We had a wonderful stay in one of the yurts! Every staff member we interacted with was incredibly kind and helpful, which really helped us relax and have a good time. We will be back!

We rented a deluxe cabin and it was fantastic. Very clean and had plenty of space for our family of three. My 5 year old love the bunk beds. We love the closeness of the campground to North Cascades National Park and the area in general. Campground has a nice playground and the giant inflatable jumping pillow was a big hit.

We enjoyed our stay in the deluxe cabin. We also saw all the nice, shady RV sites for Thousand Trails members like us.

There was 3 ladies I spoke to, sorry I only remember 1 of their names(Vicki). They were all Great! I like that we were able to buy some bundles of wood on our way out after checking in, and it was on the front porch of our cabin when we returned at dusk. Perfect timing for evening fire. Always like staying at KOA, This was first time at Grandy Creek, we plan to be back next year.

Great place and location. The check in lady and staff were very rude to my family. We had many issues. We have been coming here for years and will not return. Other KOAs are so friendly and helpful and don’t nickel and dime you for every little thing.

Poor management. Not enough people working. No one manning the check-in booth, wait 15 to 20 minutes. Need a cleaning crew. Plenty to do, great location.

KOA badly understaffed. Quite hours are not enforced, neighbors shouted out and played loud music both days until 1-2 am. They were driving loud buggy around camp at 1:30 am. Aggressive dogs were off-leash. They were not picking up after their dogs next to hour yaourt. Terrible experience. Facilities were clean and nice though.

The cleanliness of this KOA is definitely lacking. The bathrooms were filthy. The women’s bathroom had no toilet paper.

Our check in was delayed due to being short staffed. The bathrooms were out of toilet paper. The chemical mix in the pool seemed off. Kiddo had fun with the jumping pillow.

We enjoyed our stay at Grandy Creek very much but it was too short. We think the cabin should renters should be allowed more time for the money you pay. Your first day you can't get in until 4:00pm and then you have to check out out by 11:00 so you only get 1 full day and 2 nights.

Rented deluxe cabin which ran off propane. Obvious propane leak when using stove/oven. Called to report & had to leave voicemail. Still have not received call back. No fire extinguisher in cabin. Extremely short staffed so availability of staff & campsite activities were off & on. Staff did not perform daily tasks ranger performed when she returned to campsite after days off. Horrible experience.

The yurt was nice, but the bathrooms were not clean. There was rarely any paper towels, toilet paper all over the floor and toilets were not fully cleaned. The mini golf is in terrible shape with rotting wood. There were no hours for the store and it was not open during our stay. It appeared to us that the property has not been well maintained.

We had a wonderful time and will return. The bathrooms were a lot cleaner than people had said. As a seasoned camper the floor were to be expected to be dirty. The toilets were very clean themselves. We definitely will be returning.

This campground is not kept up. The volleyball net is torn, the basketball court is worn, there is a decrepit building falling apart next to the yurts. Our yurt had just a hole instead of a door handle. The bathrooms were constantly dirty with overflowing trash. It has beauty around this location. On the other side of the creek is the highway so it is also noisy.

The campground was very well kept and in a great location (just about 30-40 minutes from the Cascade). We stayed in the deluxe cabin and it was perfect for us. We would definitely stay here again.

The kids had fun but the area around our small cabin had a lot of random trash our 2 year old kept finding and putting in her mouth. The bathroom facilities never seemed to get cleaned over the 4 days there with the same smashed berry spots all over the men's room floor continuing to rot. 3 of 6 showers worked and they were as filthy as I've ever seen. The urinal/sinks/toilets never got wiped down

Pleasant location and staff, near North Cascades National Park. Nice pool. Only real complaint, understanding ..COVID's impact on staffing was the grounds weren't kept up as well as other KOA's I've stayed at....bits of litter, and the shower house didn't appear to be cleaned regularly, and a few showers were missing the water handles.

The cabin was very clean and comfortable and very adorable. However one of the most important thing to have after a long day of hiking is a nice shower. Only one of the many shower stalls in the shower house was functional. We had to wait an hour and a half for a shower. That is the only reason for not giving this campground a perfect rating

Our family loves it here! The pool has definitely improved, no more torn up toes. We can't wait to come back!

