Did not like that the bathrooms flooded and there was no one to be found to fix them. Bathrooms where not clean Store on site was closed most of are stay Pool was closed and not kept clean ! Mini golf was not available. No one on site to ask for help! when you call the number no one answers.

Check in at 4 should be clarified. All three adults in my group read that differently. We arrived late, and our packet didn't have a key. Our cabin was wet from the sprinkler shooting water onto the bunk beds. It took 3 phone calls, finding Amanda on her way out the gate, and 2 hours to get towels/bedding. Shower wasn't clean, same socks x 3 days behind door. No onsite ranger. Disappointed.

. There for 3 nights and the bulk of services were either greatly reduced or non-existent. Store never opened once during the stay and really saw a extremely low number of staff at all. Paid the same rate and feel that we received a very limited number of services. Why don't they ever clean mini golf Would take 5 mins to blow of junk and improve fun. Pool guy could do it right after pool

We had a nice, big shaded spot. Lots of families there. Perfect base for our visit to Cascades NP.

The bathrooms and showers were an issue. Often closed, the showers backed up and gross water all over the floor. Nobody answered the after hours phone number when called repeatedly. Staff did not enforce quiet hours or excessive light at other sites.

I had so much fun staying. The cabin we stayed was very clean. The public bathroom has private showers which I loved it.

Normally would've give 4+, but management seems to be struggling to keep up with everything. No huge complaints, but schedules for store, jump pad, pool etc weren't being met. The breakfast that's advertised never happened. Little things.... Overall still a good campsite, but some staffing improvements are definitely needed.

Severely under staffed. Bathrooms and showers were not cleaned, informed on entry store was closed, miniature golf in disrepair, playground area falling apart, wifi virtually nonexistent. This place should lose KOA designation. Last morning there the main bathroom was flooded. Covid should not be an excuse for the poor maintenance of this park. The two stars is for the sites which were nice.

Dusty, Laundry room floors and washers filthy. Store barely stocked. Ice cream freezer not plugged in/ empty, No posted hours. Never saw an employee cruising around. The young man that came to the gate to check us in was very friendly and informative.

Showers were dirty and half were out of order. Paid activities are lame when we’ve already paid to stay. Free WiFi would also be nice for us people on the move trying to stay connected while on the go.

Dirty bathrooms even after being "cleaned". We rented a yurt and the doorknob had to be replaced. It wasn't replaced until the last day of our stay. Marijuana use was prevalent as well as people driving/swerving quickly through the campground at all hours of the night. Our family will not be coming back here again. Not up to par with the KOA standards that are typical. Very disappointed.

The campground has big gorgeous trees and large open areas. The amenities are great for kids. There aren’t enough showers and bathrooms and they are far from many of the sites. The bathrooms and laundry room were not clean. A nice quiet setting with not much to do if that’s what you’re looking for.

A very lovely campground. The mature trees make this location special. The employees were efficient, polite and friendly. Only reason this isn't a 5 star is because of the bathrooms. It seems they aren't getting cleaned often enough. Several times found used bandages and big clumps of hair on the floors. Maybe a shortage of employees?

It has been much cleaner. I have stayed out there for many years. There is no staff to get any help if you need it. I had a issue one night. And the only way to get help was to call the police. I would rather had a way to contact someone from the Koa

My family and I visited this campground about 4 years ago and it was fantastic so I didn't have any hesitation about going again. I was very disappointed and pretty disgusted. The campground/bathrooms were so gross even after staff cleaned and marijuana use was prevalent there. Things got so bad our family actually packed up and left in the middle of the night because we didn't feel safe. Bad!

We could not contact them by phone, always busy. Did not get lead to our site. No free Wi-Fi except near the office/store which was always closed. Laundry facilities were good. Campground was quiet.

AVOID THIS PLACE! The store - and source for ice - is only open on Sat. & Sun. When asked about this, the employee said, "We only have one cashier, because everybody would rather collect unemployment than work". Swell. Wi-fi...nonexistent. The password is printed on the wall of the "Recreation Center" (only open about half of the day) but it did not work. Same employee said, "Our ISP sucks"!

We had a tent spot but we’re placed in with the RV’s. We stayed Saturday-Tuesday and from what I could it’s a nice location when staffed properly. I assumed it was dirty because of the packed weekend of campers. Tuesday before we left the bathrooms were finally cleaned of massive hair, dirt and the soap and paper towels finally replenished. More to say but limited characters on the review.

