Nice big park with beautiful trees! No laundry for 2 days. They also have no set hours for house keeping to use it so it just closes randomly. Dog park was small and dirty. No dog bags and poop not emptied for 3 days.

Our family had a really nice stay at the Concrete/ Grandy Creek KOA. Our campsite was very spacious and had a beautiful view. Our children enjoyed swimming in the pool, jumping on the jump pad, and exploring the creek. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

The park is full of old growth trees and lots of shade . It's a beautiful area. People that worked there were wonderful !!

Our grandkids (6) really enjoyed the bouncy pad and the pool. The store was great when it was open, sometimes closed in the middle of the day. None of the peripheral events/kid clubs were open due to COVID. The yurts are beautiful but the beds are VERY narrow and hard mattresses, not made for anyone over 6 ft. I find this to be the case at all the KOAs I have stayed in. We won't rent one agai

Waiting to check in seemed a little lengthy. There was some sort of sewage smell the first afternoon. Store was closed when it was supposed to be open, staff locked up and took a break but neglected to post a note. Had to track down a camp worker to find out what was going on. No ice cream treats in the cooler on a weekend.

Very short staffed, grounds was not cared for, overgrown field like conditions, part of the childrens areas opened part of the time, extremely short staffed, desperate need of more employees!

No staff around except for the weekends. Bathrooms not clean. Blood or something on a wall in the showers 2 days in a row. Same stall didn’t see it the 3rd day as was in a different stall. Grass not mowed in field. Just not the same place we’ve come to the past 12 years �

We have camped here many times, but this time was a bit frustrating. The pool was closed multiple times when it had been stated it would be open. We needed to check with staff on an issue, there were no staff to be found. This may be due to being understaffed, but that doesn't reduce the frustration. The rates are higher due to having access to amenities, that were not available much of the time.

Beautiful park, the jump pillow was great! The kids loved it. I would have given 5 stars if the dog park was kept clean. We were there 4 days and the poop bin was full on the day we got there and never emptied and the dog bags were gone.

We normally love Grandy Creek! Still do for the most part. We were camped next to a family that was very nice, they relocated because of the amount of people (several tents (4-5) and the openly smoking marijuana. We thought, wait, there are rules! Later, they got "more" company and started smoking. We felt like it was next to us, it was that strong. Not impressed. We aren't teetotalers but why?

The bathroom and showers were dirty and unkempt. The drains on the showers were missing grates and were just big holes. The campsites were ok but there was trash everywhere. Constantly saw KOA staff riding around in a golf cart but that’s all they did was ride around. I understand they are short staffed but It’s not worth $50+ a night.

Campground poorly run by uncaring staff; bathroom/shower facilities unsanitary (soiled diaper on floor for 4 days; dirty shower floor littered with clumps of hair); zero lights along unkempt field and pathways; dilapidated shack next to yurts; camp store closed. We love the family atmosphere at other KOA’s; this staff focused on posting rules and threatening fines only. Won’t return or recomme

This was our first time at a KOA. We were very pleased with everything from the reservation process to check in and the stay itself. We even got a call on check in day to make sure we were arriving okay. We had one problem with a neighboring campsite that the staff took care of immediately. The grounds we’re beautifully maintained and the whole team was friendly. We look forward to going back!

Absolutely beautiful campground- BUT-There is no on site supervision at all. Two people working. Site water was not working so they had to get us another site. We arrived at noon and finally got into a site at 1:30. The guy from the gate helped us but had to keep going back to the gate to let people in so they had to wait too. No one to even answer phones. Never had issues like this at a KOA.

We were a bit hesitant at first about staying at a KOA but with the only camp ground available we were so very pleased that we came here. We love the young gentleman that checked up in and made sure everything was going well during our trip. The layout is not "packed in" like alot of other KOAs. We love the layout, the grounds and especially the creek where we spent our time. We will return.

Super friendly check-in guy!!! Had no trouble finding my spot which was very nice, level with shade trees and plenty of space for my slide outs.

Severely understaffed. 45 min check in. No answer to any phone call over several hours. The staff you do have are very nice and helpful but tired. Pool and jump pad not open on time. (3 hours late) store not open. Showers need cleaning…badly. Has potential to be a really fun wonderful campground but needs more staff

Beautiful campground, very clean and well maintained. Only disappointment was our neighbor behind us who decided to smoke pot well into the night so we ended up having to go inside and shut all our windows.