The only complaint I had is that the cabin I was in was dirty. It had trash under the bed, light for the front part of the cabin didn’t work, if there was any, and I didn’t have a fan to use when the cabin got really stuffy. Otherwise, it’s a great place for children and family.

Did not like that the bathrooms flooded and there was no one to be found to fix them. Bathrooms where not clean Store on site was closed most of are stay Pool was closed and not kept clean ! Mini golf was not available. No one on site to ask for help! when you call the number no one answers.

Check in at 4 should be clarified. All three adults in my group read that differently. We arrived late, and our packet didn't have a key. Our cabin was wet from the sprinkler shooting water onto the bunk beds. It took 3 phone calls, finding Amanda on her way out the gate, and 2 hours to get towels/bedding. Shower wasn't clean, same socks x 3 days behind door. No onsite ranger. Disappointed.

I had so much fun staying. The cabin we stayed was very clean. The public bathroom has private showers which I loved it.

Dirty bathrooms even after being "cleaned". We rented a yurt and the doorknob had to be replaced. It wasn't replaced until the last day of our stay. Marijuana use was prevalent as well as people driving/swerving quickly through the campground at all hours of the night. Our family will not be coming back here again. Not up to par with the KOA standards that are typical. Very disappointed.

My kids loved the amenities - the pool, bouncy mat, and playground. Quiet and very safe with lots of friendly other campers around. Great location near Baker Lake & everything North Cascades has to offer.

After coming for years we were pretty disappointed this time. Online it says store hours but it turned out the store was just open at random times when they had someone to work it. It also says online you have breakfast which we showed up for and didn’t have. The store had very little in it when it was open. Our cabin was dirty. Staff was in general helpful . THe light in the cabin didnt work and it was painful. we tried to find staff who can help but we couldnt find any. I do not understand the point of renting a cabin where there is no light

Late check in for cabin for "cleaning" Toilet was dirty; floors were dirty; grill was dirty with left over food; fire pit had cigarettes and plastic ware in it. Yes, I realize there is a burn ban...but for $200 a night and barely 24 hour stay, was expecting better DK85.

Campground poorly run by uncaring staff; bathroom/shower facilities unsanitary (soiled diaper on floor for 4 days; dirty shower floor littered with clumps of hair); zero lights along unkempt field and pathways; dilapidated shack next to yurts; camp store closed. We love the family atmosphere at other KOA’s; this staff focused on posting rules and threatening fines only. Won’t return or recomme

This is the worst koa I have ever been to. Paid $170 for a deluxe cabin that was dirty when we arrived. No sheets/blankets, a disgusting toilet/bathroom. Terrible management and staffing that caused 2 people to maintain the property on a 100 plus degree day. Had another stay booked in July but plan on canceling after this. We will be contacting management. Joe is the only reason we didn't leave.

This campground leaves a lot to be desired. The check-in process was slow because no one is ever at the entrance station. They didn’t actually have most of the amenities for kids listed on the website. And there was an alarm that went off several times overnight making it impossible to sleep.

Campground was very clean and maintained nicely. Bathrooms were clean and showers worked well. Stayed in a cabin everything was nice, it was very warm greatly appreciated the box fan in the cabin. The bad would be the very strict rules, we arrived at 3:47 and was turned a way until 4:00pm and 2 nights into our stay the changed the gate code, so we could reenter. No activities or pool available.

Great people running the campground… just not enough of them. Great facilities… few of them open. Not the staffs fault, but frustrating nonetheless.

We were greeted with a very pleasant lady named Bambi, appropriate for in the woods, given all of our packet what was available to us great pool during the summer play area for the children dog area for the dogs lots of room to spread out also availability of yurts and cabins. Great proximity to exploring the Cascades

This campground was clean and quiet. My dogs loved the dog park and walking around the camp. Because it is almost the end of the season, there were no activities but we had our own entertainment. The only blight was a run down trashy trailer with trash strewn all over their campsite. It looked like a homeless encampment. Not sure why it's allowed.
