The bathrooms were dirty, unswept, showers were dirty. Cleanliness was not up to par.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin. I was pleasantly surprised with how nice it was. Plenty of space for 4 of us to rest our heads after spending the day exploring North Cascades NP. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, the view from the field is amazing!

The rest of the campground was lovely we assume. Cleanest bathrooms we’ve ever seen too. But our Yurt was dark, damp, and depressing. We couldn’t open the windows as the straps cannot be reached, the curtain on the door was held on by thumb tacks and glue. Someone’s trash was left behind the bed, which was gross to have to clean just so I could sleep. We left early.

My family and I have stayed there every year for 12 years. We definitely like it here but I do feel like they don’t take care of it like they used to ie:lawn not mowed, broken cement slab at camp site, cabin not as clean as before.

Loved our stay. Camp host was super friendly. Our bedding was used (we didn’t request bedding) so that was kinda weird. We brought our own bedding...I just cleared it off the bed and swept the dirt off the mattress. Besides that...was super clean.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Deluxe cabin needs some maintenance. Kitchen sink is leaking, tub drain plug was broken and the gas bbq only had one burner working and wouldn't heat enough to cook anything.

I arrived on my Birthday excited to get camping. I was told check in is 4pm, I arrived at 2pm, so basically your first day/night is cut short. The way the Cabins are laid out is not very good with the only trees being behind them, which allows the wind to rip your canopy shelter apart! The Wi-Fi was available for purchase, the only free Wi-Fi was a select few spots. Very Dissapointed.

It was a nice, clean campground and we had a great time, I just wish the bathrooms were a little closer to the cabins, that was alot of walking back and forth to use them.

Workers, friendly but can be overbearing. Always had some smart remark to say and stared at our group every time we came or went. Very strange but it was a good spot.

We loved the campground and the staff. They were very nice and the grounds were very clean. I was disappointed with the cabin we rented. We are Thousand Trails members. We stayed a total of 3 nights and 4 days. The cabin it self was very nice however the coffee pot still had the previous person coffee in it and there was no silver wear, cups or plates in the cabin which we were told would be.

This is the second time we have been and we absolutely love coming here. My daughter loves paying on the jump pillow. Thank you so much for being open. See you next spring.

We enjoyed our stay except the cabin we stayed in was not properly cleaned or swept before we checked in and moved our things in. Also camp ground was full of campers which was great but only one bathroom facility and half the stalls and showers closed even though there is the barriers and masks.

Friendly staff, as always. Cleaning/disinfecting of bathrooms & showers could be improved, especially with COVID going around. Other KOA I stayed in previously provided cleaning sprays.

Our family had an excellent time! The staff was incredible and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, even going out of their way to help my husband find a plastic fork when we realized we didn't have one with us. Thanks for the awesome stay KOA we will be back!

Visited Cascades National Park, location good. Requested bedding for twin bed prior to visit. Arrived to find no bedding. Had to ask young lady at gate, she brought a sham, comforter and more towels, which we didn't need. So still no sheets, had to use only comforter on couch. Sheets mismatched in bedroom, linens on a whole looked worn and dirty. Stayed 2 nights so sleeping not optimal.

The staff were really nice and accommodating. They even set up a kids packet for the kids. I appreciate their effort in doing that.

Stayed in a cabin with our dog Bojangles. Very clean and roomy. Really appreciated all of the COVID restrictions and how clean the bathrooms/showers were maintained. We are coming back over Labor Day and Grandy Creek will be our place to stay when visiting our daughter and her family who recently purchased a campsite at Skagit Riverwoods. Thank you for all of the work you do to make it safe!

Everything about our stay at Concrete / Grandy Creek KOA was enjoyable. Our cabin was perfect for our group’s needs. The only two areas that to improve would be to allow an early check and having hot water in the showers. We arrived early and had to hang out even though the cabin had been cleaned and was ready. Also, the showers were set to only allow warm showers. A hot shower was needed.

Campground was very well maintained with no litter around and location was beautiful. Our cabin had a toilet issue that was promptly fixed. Staff were friendly and helpful and dealt with the COVID19 rules appropriately. Thank you for a great stay.

My son and I could not get our tent up. We were both so upset and discouraged. Kim went above and beyond to help us and help us get into a cabin instead. She was wonderful. The camp was clean and everyone very friendly. We have a fabulous weekend. Thank you again Kim!!

Our only issue was the inability to enforce the mask requirements in the restrooms. Ourselves and a couple other families followed the guidelines but the majority of the people did not.

It was not at all what we have come to expect from KOA. Very sad. No communication before the trip, tried multiple times. We’re scolded by “rangers” for going over 5 miles an hour when I had just looked at my speedometer that was maybe at 6 and I was braking. I have children- safety of people and children is my #1 priority. I work in a hospital and this was our first weekend away since COVID

As always, Halloween weekend was awesome. Even though the weather was not very nice, the staff and other campers made the best of it. Haunted Barn was great this year. It would be nice if they opened it Friday and Saturday nights. I love how everyone really gets into the spirit of Halloween.

We loved our time at Concrete/Grandy Creek KOA this past weekend! Our grandkids loved the Halloween festivities, they had a blast!! They loved the jumping pillow and park area too. The campsites are very roomy and spread apart too. The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful staff! We will definitely be back.

We loved the Yurt - much more spacious than it appeared from the outside. Bathrooms were clean and large enough that we didn't ever have to wait. Excellent location near Rasar and Rockport state parks.

We had such an amazing time at KOA concrete! The staff is so friendly and helpful! We stayed in a deluxe cabin which was a beautiful cabin. It had everything in it we needed like a home away from home. We will be back!

Arrived late due to issues and disappointed store closed at 7pm (all others we visited it was 9 or 10pm). However glad we could still use hot tub. Dusk is very subjective especially when cloudy. Only KOA having bedding to rent for cabins and worth it for one night (not sure I'd pay for extended time). Didn't get to enjoy much else because of time but attendant at gate was the BEST! Mini-fridge??

Great facility. Love the rec. room - great for the teenager in the group. Clean cabin and bathroom facility. Already planning for the next trip to here.

We’ve been camping there for the last 10 years. We have always loved it there but I’m sad to say that once they switched owners it has gone downhill. We won’t be back after this years experience

Unfortunately there was little privacy. We stayed in yurt #2 & from your online map, the images were misleading. They didn't seem super close together & the doors all appeared to face the same direction but they did not. #1's door was in the area where we chose to hang out so that we were not in #3's space. Sadly, we left a day early due to the inconvenience. Would love a partial refund!

Staff are super friendly. The facilities are top notch.... not just the cabins we stayed in but the shared facilities, playground, courts, etc. They had so many activities during the Canada Day long weekend for the family to do. Was our first stay and we will definitely be back!

We were greeted with a very pleasant lady named Bambi, appropriate for in the woods, given all of our packet what was available to us great pool during the summer play area for the children dog area for the dogs lots of room to spread out also availability of yurts and cabins. Great proximity to exploring the Cascades

This campground was clean and quiet. My dogs loved the dog park and walking around the camp. Because it is almost the end of the season, there were no activities but we had our own entertainment. The only blight was a run down trashy trailer with trash strewn all over their campsite. It looked like a homeless encampment. Not sure why it's allowed.