Too many guests exceeding the 5mph posted limit. Especially around the restrooms/showers/laundry area. Lots of kids walking/running around there. Cars going too fast kicking up a lot of dust. Guests are not being considerate where they walk, cutting through another's camp site. Staff were great overall.

Very understaffed, understandable, but for a busy weekend (4th of July) it was pretty disappointing. The pool opened this weekend, but it opened late the second day because management didn’t leave keys behind. Bathrooms were not cleaned our entire 2 night stay. Store hours are SO minimal.

The water foucet was placed between two thick lumber which made it really difficult to use it. There was no drainage which caused flooding in the camp site whenever water faucet is used. The area was not mowed. I expect KOA to be more maintained compare to a primitve site.

It wasnt as good as I remembered. Yards were not mowed the bathrooms by the pool were dirty. They didn't open the pool until 3pm on sunday. Really went down hill. Also the mini golf should be torn down it's not safe. Paid alot of money for bad business

Nice campground with full hookups. However, this is the first “Holiday” KOA I have been to that did not have a store or daily trash pick-ups. They also only had one bathroom on the whole campground, which was quite inconvenient. Staff driving around were a bit rude. First poor experience at a KOA and I have been to MANY. I would call this a “Journey”. That would avoid misperceptions.

We have stayed at this KOA many times so to see the conditions during this stay was very disheartening. Everything uncared for: bathrooms were dirty and in need of maintenance, planters full of weeds and dead plants, many common areas full of weeds such as the life-sized chess board, many broken parts on the mini golf course...place looked "sad". The one nice thing was the pool finally opened.

I stayed 3 nights for a work trip in the area. It is a beautiful location with well kept grounds.

The campground is a KOA/ Thousand Trails combo. It is very secluded with no road noise at all. The park was very clean, & well cared for. There is a creek with tent sites lining it. We were in site #104 which was a pull through with a 41 fifth wheel. The site was one of the nicest weve ever been in. The entire park looks like its in a forest and it smells wonderful like a balsam candle.

1. Bathrooms were dirty all the time. And sometimes without toilet paper! 2. Mini golf course rotting and falling apart. 3. Jumping pillow wasn’t always on. 4. Pool was closed. 5. Campsites needed mowing. 6. Store was never open when we needed it. The staff member Joe was great! Friendly and funny!

Great place to camp with RV. Very clean facility. Disappointed that the pool was not under construction and looked like it was ready to go but it was closed. A great place for a fun local get away.

This is the worst koa I have ever been to. Paid $170 for a deluxe cabin that was dirty when we arrived. No sheets/blankets, a disgusting toilet/bathroom. Terrible management and staffing that caused 2 people to maintain the property on a 100 plus degree day. Had another stay booked in July but plan on canceling after this. We will be contacting management. Joe is the only reason we didn't leave.

None of this was the employees faults, they were trying the best they could. They are clearly understaffed and dealing with poor decisions from management/ownership. Very slow check-in, all water shut off for almost a whole day on a Friday so no bathrooms even, couldn’t really get ice or firewood, no store. They need to really step it up here or not call themselves a KOA because KOA has standard

I rated lower but only because no pool....which I understood. Our grandchildren had fun in their kiddie pools and with water guns! We enjoyed the visit with one of your staff, Amanda, and she indicated future plans to add more spaces like the ones our family used. That is great news! We suggested the ability to RENT BBQ grills for patio sites.

I’m giving them a 5 because I believe it will be a great place to stay post-COVID. It was still a nice place, but most amenities are closed or had limited access. It’s a nice facility and we enjoyed our time there. I would love to experience it fully open.

The weekend of June 24-27 was a complete failure on the managements part. The park is so old and behind times on the electrical grid it is unable to provide adequate power to run appliances etc. At the rate of $60.00 per night. I expect the pool, store, jumping pillow, put put golf, the general store to be open. If they are unable to facilitate then less money should be charged.

We were greeted with a very pleasant lady named Bambi, appropriate for in the woods, given all of our packet what was available to us great pool during the summer play area for the children dog area for the dogs lots of room to spread out also availability of yurts and cabins. Great proximity to exploring the Cascades

This campground was clean and quiet. My dogs loved the dog park and walking around the camp. Because it is almost the end of the season, there were no activities but we had our own entertainment. The only blight was a run down trashy trailer with trash strewn all over their campsite. It looked like a homeless encampment. Not sure why it's allowed.