The wait time spent at the gate when arriving was really long; but once up to the front was very efficient. The young man and woman were very nice and quick with us. As soon as you can replace slide is very important as many many families use the playground. I was camping with my grandchildren (3.5) yrs old. this playground is a bit un safe an outdated and if replaced it would be a big plus.

Our family LOVES the KOA company and staying at your campsites is a highlight of our summer. This particular location felt EXTREMELY neglected and run down. Nothing but weeds in the planters, gigantic cobwebs around every door and very few employees on site left us with an impression that no one cared about this location. We tented it and loved that some sites had water and electric.

My kids loved the amenities - the pool, bouncy mat, and playground. Quiet and very safe with lots of friendly other campers around. Great location near Baker Lake & everything North Cascades has to offer.

I have tried for three days to get ahold of them and the voice box is full At first I could leave a message but that was never returned. I finally call corporate for a different number and I got the same results. My husband had to have emergency surgery for a detached retina and we were not going to be able to leave when we thought. Very disappointed in our stay!! Restroom a 1/4 mile from our site. Restrooms were not kept clean! I had a difficult time finding staff to take care of concerns. It felt like the facility catered to Thousand Trails campers more than KOA.

Hard to reach by phone. Was surprised how unkept the landscape/flower beds etc were. Most koas I have been to are nice. Either blow off the pine needles daily or get a broom in minigolf

After coming for years we were pretty disappointed this time. Online it says store hours but it turned out the store was just open at random times when they had someone to work it. It also says online you have breakfast which we showed up for and didn’t have. The store had very little in it when it was open. Our cabin was dirty. Staff was in general helpful . THe light in the cabin didnt work and it was painful. we tried to find staff who can help but we couldnt find any. I do not understand the point of renting a cabin where there is no light

The staff were pleasant, but the grounds were not well maintained at all. There are weeds everywhere, including flowerbeds, the mini golf course was covered in Pine needles and the camp store was unstocked with ice cream, and very few choices of candy.These would be simply solve with a leaf blower, some weeding and a trip to a business Costco. The bathroom by the recreation area was very clean.

Love the campground, a beautiful setting with many trees. My only complaint is the dust! Many vehicles do mot obey the speed limit and the resulting cloud of dust is very hard on my fragile lungs.

Late check in for cabin for "cleaning" Toilet was dirty; floors were dirty; grill was dirty with left over food; fire pit had cigarettes and plastic ware in it. Yes, I realize there is a burn ban...but for $200 a night and barely 24 hour stay, was expecting better DK85.

It didn’t feel like we were in a KOA (and that was a bad thing). No escort to site. The sites weren’t well kept (no weed eating around the utilities. Pretty sure there was only one person working. The store was only open on the weekend (when we weren’t there). And on the weekend, they charge to go on the jumping pillow or play mini golf? Site was fine. Just not KOA Holiday amenities.

It was hard to find staff. The store wasn't open and the pool hot tub was closed part of my stay. The restrooms were dirty. And the grounds were in bad shape. Usually not my experience here. Hopefully it was just a staffing issue.

Understaffed. Inconsistent and not posted hours of operation for store and pool. They confused our site with an adjacent site and charged us a late fee. They do not answer phone or email and their voicemail doesn't work. One bathroom was closed and the one that was open did not have toilet paper. The mini-golf course is terrible and almost dangerous. Trash in site when we arrived. Disappointing

The campground was working short handed. The pillow park (the main reason my grandchildren like this KOA) was not in operation the hours it could have been. Had to guess if the pool would be open. Our RV water pump broke and the store wasn’t open on weekdays so I couldn’t buy water bottles. This was our third visit and a bit disappointing this year.

We were greeted with a very pleasant lady named Bambi, appropriate for in the woods, given all of our packet what was available to us great pool during the summer play area for the children dog area for the dogs lots of room to spread out also availability of yurts and cabins. Great proximity to exploring the Cascades

This campground was clean and quiet. My dogs loved the dog park and walking around the camp. Because it is almost the end of the season, there were no activities but we had our own entertainment. The only blight was a run down trashy trailer with trash strewn all over their campsite. It looked like a homeless encampment. Not sure why it's allowed.
