Checkin was a breeze and very professional with super friendly staff. Grounds were clean and everyone looked to be having a great laid back time, which is what camping is all about! Thank you.

Initially our kids were very upset because the slide was closed, pool was closed and mini golf was closed. The bounce pillow was open though so they ended up staying active with that. I felt the price was too high for all of the amenities being closed though and I didn't get my money's worth. Campsite wise it's probably the best KOA we've stayed at.

Workers, friendly but can be overbearing. Always had some smart remark to say and stared at our group every time we came or went. Very strange but it was a good spot.

We loved the campground and the staff. They were very nice and the grounds were very clean. I was disappointed with the cabin we rented. We are Thousand Trails members. We stayed a total of 3 nights and 4 days. The cabin it self was very nice however the coffee pot still had the previous person coffee in it and there was no silver wear, cups or plates in the cabin which we were told would be.

Even though we arrived a little late, we were still greeted with a smile. I must say they have the cleanest and nicest porta pottie;s in the state. I have never been in such nice facilities. They didn't smell, an they were clean. I didn't mind using them the couple of time we have an emergency. The only down side, the mini put put does need some attention. The kids loved the jump pillow

This was our second stay and we loved it! The camp ground is always well taken care of and attended to. So glad the play ground and jumping pillow were open! Our granddaughter had a blast!

This was much too expensive, spaces are too close together. Extras charges for everything including WiFi and visitors. Which I had neither but wanted to say that it is way too much especially considering it was $75 a night with tax to stay in a space with full hookups

This is the second time we have been and we absolutely love coming here. My daughter loves paying on the jump pillow. Thank you so much for being open. See you next spring.

We had a lovely short stay at the Concrete/Grandy Creek KOA on what we believe was the first open weekend of the year. (It was also our first visit to a KOA campground.) The campground is beautiful, full of green grass, mature cedar trees and the sound of running water. The employees were pleasant and helpful. The other campers were quiet. The camp is close to an outstanding walking trail. A+KOA!

This is a wonderful camp ground. We have been coming here for about four years now and every time we stay it is a wonderful experience. Staff are friendly, the grounds are very well maintained and durning this time of COVID the staff try to have activities to do if some sort.

Outside of not getting the site type we reserved, we had a great Halloween weekend! They did a great job of having activities that kept the spirit of the season while allowing for social distancing. Just wish we could have stuck around for the contest winners but the announcements were too late in the morning for us.

This campground is very pretty with a lot of mature trees on site. Very good internet service. The campground was about half full and they gave us the site next to three sewage collection tanks so there was a very unpleasant odor. Those sites (96 & 97) should be the last ones assigned when all the other sites are full. Otherwise we would definitely recommend this campground.

The only problem we’re our neighbors playing music. Staff drove by a couple times and never said anything to them, but I thought it was louder than it should be.

Beautiful campground set under huge, gorgeous trees. Very secure entrance with gates and tire spikes. Lovely creek to walk down to and view. Kids were given a baggie of arts & crafts and activities. Our 8 & 6yos enjoyed the pumpkin scavenger hunt. It's definitely on the high-end price. I get paying extra for kids but the base price could come down.

We were disappointed the facilities were closed but understood the reasons. The rangers were exceptionally knowledgeable about the park, especially Lynn and Kim. It was a real shame the manager never came out to greet guests or make them feel welcome.However, we still love the campground in spite of the obvious drawbacks..i.e. the plumbing issues, limited laundry access,not having the store open.

For $50 a night and then you want another $6/day for wifi??? Lynn was great and friendly but the young man who came by when we were packing up was very unfriendly. The place was pretty empty and he was worried because we were 5 min. after checkout time. I am disabled so things sometimes take longer and no one was waiting for our site, there was very few camping at that time. Just felt pressure

Charged $50 for dirty campsite?! We have always left our sites spotless and have taught our children to leave places better than you found them. Burn ban so no fires and cigarette butts were left in the firepit (unable to be burned up due to burn ban so I should have covered them with the ash in the pit?!). Hopefully you choke on the $50 feeas it will be the last penny you will see from me!

We have stayed here five times and each time surpasses the last. It's Covid time, so all the really fun stuff is closed, but we always manage to have a great time. They heard it was the kids birthdays, so they brought them some popcorn and smores kits, which was super sweet and cool. They are always really nice, unless you go over the posted 5mph sign.. Then you better watch out!!!

Everything worked great. Site was nicely treed and lots of grass around to walk our dog. Dog bags were provided. Downside was the group of noisy neighbors who were up until 1 am. We politely asked them to be quiet at midnight and they told us to go back home. The campground staff called us to apologize and let us know how to contact staff next time to have the problem dealt with. Appreciated that!

We were greeted with a very pleasant lady named Bambi, appropriate for in the woods, given all of our packet what was available to us great pool during the summer play area for the children dog area for the dogs lots of room to spread out also availability of yurts and cabins. Great proximity to exploring the Cascades

This campground was clean and quiet. My dogs loved the dog park and walking around the camp. Because it is almost the end of the season, there were no activities but we had our own entertainment. The only blight was a run down trashy trailer with trash strewn all over their campsite. It looked like a homeless encampment. Not sure why it's allowed.
