned daily. It was full of debris. It would take less than 10min to clean it with a blower and hot tub was closed. But they are short staffed like a lot of other places so it was not a big deal.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Activities for children (although we do not have) was very well done. Restrooms and showers were not sanitary however.

Disappointed this year :( No one showed @ 12:00 to open check in booth. Had to sit in line for 45 min. before someone showed. Bathrooms were filthy. Store rarely was open, shelves empty, did have icecream bars but wouldn’t sell them. Over grown with blackberries and no mowing done. Fire pits at sights had rusty sharp edges. Pool was open which was great and bouncy pillow. Vicki is great!!

arrived right at check in but sat on the road for almost an hour because no one was at the ranger station to check us in. There were five rigs ahead of us waiting as well so we didnt get to our campground till 1:15. They were big on rules for the camper, but i guess they dont have to follow them. Bathrooms were always pretty dirty and though the grass has died, weeds still grew. disappointed.

Our family really enjoyed the amenities. Unfortunately the bathrooms, particularly the showers were gross. We’re pretty sure they weren’t cleaned once during our 4 night stay. Also, the store was hit and miss for when they were open. Ice was delivered quickly. Staff were friendly. Our site was great but a long walk from the bathrooms

Not enough staff to run a campground. I only saw two people. Filthy bathroom never cleaned. Septic alarm awakes everyone with loud buzzing sound 6:50 am and continues 30-40 mins. Very sad for this beautiful campground.

Our second week at the park and we moved from FHU to a E/W site. We were pretty disappointed that the new site was covered in bits of micro plastic & trash. We cleaned it but it obviously hadn't had a thorough walk thru in a long time. There were multiple dogs running off lead. No one seemed to be patrolling the park. Bathrooms at the pool were not being cleaned daily. Very understaffed.

"New" Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting,, there was enough hair in the shower stall to knit a Navajo rug... and to boot no hot water,, the laundry was down and not working either,, store front but actauly no store... i would drive the extra miles to get to another campground

I would of given it 5 stars had the pool not have been closed and the KOA store had been open. Loved that you offered shaded tent spots.

This is our second time at this camp ground. I was able to find a last minute site and did not hesitate to book. Once again we had a great time.

It was very nice and relaxing. The staff were very friendly. There were many things to do for the kids so I absolutely loved that. The store was very nicely stocked so that was a plus. The only thing I was bummed out was ... that they didn't carry items to make coffee. Besides that it was an pleasant stay. THANK YOU CONCRETE KOA.

No reason to leave a bad review, but no reason to to go into detail about how nice it was either. Not a lot to offer, pool was closed while we were there and never saw anyone that worked there but the nice young guy at the gate. The campground served it’s purpose for us.

Loved it! Staff was nice and accommodating, we loved our spot, thought it was a bit weird to have to pay for wifi since all the campgrounds we went to it was included.

The pool was not available for most of our stay which was disappointing as that was that was major contributing factor to selecting this site for our vacation.

Very poorly run. Never seen a KOA worker or staff except when we checked in at the entrance gate. Store was never open. No activities for the kids which the brochure stated there was. It made for a boring three days. We selected this KOA because we wanted to take our grandkids camping and enjoy all the kids activities that KOA's have and there were none. Do not recommend this KOA.

The kids had fun but the area around our small cabin had a lot of random trash our 2 year old kept finding and putting in her mouth. The bathroom facilities never seemed to get cleaned over the 4 days there with the same smashed berry spots all over the men's room floor continuing to rot. 3 of 6 showers worked and they were as filthy as I've ever seen. The urinal/sinks/toilets never got wiped down

Pleasant location and staff, near North Cascades National Park. Nice pool. Only real complaint, understanding ..COVID's impact on staffing was the grounds weren't kept up as well as other KOA's I've stayed at....bits of litter, and the shower house didn't appear to be cleaned regularly, and a few showers were missing the water handles.

The cabin was very clean and comfortable and very adorable. However one of the most important thing to have after a long day of hiking is a nice shower. Only one of the many shower stalls in the shower house was functional. We had to wait an hour and a half for a shower. That is the only reason for not giving this campground a perfect rating

Great stay. Appreciated the quiet there on a Monday thru Wednesday. Disappointed that the pool was closed the entire time we were there.

The pool was not open due to a lack of chlorine for a couple days, also late to open when it did even with hot temps out. Staff was understaffed but friendly.

Very quiet. Away from traffic. Quire a drive to the NP for hiking, but found some trails close by. Laundry was clean and new looking. Bathrooms were large. This Is large park and many different options for camping.

So much lost potential at this KOA. It seems this kampground has seen better days. The campground was poorly maintained and staffed. Restrooms were dirty, dumpsters overflowing, store and pool closed. Even the playground items were in disarray with no miniature golf clubs and missing lawn chess pieces. This KOA would be awesome if it were spruced up but it unfortunately was a big disappointment.

The only complaint I had is that the cabin I was in was dirty. It had trash under the bed, light for the front part of the cabin didn’t work, if there was any, and I didn’t have a fan to use when the cabin got really stuffy. Otherwise, it’s a great place for children and family.

We were greeted with a very pleasant lady named Bambi, appropriate for in the woods, given all of our packet what was available to us great pool during the summer play area for the children dog area for the dogs lots of room to spread out also availability of yurts and cabins. Great proximity to exploring the Cascades

This campground was clean and quiet. My dogs loved the dog park and walking around the camp. Because it is almost the end of the season, there were no activities but we had our own entertainment. The only blight was a run down trashy trailer with trash strewn all over their campsite. It looked like a homeless encampment. Not sure why it's allowed.
