Very beautiful place to stay with easy access to Cascade NP. Clean with plenty of activities for kids. However limited hours of operation of the store, no one answers the phone when calling and making reservations. I made online reservations but later wanted to upgrade to a cabin prior to my arrival, no one answered or returned my call.

The yurts are very nice. Decent bathrooms and clean pool. Store and rec room were not opened on time on a Mon. Possibly under-staffed; the only staff we saw were at the entrance gate and nobody checking grounds. Very noisy after 9pm with lots of unsupervised kids on playground. Tried to check-in at 3pm and were told only 4pm which at the rest of KOA's we've been to has not been a problem in June.

I have been camping at this KOA for years. The grounds were not ready for campers. Grass was extremely overgrown in multiple areas all around the camping grounds. In addition there was a KOA worker camped in a prime camp site during a busy Memorial Day weekend. She came to our campfire every night and told us to go to bed at 1045. First year ever I was not impressed.

There were several items not noted on the website, the jumping pillow closed need a new cover and the golf was under construction. Kids were disappointed that we did not now in advance. However the cabin DK11 was great, staff was very friendly and nice.

First time staying in a Deluxe Cabin and it was very nice. The Cabin was comfortable, quiet and had all the pots and pans and dishes we needed. So nice to have the kitchen and private bathroom in the cooler weather! The staff was very helpful as usual, and we had a fun time with the Halloween festivities. Great Haunted House!

Excellent staff amd management especially Amanda!! Always catered to our n Ed’s and a smile. No wonder we keep coming back because we are part of the family.. fantastic cabins and sites and entertainment!!!

We were greeted with a very pleasant lady named Bambi, appropriate for in the woods, given all of our packet what was available to us great pool during the summer play area for the children dog area for the dogs lots of room to spread out also availability of yurts and cabins. Great proximity to exploring the Cascades

This campground was clean and quiet. My dogs loved the dog park and walking around the camp. Because it is almost the end of the season, there were no activities but we had our own entertainment. The only blight was a run down trashy trailer with trash strewn all over their campsite. It looked like a homeless encampment. Not sure why it's allowed.
